From the welcome treat of hand cut potato chips to white asparagus to the duck, we thought it couldn’t get any better until the blood orange grand marnier soufflé . Superb! Both of us are gluten free and there were so many choices for us. A special treat was the delicious gluten free bread. Know you will be well taken care of at this restaurant!

A great menu tmm my with a range of meats & seafood. As a family with gluten & dairy intolerances this was a great choice.
Loved the service and menu choices. Located off the Champ Elyse’s behind Louis Vuitton store.
Cute little seaside restaurant (like in Sète), all homemade with a craft beer and a very pleasant welcome. I recommend +++
Special mention: possibility of gluten-free bread 😁
Take great care to adapt the menu to my intolerance to gluten + dairy products.
It's difficult to find a dish when you have a lot of intolerances, but the waitress was very attentive and the kitchen was very careful about cross-contamination. I didn't get sick and it was delicious. THANKS.
Lovely staff, nice ambience and a few gluten free options for mains. My friends also absolutely loved their pasta. Although note they don’t do GF pizza or GF pasta.
Lovely place facing the port. Correct treatment without fanfare. Very good product quality. It's not cheap, but it's worth what you pay. My celiac wife was told what she could and couldn't eat, and nothing was contaminated. There is no gluten-free bread or beer. I would return for the place it is in.
With our dietary constraints (gluten-free, FODMAPS-free for my wife, shellfish allergy), eating in a restaurant is a real obstacle course for us.
We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish.
Everyone is very friendly: the boss, the waitress, the scaler and finally the chef.
We were able to eat starter, main course and dessert, thanks to all the people mentioned above, who went out of their way to please us.
The portions are both very generous and very fresh.
We would love to have a restaurant like this in Vichy.
We will come back and we highly recommend this restaurant.
Remember to book!
Meal taken that day, specifying my wife's intolerances when booking. Everything was respected, including the gluten-free bread.
Everything was perfect: from the service to the meal.
I recommend
Very nice!
There were four of us, and everyone was able to find a dish that suited them, the kind of restaurant that pleases everyone!
At my request, they included the side dishes as a main course due to my gluten intolerance and my veganism. I had baked vegetables and pesto potatoes. It was really good.
In addition, the setting was ideal: on the banks of the Sorgue on a pretty terrace.
All-you-can-eat buffet at €32.90, with choice, quality and quantity, it's well worth the price. In addition, the employee who opens the oysters made 6 oysters especially for my wife who is gluten and lactose intolerant. THANKS. If it wasn't so far from Alsace we would definitely go back😁.

A little restaurant that is worth the detour. The waiter and the chef are very friendly and very attentive. Being gluten intolerant, the cook prepared me some homemade fries in the oven to accompany my mussels in the marinière, which touched me deeply.
Many thanks.
I highly recommend.
For the rest, the photos speak for themselves
Very well located opposite the port, not far from the pier. Simple and functional room. You should think about reserving evening meals because there are a lot of people. Friendly staff, receptive to allergens (especially gluten). The breakfast staff is attentive, efficient and attentive.
I have many dietary restrictions (I’m carnivore, so no vegetables, gluten, grains - no veg or seed oils). They let me substitute eggs for risotto and served me the perfect fish (sea bass) with poached eggs and butter. It was perfection and I came away so full! Lovely servers and so accommodating!
Lots of choice in terms of seafood but also the possibility of having a fish dish with fried potatoes.
Ok for celiacs (gluten-free).
Very pleasant atmosphere.
This restaurant is a very big surprise!!! with a more than pleasant welcome and quality service, just like the dishes, the presentation, the service and the quality of the products 👍
Having a problem with gluten, the staff inquired in the kitchen to offer me a suitable dish,
Likewise, upon reservation, my concern about food taken seriously and clearly stipulated on the reservation form and transmitted to the room staff,
A big thank you for this moment which was very complicated for me, but became simple in this restaurant!!!
Well done again 😉
The Saoufé counter is quite simply a gem in La Rochelle. The welcome from Jérémie, the owner, his wife, his colleague (a very talented shucker) and his brother is simply perfect. The sense of service is not an empty word.
The products are local, fresh and available.
The menu is compact (a sign of quality and freshness, respect for the seasonality of the products and the customer's desires) but it allows you to find what you're looking for, between land and sea, whatever your taste.
Everyone can find their own little place: front terrace, tables in the dining room, small high chair at the counter and back terrace (more intimate because on a small street).
The service is respectful of the customer's temporality, warm and expert.
Celiacs are welcome. Allergens are clearly notified and double checked.
The address is excellent!
Nice restaurant with attentive service and very fine food, especially the fish and seafood. Thank you very much for the great advice from the boss personally regarding celiac disease / gluten-free; everything was tip top. We were there a second time :)
I would happily recommend le Belem.
Great place, best place for sea food. Moules frites is their best dish by far. Its gluten free aswell. Definitely have to go there. You also can walk along the water on the piet after. Important is that you either come some time before it opens or you need to be ready to wait for around an hour during peak season (8-10pm). Definitely worth it though!
Very nice place, but don't go there if you have allergies. I'm a rare case that's intolerant to both gluten and milk protein, but I got large pieces of bread on top of my starter, and the main dish included two sides with milk in them. The waiter spoke English very well, so that wasn't the problem.
Perfect for coeliacs
The staff is very concerned about allergens, it's very pleasant to be listened to in this way. The meal went very well.
The setting is pleasant and the staff very friendly.
We had a great time, everything was very good

Very nice moment in the restaurant, warm servers with a lot of humor, a very nice menu which will delight even those reluctant to eat seafood, and tasty and generous plates!
NB: for those intolerant to gluten, the fries are cooked in a fryer reserved solely for this use, go there with your eyes closed!
