I am not vegan or vegetarian. I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked zest. I got the mushroom alfredo pasta and it was so good. We also got nachos to share - which if you donβt think about it as nachos and more just a chip and dip dish then itβs delicious. The roll was also pretty good and the dessert was amazing
this place is NOT dedicated gluten free. I don't know what the alleged 'kitchen manager' is think by verifying this but it is not true. I reported to atly, but for anyone unaware please do not go here under the impression it's dedicated
I fell in love with this place. It's a shame I was in a hurry today because the warm welcoming atmosphere made me want to kick back and spend the rest of my afternoon here. The food was delicious and actually gluten free! The matcha and strawberry ice latte? Refreshing and well balanced. I can't wait to bring my favorite people here for some great food, drinks, and conversation.
First time at Cubbyβs, and theyβre missing the boat. Tacos should always have a corn tortilla option, especially for those who eat gluten free. I had to pick the tri-tip and toppings off the tacos, which I will say were tasty, but would have been much better in a corn tortilla. And would have been much more filling. Suggestion from a Texan, add corn tortillas please.
On a side note, the rosemary fries and fry sauce were good. And my hubby enjoyed the Gypsy burger quite a bit.
Also, the service was excellent.
And why is it 65 degrees in here? We had to get hoodies from the car.

I might be a bit biased, but I love the Bayou! Weβve consistently received good service, and both the food and drinks are delicious. They offer gluten-free options on their menu, and during our last visit, our server was incredibly helpful in finding me something safe to eat. Itβs one of my favorite spots for a tasty meal.

Court was so helpful in finding me multiple options to eat. I have food, allergies, to gluten, dairy, and soy. They were very accommodating and the food was delicious.
Why hadnβt I heard of this place before?!?! New York in the middle of SLC! Huge menu, gluten free bread, Jersey-accented guy giving suggestions for additions to the sandwich you chose at checkout. Iβll be back!!!
The food, service & atmosphere of any of their stores was always great! I'm sad to learn about their closing π this was one of the first places me & my best friend had found that served gluten free options for people with celiac's disease before 'gluten free' became a popular thing among the public
Iβm an Italian lady who learned to cook at the knee of my Nonna. Bartoloβs made me feel right at home and provided amazing service courtesy of Marina. The hostess was also gracious and accommodating and the food was amazing. I appreciated the gluten free offerings as someone who has health conditions that often prevent me from enjoying the food from my childhood. I very much enjoyed our whole experience here and would definitely return. Molto grazie!
I initially chose this place because it is wheelchair accessible. It did not disappoint. It is a lovely and spacious cafe. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. Coffee is great! I wish they had a slightly larger baked good selection but they did have a gluten free and vegan option. And what we had was delicious. We will definitely be returning.
Food is always good. Atmosphere could be improved its cold and dirty. They have good gluten free and vegetarian options. Expect a 0.56 noncash surcharge for card payment. Prices a bit high for type of food.
I was pretty disappointed in the food. I ordered a Gluten Free Reuben and my boyfriend ordered a regular Reuben, and we both agreed they could have been cooked longer. Seeing all the photos online of tasty grilled sandwiches made me realize this was probably an off day, but the food wasn't cheap. My cheese wasn't even melted, the sandwich was cool to the touch with thick dry bread. The pastrami was rubbery and hard to chew on both our sandwiches. We paid about $40 today for our two meals, if someone could reach out to refund our meals I'll provide proof of purchase.
My husband ordered the Hot Chopped Cheese Sandwich and LOVED it. Left no crumbs, no notes. β€οΈ
I ordered the Kimchi Grilled Cheese with Gluten free bread. It was actually pretty good, the Kimchi on grilled cheese is a nice idea. My only issue is that the cheese tasted like Kraft Single American Cheese which has a very weird taste to it. Would be a 10/10 with a better cheese.
The food was G R E A T ! ! ! Have gone there 6 times! I am gluten intolerant and their buns are worth cheating for! Not much is! Got some Gargantuan's and it was enough meat for four gluten free buns! I think their prices are reasonable!
I love their food especially since they have gluten free and they're good with it. But this time me and my family stopped after an event and my mom ordered and their roast beef looked questionable like very dark and not normal so she asked them about it they said it was normal so she was eating the sandwich but they didn't make it the right way so she told them and asked for no roast beef and for it to be remade since it's a complete different sandwich and one of the girls was pretty friendly and handled it well but the other one talked behind my mom's back and I watched her do it. She would mumble under her breath while glaring at my mom and throwing around her food and being aggressive while making it and then talking behind her back to her coworker. Me and my mom were taken a back as to why she would act like that when there was no reason since it was on them and my mom just wanted good food. I regret giving them a tip because they didn't deserve it for how they treated my mom. The other locations I go to are perfectly fine but this one I don't know what is wrong with them but they shouldn't act out on customers
Awesome environment and staff, however their Pho is not good. The chicken tasted like it was from a can, they donβt have any veggies to add on or gluten free sauces. Overall probably fine but a bit or a let down. The broth was excellent tho. Also you order and pay your self.
They came and checked on me and made it right and said they are working on improving. Very impressed
They have delicious gluten free sandwiches! The staff was knowledgeable about gluten free options and took care to avoid cross contamination. Not to mention, Joseph Smith Memorial building is an elegant place to eat lunch.

Portion sizes are obviously ridiculous, but the food is good. All gluten free options are marked up on the giant menu. We sat outside in the shade, but on a hot day the air conditioning inside can be very welcome. One of the few restaurants open within the mall on a Sunday.
Please bring back the zucchini chocolate chip cookies. My spouse loves them and he was so sad to learn you guys don't make them anymore. Also, can you pretty please bring on board some gluten-free bread? X
We tried lunch here today after searching for gluten free sandwiches in Salt Lake and I am quite impressed. The sandwich had great flavor, was a good size, and was perfectly toasted. I know we will be going back for lunch again soon
As a gluten-free dairy free individual who often makes cross country trips via I 80 this has been added to my Salt Lake City stop list.
The Clubhouse massacre held up spectacularly (even with my alterations for diet). Good thick cut turkey that gives no impression of deli meat. Cold Brew that categorized as top 10 (a highly valued and vital part of my road trips).
To stop and derail into the city is not a light consideration for me, and I plan on doing it every time I can.
Also their bathroom was impressive and deserves a 10/10 review in itself. ππ½
Went to Moochies for the first time as my friend told me they had the best cheesesteak subs, and he wasn't wrong. The subs here were delicious especially with the avacodo sauce.
Only minor issue I had was I asked for Gluten free since I have a allergy and was told they didn't sell Gluten free subs. I found out later after checking their website that they do, but just replace the bread with lettuce...wish I had known so I could've avoided the stomach ache. They had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating along with a restroom.
I was super excited to check out this cafe since itβs totally gluten free and I have celiac disease. Unfortunately, the employee who was working today completely ruined the experience. I got to the counter and was told Iβd have to wait until she was done cooking the other orders before she could take mine. No problem, she seemed to be working alone and I can understand trying to get caught up. After ten minutes of standing there waiting, she finally came back to take my order but proceeded to tell me βjust so you know, if you order food, itβs going to take 30 minutes.β I feel like she could have given me that info before I waited the ten minutes it took for her to take my order. I ended up not ordering anything at all because I felt like I was inconveniencing her. If I was the owner, Iβd be pretty upset my employee was trying to dissuade customers from purchasing food. The friend I was with was kind enough to share what she got with me, and honestly the food was subpar. Maybe on a different day with a different employee it would have been good, but I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing.
