If you have celiac or want to order gluten free, apparently you have to inform them 24 hours in advance (I've never heard of this practice before). Also, there are no dairy free options except removing cheese altogether. We traveled from the other side of town in an uber excited to eat here, only to be told the above, even though other people's reviews were saying gluten free and vegan options were available. Extremely disappointing.
A wonderful discovery! The place is tastefully decorated, making you feel at home. The menu has something for everyone. The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are delicious. 🥰
You can choose gluten-free, lactose-free, and other options. A great initiative!

After reading GF reviews, we decided on this as our dinner choice. It opened at 6pm, as we arrived we asked the guy about GF options and he informed us it had to be a pre order the day before!
Make sure you pre order!

Very nice and welcoming restaurant, the staff is also really pleasant.
I highly recommend if you want to eat gluten-free, the cuisine is great and introduces us to Mexican specialties.
Very good address 👍👍
We loved eating at Café Brûlé. There's plenty of space on the terrace, and the food was excellent, as was the service. A huge plus: the gluten-free options for those with celiac disease or intolerances.
The pastry is very delicious and they have gluten-free and vegan options, the food needs a little more effort. My salad had a LOT of lettuce and then rice and sweet potato, the hummus I almost didn't feel. Perhaps a little more vegetables or tofu would have been better to make it more nutritionally complete.
Huge variety, both dietary (gluten-free, fruit-free, etc.) and very gourmet, both salty and sweet.
The staff is very attentive (offering drinks and individualized dishes: omelettes, pankakes, eggs, etc.).
A big plus: drinks (tasting fruit juices, prepared hot chocolate, kombucha, etc.)
All for a fairly honest price :)
I can only order this restaurant again. Everything was perfect from A to Z, both the service and the quality of the dishes as well as the atmosphere. For my part I took the pasta de la quadra, my companion being gluten intolerant we really appreciated the fact that there were gluten-free options, he opted for the tagliatelle al pesto we were with a couple of friends who took the pizza modigliani and the ravioli al tartufo. If I had to make one remark it would be to add more gluten-free options especially in terms of pasta.
Everything perfect and gluten-free options suitable for coeliacs (they know the concept of traces!).
The products are fresh and the dishes are very, very good! I ate here three times during my weekend stay in Toulouse!
For me the best vegetarian restaurant in Toulouse. In a somewhat cold atmosphere, an inventive and tasty buffet based on fresh ingredients, very little gluten and a perfectly reasonable price. I don't understand why it's always half deserted...
The best organic restaurant in Toulouse, with delicious dishes and cuisine made with love! Vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options available. Homemade pastries, with birthday party orders available. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend it!
Way better the photos than the food , burger's meat is like McDonald's. At least there are gluten-free options and good service, but do not try the burgers.
We enjoyed a good evening at the restaurant. There was plenty of tasty food to eat. My wife needed gluten free (sans gluten) and that was not a problem.
A very nice evening at Bibent where the kindness of the waitresses and waiters made up for the impersonal welcome. Perfectly delicious food and impeccable service. Talented pastry chef for a seasonal tartlet that is as beautiful as it is delicious. A place of great beauty with royal decoration 👑
And gluten-free bread offered is rare ✌🏻👏🏼
Thank you very much 😊💖
Passing by for a lunch break and the formula is really good to stick with.
Sober decor and quiet place with background music that I appreciated when I arrived but a little loud 30 minutes later.
Well stocked plate and good seasoning (maybe missing a suggestion of sauce for the potatoes)
Good cappuccino but too bad almond or soy milk is not offered (oat milk is not gluten free)
And I would have appreciated a little fruit with the very fluffy pancakes.
And it was a little cool in the place, which is a shame.
A very good welcome and service I received.
Very nice experience. The 3 young people at the service were really very friendly and pleasant. The bagel idea is great. Not to mention that it is possible to eat GLUTEN-FREE (I write it big because it is very rare....)
The recipes are varied and for all tastes. The dressage is great when you want to take away, very practical.
Only downside: you have to be thin to go to the toilet but the place is cramped, that's how it is... A little more could be added to the recipes because some are a little dry (choice of a sauce or something like that) )
Always pleasantly surprised.
Quality of dishes and service.
Particular attention to people allergic to gluten and lactose.
We have been dining there regularly for five years without ever the slightest disappointment.
Thank you Thank you Thank you
They are flexible with GLUTEN-FREE options! This is our favorite place in Toulouse! The menu is small and rotates often and each time we’ve gone they can make adjustments for gluten-free needs. The food is always so delicious, our waitress (Katya) is so sweet and fun. We always enjoy our time at Molette! And for those that can eat bread, my partner speaks very highly of their homemade bread (not gluten free) that they provide at the table. Highly recommend a visit to Molette.
We asked about gluten free items on the menu and the said they could make anything gf and translated the menu into english for us. There was waiter who spoke English who made communication easier for us.
It's a high class restaurant, only 3 starter, 3 main and 3 dessert options. We had the duck and pavlova, partly because the inherently didn't include gluten or much gluten. The food was amazing. There was a local speciality in the duck meal, panisse, made of chickpea, but that does is so much injustice. They really know how to cook!, I don't know if they have Michelin stars etc, but that was maybe the best food I've ever had. €77 for 1 soft drink, 1 beer, 2 duck main and 2 pavlova dishes. Expensive, but so delicious.
The best onion soup we've ever had (and we order it everywhere we go). Second courses (magret and confit) excellent, and desserts (plums in wine and Catalan cream) fantastic. Don't worry, it's home-cooked family food perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. If you're not looking for that, go somewhere else. Be warned, they don't have gluten-free bread or beer, but the rest is worth it.
A must-visit if you’re in the area! We experienced the 6 wines and 6 cheese tasting, and it was absolutely delicious.
They even offered a gluten free bread option which was really nice as the gluten free options in Toulouse have been few and far between.
Staff were great and spoke English.
Highly recommend!
Superb gourmet pea experience with the plant-based menu (vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free)! The plant-based menu is fine, gourmet and elaborate; the quality of the products and the flavors are there, we enjoyed ourselves! To try whether you are vegetarian or not ;) the service is very friendly and attentive, we liked the wines and the setting is superb: top notch!!
The service was great. The waiter worked with me for gluten-free options. I didn't mean to order a steak, but it was super yummy. Great food and service!
Highly highly recommend! GLUTEN FREE options and some of the best risotto I have ever had! I used their chat options beforehand to make a reservation and ask about gluten free options and they were very responsive and helpful. Then it turns out because they knew I was gluten free they specially ordered gluten free bread to have in the table 😍 along side the regular bread. I was so impressed!

