I ate here with my family while we were on holiday in Polignano. We went to this restaurant, primarily, because it offers gluten-free options, given that I have celiac disease. In addition to a very nice environment and kind and knowledgeable staff regarding the cuisine and service of gluten-free products, we were able to enjoy some truly excellent dishes. Recommended, absolutely.

Overall good pizza. The possibility of serving pizzas for celiacs is excellent. Too bad the waiting times. 20 takeaways before serving at the table (for 2) are not acceptable.

Gluten-free panzerotto to avoid. The dough has not risen well and is therefore not soft but gummy. Very rude staff. Very good and hot, however, are the panzerotti with gluten, in particular the one with tuna, tomatoes and red onion from Tropea
