Everything was delicious... from the starters, first courses, second courses and desserts... I recommend it!
Especially for those with allergy-intolerance problems: Gluten-free and lactose-free
Cozy place 😊
We went for an anniversary and we knew we wouldn't go wrong. Celiac food for one of our guests, and that says it all. Excellent food, friendly owners and friendly waiters. I highly recommend
Quiet place... silent, not chaotic.. light background music.. very kind staff, typical or refined dishes and almost everything strictly gluten-free, if desired, including excellent pizzas. Indoor and outdoor tables... I highly recommend.. for a quiet evening, event or other..
Came here because we saw some previous reviews said they offered gluten free pizzas. We arrived and they no longer do any pizzas but they do offer all the pasta dishes as gluten free. I ordered the seafood pasta and it was so good. Would recommend for gluten free and seafood!
Perfect service!
Delicious food, I have celiac disease and I ate safely and with gusto!
The place is wonderful and evocative and the plating is also very sophisticated!
It is true that we had not booked, but when I asked: Is there room? They replied that there were two tables in the sun (almost as if to say go away, it is better!); Do you do gluten-free cooking? The answer is: only for those who have booked, today it is a pandemonium and the chef told me that it is not possible! ... Many thanks for your honesty and courtesy...
The food was good here. My mother has coeliac disease and not only do they have gluten-free pasta and bread, but the chef prepared everything separately for her. A lovely surprise in a touristic area!
The best dinner of our 10 days in Puglia! We had the house mixed starter and it was fantastic, the first courses were also excellent. The kids had pizza and it was delicious. And all gluten-free! The location is beautiful and very quiet.
A real tavern where you can eat really well with quality products, excellent pizzas, even gluten-free ones.
All seasoned with the professionalism and friendliness of the great Tommy.

Dinner in the historic center. Super service, the Manager was competent, kind and helpful. We took two main courses, gluten free orecchiette with gluten free sandwich (no supplement). Two glasses of wine and booking with The Fork there was a 20% discount.
There were 4 of us at the end of August, we ate the chef's mixed starters, fish first courses and second courses, including fried fish and grilled fish.
I must say everything was good, even for gluten-free we ate without any problems.
The favorite dish was the spaghetti with fermented lemon.
You pay the right amount considering that you are in the center of Polignano.
Excellent service and clean restrooms.
Highly recommended place for fresh fish and quality of raw materials. Excellent creation and presentation of the menu and courtesy of the staff. Great attention also for the pampering of customers with welcome gifts to those who register. Attention also for gluten and lactose intolerances. Beautiful experience and above all a beautiful confirmation.
I am surprised by such a low rating. The restaurant is really great. Atmospheric, service is great, food is delicious. In addition, every dish is gluten-free, which is an additional plus. We are not looking for another place today, we are just coming back here, hoping to find a place 😍
Italian take away with a wide choice of orriguiete and above all a gluten-free offer. But also meatballs and some treats.
We loved tasting them in our overnight trulli.
What can I say, everything was good.
We had lunch in this place found by chance on the internet.
The staff was kind and always available, the house appetizer was excellent and the first courses were good and plentiful.
A small detail that some restaurants overlook, gluten-free, I have to compliment everyone for gluten-free.
My wife immediately felt safe and never different, they were careful to explain the dishes and offer her the right food.
Thank you.
The music inside the venue was exclusively neo-melodic, completely out of keeping with expectations.
Ventilation not received as the only visible fan was pointing into an area without people. Heat
Disproportionate cost of dishes for really small portions. I can't even say I had a gourmet experience as the first one of the day was nothing special.
The main problem, however, was the reactions of the staff.
The waiter was quite sour in his answers from the start. We had all finished (or almost) eating and the person with celiac disease at our table had not yet received his dish.
He expresses his concern several times to the waiter who always responds with the same unpleasant tone. The gluten-free pasta will have arrived at least 20-30 minutes after the others together with the owner who was keen to reiterate, in a polemical tone, that there had been no errors on their part.
I understand that the job can be stressful, but this shouldn't be on the customer. Sometimes it is better to apologize than continue to justify yourself, especially once you have experienced that this only causes an opposite reaction.
Very friendly and helpful service. Had gluten-free pasta. Spaghetti with mushrooms & truffle sauce was delicious. The mussels were really fresh & tasty. Warm enough to eat outside, even in February.
We had a great Sunday lunch. Cozy place in the center. Delicious typical Bari dishes made by a competent chef and excellent raw materials. Attentive service also for gluten-free products.
One of my family's favorite places to eat on Sundays. We have been going there since my brother and I were little and going back is always a pleasure. Attention to detail and taste with the plus of gluten-free options. A safe choice, a place that feels like home.
A few steps from Alberobello, in the hamlet of Coreggia, this trattoria perfectly represents the soul of Apulian cuisine: genuine, seasonal and full of authentic flavours.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, it makes you understand that tradition is at home. The staff stands out for their kindness and professionalism, always ready to recommend the best specials of the day and to meet every need, with particular attention to those with food intolerances. (let a very demanding celiac tell you this!)
The menu follows seasonality, enhancing local products. From fresh pasta first courses to meats cooked to perfection (or served on hot cast iron plates), up to vegetable side dishes from the garden and homemade desserts: every bite tells the gastronomic story of Puglia. Here we work with passion and without shortcuts: the dishes are freshly prepared by the Chef and if the slightest mistake occurs (which can only happen to those who work) it receives the correct attention with the dedication of those who truly believe in quality.
If you are looking for a place where, first of all, Eating with a capital M, spending the right amount, all surrounded by an authentic experience among trulli and genuine flavours, this trattoria is an unmissable stop.
We will definitely be back!
PS. we didn't have time to take photos.....😜
Amazing place! I arrived here as a solo traveller at 7.30pm and the restaurant was empty so I asked for a table. The waiter said ok but I had to leave by 9pm as they were fully booked for the night. I took the table and I’m so grateful they could fit me in - the service and food were both amazing! I had the Burrata starter with the tastiest jam, a swordfish spaghettoni and a homemade tiramisu. The tiramisu is also gluten free and it was delicious!! The staff (especially the tall man with shaved head) were lovely & very friendly. This meal came to €30 (without alcohol) and I thought it was great value! Make sure to book in advance if you want to eat here, as I think I just got lucky!
We had an absolutely brilliant lunch here, I fully recommend visiting, but book before if you can!
We arrived much later than we'd planned without a booking (2:30pm, late for lunch) only to find the restaurant full with locals.
With us walking around and finding nothing else open in the area the staff very kindly were able to squeeze us in. So happy they did as the food is that perfect combination of authentic rustic Italian while being both elegant and fair price wise.
The wine was of course excellent with lots of local options and the staff were amazing.
I am coeliac and gluten free options were not a problem with the staff going out of their way to adapt courses for me.
One of if not the best meal of our holiday.
Pleasant dinner in this restaurant. The first courses are very good, even the gluten-free one, but the second courses are less exciting. Overall, the quality of the products and their preparation are good. Kind staff. The value for money is also good.
Beautiful environment with friendly, helpful staff. Gluten free choices are available, but you need to ask, or choose carefully yourself. Make sure the staff know you are coeliac from the outset.