Let's start with the lack of reception, we arrive in a 4* hotel lobby without a receptionist. We didn't have my reservation made 2 hours before. We were seated at a table for 7 although there were 3 of us, the sets were worn out. No one explains how it works or offers us a drink (additional sale). We get up and discover an empty buffet at 12:30 p.m. A single sausage, two pieces of bacon floating in the fat, a base of scrambled eggs. The only resupply there was was burnt scrambled eggs, yes yes, burnt, and bacon. The meat and fish were not cool, fortunately we have a strong stomach. I had to tell the waitress that there was no more water for the coffee machine or any pods except decaf. I had to ask for water too, which was no longer available on the buffet. It was carafe water in mineral sparkling water bottles, what a disappointment! Let's move on to desserts, gluten-free savory and sweet cakes, all mixed, lukewarm because not refrigerated. Not crazy for a tiramisu...
The apple juice and salmon were excellent by the way, but don't touch the mayonnaise salad with undercooked pasta.
Let's move on to the bill, steep for this disappointment. The manager didn't even ask us how our brunch went, he must have suspected it or didn't care... Not to mention the fact that the TPE was handed to us without showing us the amount.
In short, a real disaster for a 4*.
As all 3 of us come from the catering industry and have worked for this hotel chain, I let you imagine our disappointment.
There is work!
