Came here for a birthday dinner, food was good but not great. I feel like there are better Italian places in Vancouver. Not super expensive, which is perhaps a nicety, but I'm not sure if this restaurant is deserving of the high praise heaped upon it. We got two pasta dishes, both gluten free, but were disappointed to learn the Bigoli Nero is not made with squid ink when gluten free. I do wish the waitress would have mentioned that when we ordered, to avoid us ending up with two largely similar dishes, and a whole heap of disappointment. The duck ragu was definitely better, but lacked some of the depth of flavor I was expecting. As for deserts, the olive oil cake is quite good, while torta is just ok. All in all not at all worth the hype in my eyes. I initially reviewed this as a 4/5 so as not to seem too punishing, but after the automated reply from the 'owner' that doesn't seem to have actually read this review at all, I'm dropping it to 3.

I tried the gluten-friendly vegan dream pizza. The crust was amazing, and vegan pizza is so delicious! The place has a very chill atmosphere. Since I have gluten sensitivity, I often have trouble finding proper places with good-tasting options. Ignite is one of the best places you can choose in Vancouver if you're looking for gluten-friendly pizza.

We had breakfast here the atmosphere, the service, the food: everything was amazing here! They even had gluten free bread and my Eggs Benedict was perfect! I also ordered a chai latte and it was so delicious, just the right amount of sweet! I definitely recommend this place!
