Safe for celiacs! They have separate prep areas for their gluten and GF foods, dedicated pans, and make everything from scratch. They have a shared fryer, but serve corn tortilla chips that are made off site in a GF facility.

I love this place and they have wonderful gluten-free options. Chicken enchilada and unfried unbreaded chili rellonos are a yum yum. The staff here is wonderful

The food we had was really good. Good portions, too - not quite as large as some other restaurants, but they're not small either. And they assured me that they have separate prep areas for gluten and gluten-free food to avoid cross contamination for celiacs. We'll be back!
