In heaven. Most items are or can be made safe for celiac. Had the Yum Bowl…sooooo good. The best part though? GLUTEN FREE ONION RINGS. They were just incredible. If you’re able, come down and chow down. It’s definitely worth it.
Service and atmosphere are great but food is beyond mid and overpriced considering the lack of real flavour, definitely not the most enjoyable sushi, iki is miles better for gluten free folks. But this place was alright.
The menu is SO CLEARLY LABELED! I can’t have gluten or dairy and I had the most fabulous dinner! The cider was also lovely. Kind staff that take allergies very seriously
Couldn’t recommend this place more. Staff were honestly amazing. Modified the menu for celiac and honestly was so so tasty. Hats off to the chefs! Special thanks to Kat, Paige and Darren. They were so welcoming and nice, one of best experiences we’ve had to date in Vancouver. Thank you all 🎉

Tiffany was super nice and attentive. Food tasted so nice, the gluten free burger buns stayed together and the farmers market salad was delicious.
Second time we’ve been and it’s 5 ⭐️ again
We LOVED the food! Gluten free menu,, handmade blue corn tortillas, and the flavor was fantastic! When we come back to visit Vancouver this is one of the restaurants we will return to. Thank you for the fabulous and high quality food!
This place is a hidden gem. A women owned business which serves delicious vegan options. Restaurant does not have huge seating space but can accommodate a group of 6-8.
We tried Bombay Bad Boy pizza and were surprised with flavor. I will highly recommend trying "Almond Cassava" crust; it is gluten free but not too hard or crispy.
Definitely worth visiting if you are vegan/vegetarian food lover or, interested in trying vegan food.
Pretty good portion on the dosas if you get their Dosa of the day. I like the lamb on Tuesdays. Pretty fast at in-between times (non-dinner time) when they are quite empty. The dosa is probably gluten-friendly but you might want to ask if other ingredients inside it are gluten-friendly too.
Overall, a wonderful restaurant! The food is delicious, and so many gluten free options. Most options are dairy free, too. I appreciated this so much I came back 3 times in a week! Be sure to order toum (Lebanese garlic sauce) with your food. It is the best!!!!
Only reason I’m docking a star is service related. I ordered for pickup to eat in my hotel room, and two out of three times they failed to include the cutlery, despite me both checking the box for cutlery, and also putting in the comments. Staying in a hotel, you don’t have access to cutlery, so please be sure to pay attention to customers who request it and provide it for them!!
Didn’t eat in the restaurant, but it is beautiful inside :)
Not celiac safe like they say they are. Had a very bad reaction after eating here. The manager is also rude and condescending. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. One of the lower scores restaurants in the area, lower than old spaghetti factory and that’s saying a lot!
The best vegan and gluten free cake I've ever had. Honestly hands down one of the best cakes I've ever had. Reasonably priced, easy to order on line for pick up or delivery. 100% my new go to for work celebrations.
We got gluten free w vegan mozzarella, and if you eat this way- you know the ingredients can be hit or Miss at Some places… THIS is your gluten free pizza place!! SO Delicious
I would go back in a heartbeat.
First time here in years! I remember coming for their grand opening and back when they introduced their Hawaiian plates! Had a decent poke bowl (I built my own mini guy). I will say their portions were less than what I remembered from my first impressions. My bowl came to $14.18 including tax, which had a base, a sauce, 1 protein option (you pay by the scoop and my salmon was $3), 3 sides, and 1 crunch. It's drastically different compared to say, Steve's Poke Bar, where you can choose unlimited sides for a similar price. I always find it odd when a poke shop limits customers' number of "crunches" as the cost must be so minor to produce - items like furikake, fried onions, fried garlic, sesame seeds, etc. It would go a long way to allow people to have more than one as a topper. The sesame mayo sauce was great and I was told it didn't have dairy (milk/eggs) in it. I had the shoyu Atlantic salmon, with corn, edamame, and imitation crab.
On the plus side, the staff were kind and patient as I ordered. I was asking about items with gluten/dairy due to a sensitivity, and they seemed to know their menu. They get quite a few online orders through delivery apps, as most people during a weekday lunch hour took their food to-go.
Went for happy hour - great cocktails and great GF options. Many things are GF or can be amended, server was super knowledgeable. I had the wings, hummous with a GF flatbread and nachos. Really tasty! And great waterfront views.
I enjoy eating exotic food while in Vancouver and this time I chose Moroccan cuisine at Moltaqa Moroccan Restaurant Mainland street Yaletown.
First, I asked a nice staff member what I should order. The staff was kind and gave me some advice.
I chose Traditional Chicken Pastilla:Traditional Moroocan pastry with halal chicken and almonds. Sweet and savoury Pairs well with Tokaji, Poully Fuse.
Lemon & Olive Halal Chicken Tagine with Saffron:turmeric and ginger saffron notes. Carrots, potatoes. Pairs well with Savignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio. For dessert, I chose whatever caught my eye when I entered the restaurant. M’Hancha - Snake Cake and Almond Briwat.
Healthy and flavourful and full of aromatic spices. Vegan and gluten-free options. I would love to come back here and try the vegetarian food on my next visit to Vancouver. Highly recommend this place!
Employee was extremely helpful when I needed a to grab a gluten free, celiac-friendly breakfast before work.
Enjoyed a delicious açai bowl + a prepackaged cookie.
Thank you!
This pudding was so delicious! I don't eat gluten or dairy so i was really happy to find it. I had the Earl Grey pudding and it was so creamy and smooth and not overly sweet. I would go back to Vancouver just so I can try the other flavors! I wish there was something like this in NY! Please open a stand here!
