Safe for celiacs! They have separate prep areas for their gluten and GF foods, dedicated pans, and make everything from scratch. They have a shared fryer, but serve corn tortilla chips that are made off site in a GF facility.
Fantastic atmosphere - ample seating inside and out. I loved having brunch outside. The menu seemed promising, especially for gluten-intolerances, but the actual quality and flavor of the food was lacking. However, it was an overall pleasant experience.
So nice to find a place to get gluten free chicken fingers! So delicious and nice to have choices in spice flavors. They also have amazing sweet potato fries.
This place is so delicious! The staff is amazing and super friendly and helpful. After recently figuring out that I am intolerant to gluten had a hard time finding places with many options and almost everything here is gluten-free!
Got helped right away and got to pick a good seat out on the patio. This place is tucked away and makes for a great quiet breakfast. Tons of gluten free options as well and they were aware of any allergies we had. Keren was fast and attentive as well!
One of the best restaurants in town! Especially for gluten free friendly options. The service really stands out here- all the staff is so accommodating and friendly. Tonight I had a situation where they ran out of an essential element in the meal I ordered. Our server, James, and the owner Heidi were extremely sweet and went above and beyond to make sure I still had a pleasant experience. Thank you!!
We recently ate here for the first time and were pleased with the gluten free options and non-alcoholic beverages (the strawberry margarita mocktail is sooo delicious). The restaurant had a good vibe and I was excited to see their more sustainable take-home packaging. All in all, a great experience and we'll be back.
Wonderful place to have a delicious meal for breakfast or lunch. Everything is made with quality ingredients. I have celiacs and was so happy to see how many gluten free options there are on the restaurant side. The bakery has less, but they are still pretty good! For those who can have gluten you'll be in heaven!
Check your receipts carefully. I ordered a Monterey scramble ($13.70) with extra veggies and gluten free bread. "Gluten Free Avail" clearly stated on the menu. Yet, $2 more was a surprise. Also, I was charged for a BYO omelet ($15.70) and an additional $6 for those extra veggies that at best were a tablespoon added into the scramble. The BYO comes with four choices/ ingredients. There was no way I received that amount of veggies - the four in the BYO and 3 additional charged to justify these extra charges. In fact, my friend's BYO was larger than my 'scramble' aka BYO. No pictures of the actual order as why would I think I would be charged $10 more ($2 more for the BYO, $2 bread, and $6 for the veggies). I know charges include labor. These are beyond reasonable, however.
And, unfortunately, I was needing to hurry out and failed to catch this awful practice. Usually like this place. However, this leaves a huge reason never to come back. You have to wonder about a place where you can't trust their charges.
Wonderful spot for incredible coffee and food. Bindle has THE best gluten-free biscuit breakfast sandwich, and their scramble is gluten-free, dairy-free, and divine. Staff are quick and welcoming. Cannot recommend this place enough.
It’s so wonderful to go to a restaurant and no I can eat safely as I have celiac disease. The food was delicious and I’m very gluten-free. Thank you for thinking of us people with celiac disease.
Amazing meal with friends and great gluten free options. Kai, our server, absolutely MADE our experience 5+ stars! Looking forward to coming back and trying the new summer cocktail menu.
Long time Avos fan, great for families and kiddos. They're pretty good about accommodating food allergies as well, with a house of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free, it's an easy option for a casual meal. Staff have been a bit surly at times, but reasonable service generally.
We love the Waffle Lab! Their waffles are a-ma-zing, and we are so grateful for the gluten free options. That means everyone in our family can enjoy a treat from Waffle Lab!
Lots of gluten free option (maybe not for celiac but def for sensitivities), my favorites are the empanadas, but the patacones I've had are divine too!
Great breakfast food with vegan and gluten free options. Breakfast burrito was excellent. Outdoor or indoor seating. Lots of beverage options including alcohol if wanted. Good choice for breakfast.
5 stars – Great Gluten-Free Options, Flavorful Food, and Excellent Service!
We had a fantastic experience at Austin’s American Grill! They’re incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to gluten-free dining, with plenty of safe options and careful protocols in place to avoid cross-contamination—which gave us total peace of mind.
The food was cooked to perfection and full of rich, satisfying flavor. Their mixed drinks were also excellent, and the staff’s wine pairing suggestions were spot-on. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and well-informed.
Pro tip: Skip the stress of hunting for a street spot and head straight to the Laporte parking garage. It’s just a short walk away and much easier, especially since street parking is time-limited before 6 PM.
If you’re looking for a delicious, safe gluten-free dining experience with great drinks and even better service, Austin’s delivers on every level!
Food here is great. I went regularly for the last several years and it was my comfort spot as someone with celiac and a love for Thai food.
Unfortunately, one of the employees somehow obtained my phone number from their system and attempted to contact me for months. Despite asking him to leave me alone, he continued to call and text. When I was finally in at the same time as the owner, I explained the situation and she apologized but took no action on my behalf. My friends and I no longer feel comfortable dining here while he is employed!
I enjoy the food here, which is reasonably priced. They have a great breakfast bowl, it's a great gluten-free healthier option for breakfast, and love the green juice as well as the coffee.

