One the best bars in the Dotonbori area, Shiho-chan runs the entire place by herself so it might get a bit busy at peak times, but while you wait you can grab a drink (self serve open bar for 200 only!!! You can literally prepare anything you want). The okonomiyaki is not the traditional type of Osaka but a gluten free version, and it tastes amazing. I am not celiac nor vegan and I came back 4 times, the “addictive beef” menu option is great and indeed very addictive. I came here every night I stayed in Osaka just for the vibes, don’t listen to the bitchy reviews by sour locals, if you are a young traveler and wanna socialize and have a good time, this is the perfect place for you.

This place is a hidden gem! For anyone or for those who need gluten free too 😍 The person runs the restaurant solo, works very hard and the food is incredible! Don’t sleep on the potato salad either. We loved it and will absolutely return ❤️

In my thirties, I developed an intestinal disease, so I stopped by to try to find a restaurant that offers vegetarian menus in order to be more conscious of my health. I thought that taking care of my health meant giving up on delicious food, but I learned that this is not the case. I was especially surprised at how delicious the bread was. This was my first time trying gluten-free bread, and I thought it would taste worse, but it turned out to be even better than the bread I usually eat. Of course, the soup and salad were delicious. I was surprised that the tartare had more spice than it looked. I don't like spicy food so I avoid red ones, but I'm glad it warmed me up, but if you don't like spicy food, be careful. I'm a little selfish, but I'd be happy if there was a dessert that wasn't cold or hot water in the winter. Even though I was warmed up by the tea and soup, I felt like it had cooled down by the end. It would be even better if there was. (While saying this, I also ordered an acai bowl. It was delicious.)
