While staying at the Hyatt, I found this place online for a friend with gluten allergies. There were many doubts and some in our group wanted to turn back as we walked there. Man were we happy we didn't listen to the naysayers!
This place was awesome! The outside doesn't look great but the inside is very quaint. The staff were very nice and the food was simply amazing. Most of the group went back the following day.
The food was delicious, I was able to have chicken fried steak and gravy gluten free!
The waiter was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options as well as gluten allergy/ Celiac. There is not a separate gluten free menu however almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free and they have a separate prep area/ fryer. My only issue was it was kinda expensive, very yummy though!
Service is always top notch! The food was excellent, the creme brulee and drinks were awesome! I love the fact that they have so many gluten free options. Definitely will be back!
We went to BellaGreen today for my birthday and really enjoyed everything. Don’t let the buildings facelift deter you, parking in the garage is validated as well. They also cater, including gluten free options.
We had: the OG pizza, a huge salad honey fried goat cheese and arugula, honey garlic cauliflower wings Gluten free, and kids pasta with Alfredo. For dessert the gluten free carrot cake and the apple crumble. Impressed with the gluten free options, overall restaurant cleanliness and great service. we will definitely be back.
I have celiac disease so I’m incredibly sensitive to gluten and any small amount will end me up in the hospital. This is the first time I’ve had subs in 6ish years and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming, and helped me out so much by having a new clean cutting board, knife, and all new ingredients to make sure I didn’t have cross contamination. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant since getting diagnosed, and it’s so amazing to see workers who are so kind and genuinely care. I will absolutely be back (probably all of the time 😂) but I just want to say thank you! I waited past my normal time in which I would have a reaction, and nothing at all!
Freshest macaroons and they’re gluten free! These macaroons were absolutely delicious and the bakery is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and polite, they were able to recommend some great flavours!!
This was our first time here and we were very impressed with the flavors and atmosphere. There are many gluten free options and everything tastes terrific. We can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!
My husband and I love this little restaurant! It's a gem for sure. The workers are super friendly and helpful and attentive. The food is top-notch. We've gotten sandwiches, soups, and more. All delicious. And I absolutely love their gluten-free bread!
I was so surprised that they offered a gluten-free bread roll. It was pretty good compared to other places. I would recommend this place if you have gluten allergens and miss having deli style sandwiches.

The staff is always great, I really appreciate the gluten free bread option, the sandwiches are delicious. The only little minus point is the drink area which is often not that clean. Especially the soda machine but I noticed those type of machines often look like that in restaurants.
They were very considerate of my gluten allergy. From cleaning the equipment to having gluten free bread and not touching anything before handling my food.
The sandwich was tasty. I meant to take a photo of it before I ate it for the review but I only remembered when I was almost done so let that speak for me.
The workers were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Delicious food and excellent service. It’s pretty loud inside, but the patio is very peaceful. All waitstaff is ‘your’ waitstaff, so you never have to wait until you see (or remember) who your waitstaff was to get something else. Every one is very friendly and helpful. I love that they have gluten free bread (that is very good). The Bruschetta platter is amazing and enjoyed the Nut Bar for dessert.
I like the consistency of Schlotzskys. It is my favorite sandwich shop and the Original sandwich is my favorite. The gluten free bun is one of the best anywhere. I also think the price point is better than most other sandwich places. Highly recommend.
The knowledge of celiac disease and the fact that that she went out of her way to make my sandwich safe. I did not expect that amazing service. And she showed me the amazing gluten free snickerdoodle cookie that was amazing. Thank you. The whole experience was perfect and felt so safe with my gluten issue.
My daughter rates this a Zillion Stars, unfortunately, I only have 5. Great food, service, and a really clean store. This subway is my new favorite location! It's also a nice cool place to retreat to with the summer heat coming up.
The sub bowls are great for gluten intolerance, and they have salads for vegetarians.
Marcos, Nicko, & Chelsea went above and beyond to make our sandwiches and experience perfect! Marcos literally SCRUBBED the counter, changed gloves, and changed utensils to be certain the prep surface was as clean as possible to prepare or gluten free subs. JM is the only place we've found a full size gluten free anything! Thank you JM for adding a delicious GF option to the menu! Delicious as always. Definitely worth the drive from LaVernia, Tx, during rush hour to get here! We'll be back!
Two quiet ladies truly made my day! I enjoy firehouse sandwiches & always have but this was the best I've had in years! Like when they were new good! Everything was perfect, the bread (gluten free not by choice) was actually toasted perfectly, there was perfect veggies not too much meat or cheese. The flavor was like the first time I had the turkey bacon ranch! What a wonderful meal and I totally had to stop by and give credit to these quiet wonders! Thank you!!!
Food is great! I got the gluten-free bun on my green goddess sandwich, the bread was so soft , not all dried out like I've experienced at other places. Tasty all around 😋
Just popped into the wicked wich on a whim and had a great experience. The food was great and I didn't even get to try the sandwich because I can't eat gluten but the salad version was also delicious. My family all got sandwiches and loved them! The service was laid back in a good way and it felt easygoing ordering and receiving the food. A great time.