They have a great selection of GF options. I always get the garlic mashed potatoes because the fryer is not dedicated gluten free. Their smoked wings are delicious!! We get their smoked salmon dip, spinach artichoke dip. I also love their burgers.
I frequent this coffee shop that is close to my house. The staff is always calm and inviting and the food is just delicious. They have gluten free options too .
Great food. They were knowledgeable about gluten free options and helped with avoiding cross contamination. The menus had GF bread listed. Food came out delicious. Cider on draft was crisp and refreshing.
Sitting on the back patio is like a small taste of wine country. The service was really good. The food was tasty. The portions are good. The drinks are delicious. We got right in at 4:45pm for dinner. They list out all of the gluten friendly dishes and the servers are clear when it is gluten friendly vs. gluten free.
Absolutely love Butterfly! This has been a weekly stop for our household since I first discovered it 4 years ago. You can never go wrong here. The sandwiches are amazing—the focaccia bread is SO good, and if you’re gluten intolerant like me they also use good gluten free bread. My go-to is the lunchbox! It’s a sandwich, cookie (today was a fresh baked oatmeal raisin), a bag of Boulder chips, and your choice of drink—I suggest the hibiscus refresher. They also make great breakfast, awesome coffee, and refreshing and nourishing smoothies! This is hands down one of the best little spots in Fort Collins. Bonus?! The tomato soup. Best. In. Town.
Great little hole in the wall type spot! The staff was great. Service was quick despite the place being packed. Gluten free crust available. Sometimes they even have live music! Casual, fun, pretty good pizza.
Be sure to make reservations in advance if you want a table. There are some amazing seats available. The food is very delicious and they have some gluten friendly options!!! The baked chicken with mushrooms with broccoli was super flavorful and gluten free! The drinks are great, they have a big select. The beef stroganoff was very flavorful.
Newly remodeled. Great food great vibe great drinks friendly staff good prices. Love it, will be back often. Lots of delicious gluten free options. Kitchen so they now have all the amazing food that the college Mugs has. Yum yum yum.
I have celiac. They have good gluten free toast. The owner’s son has celiac so the owner came over to me to make sure I know they take it seriously. Food tasted good, cozy atmosphere.
We just finished an afternoon gathering of 140 women - and Get Plattered’a beautiful cheese, fruit and nut boards were the centerpiece of our refreshments. The boards were beautifully presented and set up by the two chefs delivering and all the offerings tasted just as good as they looked. There were also yummy crackers, honey, jams, blueberries, figs, plums, olives and some sweets. Get Plattered easily accommodated our need for one of the 3 platters to be gluten free. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
We usually love BJ’s for their food, service and gluten free options for my wife who has a gluten allergy, this visit was a exception, however, service was slow, it took forever for our food to come out, my wife’s meal came out and luckily we questioned the bun on her sandwich as it was ordered gluten free and was supposed to be gluten free and it was not, if my wife would have eaten it she would have been sick for the night, by the time her food finally was redone and brought to the table I was done with my meal, we never saw a manager anytime during the entire visit, they usually do a very good job but this experience was very disappointing
After posting this I was contacted by someone from the corporate office that was very apologetic and concerned about what we experienced. He wanted all of the details of the visit and assured us he would follow up on this situation. Since this was isolated and they showed concern we will be visiting again as we have always loved it there prior to this visit.
Update, after posting the review and talking to the director of operations I am totally satisfied with their concern and assurance of follow up on this situation, like I said this was a isolated experience here and will definitely return, I was reassuring to see their concern and follow up
The vibe in here is so nice and the food once matched the elevated space. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. I used to love their salmon dish with the beet purée and was looking forward to ordering it today. They got rid of that item and had a new salmon dish on the menu, it was no longer gluten free but I asked if I could get it without the gluten item (farro). The waitress told us she would check and let us know. She never came back to confirm if it was possible or what I’d be getting and when I finally flagged her down about 20 min after ordering, the food was already out. For a $33 dish, I was given salmon and wilted greens. I asked if there was a substitute offered for the farro and she said she could do mashed potatoes. They came out quickly which I appreciated but had I not asked, the meal would have been very disappointing given the wilted greens were the only thing paired with the salmon. The greens were witty and ruined the taste of what I imagined to be a great pairing. For the price, I expect to have fresh food. Luckily, the salmon was delicious. We usually don’t complain (or even give bad reviews) but we decided to let the waitress kindly know about the greens to which she offered us a free dessert but we weren’t looking for anything for free, just better quality for the next person. When we got the bill, we were charged the full price for the salmon (which was expected) but with an add on for the mashed potatoes. It’s not really about the cost, but the principle of the matter and how poor the service was. The plates are all $30-50 and I feel with that cost should come a certain quality in food and level of service. Unfortunately, I don’t see us dining here again which is a bummer bc it used to be one of our favorites… I’d recommend going to blue agave or the regional instead!
Cute breakfast diner with good basic food. We got the specials and enjoyed them. The coffee is fine, nothing special. Cute back patio with lots of shade. Did offer some gluten free options.
