Great experience here with celiac disease, visiting with a friend who also has celiac. We were both impressed by the confidence of the staff in describing the precautions they take when notified of gluten sensitivity, as well as their overall friendliness. Everything on the menu is gluten free besides the regular buns. Highly recommend!
Amazing! Everything on the menu is gluten-free!!! We got tacos and a chicken bowl - DELICIOUS! I was so bummed to learn they were closed on Tuesdays because I wanted to order it one more time on our way out of town. I will be back!

Horribly dirty ! DO NOT EAT HERE place was disgusting never seen keys so disgusting sadly. Food wasn't keys signature style or taste I eat keys alot at other locations. And the urinal in the men's bathroom was the worst black mold and grime that I've ever seen it was horrible standing piss unbelievable ! Very disappointed. Cook didn't pay attention to my lady's allergies either. Overall just not a clean place either dirt and grime on tables sticky stuff on floors and window sill area . Brown gravy on floor and bench areas everywhere on floor was dirty look like it hadn't been swept in a month. Very poor appearance. šš¤¦āāļøš WASTED TRIP OF TIME N MONEY . Roseville#2 Woodbury#3 or Hudson#1 KEYS are definitely the go-to. (If you're gluten-free or celiac I would avoid this location!!! )
I cannot get enough of their subs, especially when you're gluten intolerant, they always provide two foot bread to make a sandwich. My favorite is always gonna be chicken bacon ranch.
Fun stop with delicious old fashion burgers and shakes! They even offer a gluten free bun. Counter service and while the lines were long they did move fast, they were well organized and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Will definitely again!

I asked if they had Gluten-Free burgers... I had read online that they did.
The person behind the register said yes we do. So I asked they're on gluten free buns? He said "it's more like a roll."
My daughter ordered a regular burger with extra crispy bacon, no cheese, raw onions and pickles... And a Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake.
I ordered a burger with cheese, extra crispy bacon, pickles, and tomato on a gluten free bun ( or "roll"). And asked for a cup for water.
They said it would be about 10 minutes... Understandable... there were 2 other tables with people when we got there.
When our food arrived 20 min later the gluten free burger was on 2 tiny pieces of wet gluten free bread. The bread was so soggy (from the dripping grease?) it came apart / fell off after only a couple bites. The burger itself was ok. We couldn't eat the bacon because it was grissley and not crisp at all. The fries were average. Not very warm.
My daughter said her shake was amazing though!
We also didn't see the signs until after we ordered, paid, and sat down for a "free shake when you sign up to be a rewards member."
Our bill was $35.69 ( plus tip).
I doubt we would go back.
This jersey mikes HITS EVERY SINGLE TIMEEEE. no matter what my sandwhich is always perfect and these workers are so nice. One of the few places to have gluten free bread AND itās good. I am in love with jersey mikes.
I think something that's very important and worth mentioning is that jersey Mike's offers gluten free bread. The nice young man who made our sandwiches, I believe his name was Louie, made a point to ask if it was a preference or allergy. When informed that it was an allergy he wiped down the counter before making out sandwich. Delicious food and exceptional customer service.
It's just a great experience every time I go in. The service is impeccable, and the bowls are scrumptious. Great for gluten-free diets. I highly recommend.
This place was hopping when we got there but the dining room was clean and the staff were quick and efficient. They made sure to clean up before making my gluten free sandwich. I always appreciate a business that will cater to dietary needs. Yummy food and great service.
I enjoyed the salad with pickles. It was delicious š. The waitress was extremely nice and checked up on us frequently which was very nice. Chose this restaurant for a Gluten-free meal. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area again.
Chili with gluten free cornbread is heavenly. Being from the south, itās hard to find good cornbread. Reminded me of my grannyās.
Also, best gluten free brownie I have had in my life. I was full ages ago, but scarfed everything down. I will be back!
I had ordered the Club Sub, but had it put into a bowl because of Celiac Disease. I did not realize that by not getting bread, there was an UP CHARGE!! The price on the menu is $9 and some change. I got charged over $11. I got nothing additional, just lettuce, turkey, ham, cheese & bacon that comes on it. First & last time I will be going there.
Celiac disease sucks. So when a place offers a gluten free bun I give them a shot. First time was great. I wouldāve given the place 4/5 stars at least.
But now Iām angry. We got smash burger delivered via doordash. I ordered a gluten free bun. Our order arrived and I was suspicious. This was too soft for a gluten free bun. So I took a hesitant nibble. My gears were confirmed. While I shouldnāt have had that tiny nibble, smashburger shouldāve given me what I ordered. Is it so hard to pay attention to the order?
Best gluten free sandwich around. I will definitely be back to try the other gluten free sandwich options. I highly recommend Blue Ox Sandwich Factory!

The place is a bit gritty, but I could have cared less after biting into those tasty tacos!
Tots tacos and falafel are marked as Not Gluten free on the menu, however, if you're not bothered by shared oil for frying, they are, for sensitivity only, gluten free enough for me!
I'm definitely stealing the idea for tots tacos at home!
Good, clean, flavorful, as you want it, food! Lots of options and reasonably priced! I eat half of it per meal. Very filling. They have gluten free and vegan options.
My Famous Mike's Philly Cheesesteak # 17 was prepared by Sean (the Gordon Ramsay of Cheesesteaks). This Waconia location is the best Jersey Mike's location in the United States! They have Sunchips and Pepsi products. Also gluten free offerings. Wow! Delicious! I detoured out of my way on a business trip to dine at the Waconia Jersey Mike's location. Peace to all!
A couple of days ago I had the opportunity to go to this restaurant and I was surprised to know that it has gluten-free products š«¶and that means too much for people allergic to wheat š¾
The staff was very helpful, friendly, and patient. They were very accommodating to my sisterās gluten allergy which was very appreciated! The food came out quickly and was amazing! You canāt go wrong stopping here! And donāt forget to grab a concrete mixer for desert!

Please be sure to check your order thoroughly. We regularly are missing things in our order. Tonight. We didn't check and got all the way home to realize my daughter is not getting a burger because I forgot her gluten-free one. I do believe it was intentionally because the person taking orders you could tell was very grumpy. Even the crew leader who gave us our food was acting weird. Usually, the people seem really friendly. Sad daughter tonight, she was so excited for Culver's. Also, they didn't let us use our buy one get one coupon.
I have celiac disease and have to avoid gluten. They offered a lettuce wrap burger to me after I informed the cashier of my allergy, and it was delicious. However, I also told them no onions on my burger, which the cashier did mark, but the cook put onions anyway, so I have to wonder if they're paying attention to the notes on the order.
The cashier was very knowledgeable about gluten free fryer use. Fries were great! Wished the tables were clean. Suggest keeping sanitizing wipes available for customers to use to wipe down table if desired.
It was my first time here. Very clean, organized & tasty subs. Staff was very helpful & friendly. There gluten-free subs are delicious. I'll definitely be back.
With having celiac disease, I can normally eat here. The food was lukewarm, and there were cross-contamination issues. I will not be returning to this particular restaurant.
