I wish I could eat gluten, but it wrecks me. Hunan makes some darn good GF Sesame Chicken. I wish it was a little more crispy, but so good! Boneless chicken and ribs apps are great as well

This is our weekly favorite spot for lunch. Authentic South Indian dishes. Thali is delicious and such a treat to find here in Colorado. Dosa is amazing. Very kind service that shows they care about their customers. Gluten-free options!!

Thai Station is easily the best Thai in Fort Collins. My wife has celiacs so we are always looking for good gluten-free food and this place knocks it out of the park every time. I recommend the drunken noodles with crispy pork, the tom yum soup, and a Thai tea. Can't go wrong.

Food here is great. I went regularly for the last several years and it was my comfort spot as someone with celiac and a love for Thai food. Unfortunately, one of the employees somehow obtained my phone number from their system and attempted to contact me for months. Despite asking him to leave me alone, he continued to call and text. When I was finally in at the same time as the owner, I explained the situation and she apologized but took no action on my behalf. My friends and I no longer feel comfortable dining here while he is employed!

Their 1-5 spicy rating is perfect, few places can pull off being legitimately spicy while staying flavorful. Always great service with a good selection of vegetarian and gluten free options.

Dairy and gluten free options- Yes. The sushi is great, the edamame is delicious, highly recommend, remember to ask for it gluten free. The service here was very good as we had a large group that was rather needy, but our server remained friendly and playful and attentive. The biggest plus is that they have gluten free tempura. If you like tempura, this is a a great option.

The food was very good and portions were large. Having celiac disease eating out can be challenging but our waitress was very knowledgeable about what menu items would be safe to eat. Definitely will eat here again!

Don’t have this establishment in Texas, so trying it again. Had it last year on our visit to FtC. Got 2 bowls, steak and chicken breast. Various veggies mixed in. Steak bowl has white rice and the Korean BBQ. It was a great flavor, sort of sweet with some heat. Have a great taste to the bowl. Chicken bowl had brown rice and the top 5 veggies with jalapeño and the Green Dragon sauce. The sauce had just the right level of spice. I usually like really spicy stuff, but tonight tamed it down. This hit the spot! Gluten free soy sauce used for the wasabi and California rolls. The watermelon strawberry drink was pretty tasty. Had just a hint of watermelon flavor, strawberry was more noticeable, and just sweet enough to be good, not too sweet. Great compliment to the food.

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice, thus the two stars, but that’s where the positives end. Minimal gluten free options. Our food was cold and very bland. Staff was smoking near the back door and that was unappetizing. Will not be back.

Cute place across from CSU. We were able to get a seat quickly and they came to take our orders in a timely fashion. I ordered the pineapple curry with shrimp. Yum! Lots of veggies and shrimp with a wonderful sauce. My husband had a different city but liked mine more. We both enjoyed our visit! Nicely marked menu with about half of the items being gluten free. I appreciate this as I have Celiac's.

By far the best quality sushi I have had in Colorado, we could not believe how fresh it was! We had an amazing interaction with the owner/sushi chef that really made our night too. The owner came out to explain about an order taking a bit to make sure the fish was in top quality, which we can definitely tell quality is a priority, but he even brought out a smoked salmon nigiri as a thank you which was our favorite thing of the night! We can’t wait to come back! One extra thing we appreciated was the Gluten free notation on all the foods on the menu, this makes searching the menu way easier for my Fiancé.

One of my favorite spots to eat - Ingredients are always fresh! My only criticism is as someone recently diagnosed with Celiac, I’d love to see them use GF soy sauce in their house sauces and salads. There are no GF salad options and the only options for gf sauce are ponzu and soy.

Our server Olivia was fantastic! She went above and beyond to check with the kitchen/chef several times to make sure my food was 100% gluten free. She was oustanding! Being as it was Friday night, there was a bit of a wait for the food, but nothing out of the ordinary. We will definetely be back!

I went to the Fort Collins Hu Hot the other night with some friends and had a great experience. I was a bit concerned going there because I am mostly gluten free but the staff was really helpful with my experience. I had am employee named Juliet go back and grab me some rice noodles from the back fridge because I was concerned with cross contamination. She walk through the line with me and pointed out stuff that was gluten free, she was very helpful! I would definitely go back, even with my allergy, because the staff was so great :)
