Wow wow wow. Amazing. A must visit. Came with our friends who are non GF and they loved the normal offering. The GF option of rice noodles was so delicious. Very attentive service. Thank you.

Heavenly vegan pancakes♡
Gluten-free pancakes!
Fluffy and moist.
Enjoy it with seasonal fruits, whipped soy milk, and homemade vanilla ice cream.
The soy milk cream was more delicious than I expected.
100% vegan🌱 is amazing!
Fun little vegan and gluten-free cafe. The staff working were friendly and kind.
It is a small place and the serves are to the smaller side, too. Maybe more of a snack and treat spot I’d say. We came for lunch and had a pizza and burger plus cake and smoothies and drinks and weren’t full after. The rainbow cake looks beautiful, but wasn’t too flavorful. Tiramisu was more enjoyable. Great alternative cafe if on the search for gluten-free and vegan or dairyfree sweat and savory treats!
Great gluten-free ramen and vegan and gluten-free gyoza. They saved my dinner, and it was a great rescue 😋😋😋
They don't guarantee contamination since they don't have separate kitchens, but they proved to be attentive and prepared. I highly recommend it 😊

A super quirky place!! The decor is really cool! At first, it took us a while to understand the system, but then it was great! My little one is celiac and was able to eat without any problems because they understand cross-contamination! Something that doesn't happen very often around here. I also got a vegan okonimiyaki, which was delicious. They come in two sizes: M and L. Despite ordering M, we couldn't finish them, but they're prepared. There are trays where you can get as many containers as you need, and a bag to carry it in. The experience was very pleasant.

This place was so incredible, I couldn’t resist coming back a second time during my trip. The Dan Dan udon, curry udon, and mushroom tempura are all must-tries. Gluten-free food doesn’t always get the credit it deserves, but this spot truly delivers whether you’re GF or not.
I had a delicious gluten-free ramen. The broth was perhaps a little lacking in flavor for my taste, but I still liked it. It's wonderful to be able to enjoy a gluten-free option at Tokyo Station.
Excellent place for people with celiac disease! Everything is gluten-free and delicious. We tried the pepperoni pizza, a baguette, a bacon braid, and a kind of vegan curry-filled bun. It's a small takeout place, although there are a couple of benches outside where you can eat. The guy is very friendly and speaks perfect English.
100% recommended, but we recommend getting there early because they're so fast.
Went there today for a quick lunch and got a hummus sandwich for takeaway. I will tell you it was so so good! There's fresh veggies inside and the bread is phenomenal. I wish I could have this every day 😊 the staff are incredibly sweet so I felt like I was at home. If you're vegan and gluten free this is a great option !
Delicious pork kaatsu and Japanese fried chicken (and French fries). Non-GF family members were impressed with quality and authenticity. Hope to eat here again while we are in Kyoto!

Holy cow!! What an incredible meal. To be anywhere in the world, let alone Japan, and have an entirely gluten free meal is a real treat. I can’t even eat like this in the massive American city where I live. This was dreamy. Incredible food and service in an intimate and comfortable space. Very affordable for what you get. 1,000,000/10!!!!
We had been travelling in Japan for Several days, and the members of our party with coeliac was looking for a change. Tucked away on Miyajima, this small cafe is dedicated gluten free. The fried chicken was wonderful, and the curries smelled great. And then there were the donuts…
It was just delightful to find such flavors one GF food, almost by accident.
great experience, very diligent about vegetarian and other allergies/preferences. staff was very kind and accommodating, they spoke clear english and made friendly conversation. everything gluten free, highly recommend!
My friend is gluten-free, therefore she was really happy with the wide selection. I tried the sesame ramen, but it was really bland, and the little bit of soy meat tasted like nothing
Great gluten-free service, tiny restaurant (5 people max seated), they only have chicken dishes and burgers, but they are delicious. The bathroom has redefined my concept of small space :) but it is very cute. Super friendly staff as always and very reasonable prices.
The best gluten-free place I've tried in Osaka! :-) Highly recommended, incredibly delicious, and cheap! Drink your fill of beer and long live Shiho! Down with gluten! 💘
Super nice place, run by a couple who couldn't be more charming! Super attentive. Suitable for celiacs and vegans. My daughter is celiac, and when we told them, they explained that they were extremely careful with cross-contamination, which was very appreciated. You pay 4,000 yen per person, but they give you four starters to try, five gyozas, a main course, a drink, and dessert. Everything was delicious. We couldn't finish everything, so we were able to take it home. If I go back to Takayama, I'll definitely be back. I can't fault it at all. (The dish in the photo is from the vegan menu.)

my family and i had the great privilege of dining at the teppanbaby. my celiac mother had an amazing meal and my little brother ate some amazing chicken and rice. the staff is AMAZING and definitely a highlight of my trip!!
Best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. Scratch that, best pizza I have ever had Period. Everyone visiting Nara, please give these guys a visit.
Not sure if Japan has a Coeliac certification system, but it's all good. They got a while separate stone oven just for the gluten-free pizzas.
No, I haven't been to Italy, but this restaurant was supervised by a world-class Italian chef. It shows. It really shows. Don't think Italian food ever gets better than this.
5000 Stars out of 5.
I visited L for You AOYAMA, a gluten-free cafe for intestinal health in Omotesando. I've been eating and drinking a lot these past few days, so I came here to give my stomach a rest (^^)... I had burdock and mushroom intestinal health soy milk soup, a plate of brown rice and vegetables, and pomegranate green tea.
I'm so happy it's gentle on my stomach...no guilt...
It also came with a small banana bound cake, so I was very satisfied! Thank you for the meal (^_^)!
Maybe we ordered the wrong thing but i doubt it as there are only three main ramen dishes- 1-3 with no accommodations. Maybe gluten or vegan options are better.
I believe what happened to our ramen was that the green onions were past their due. And they really dumped a lot of these bad green onions in our ramen. It tasted awful. The taste permeated the rest and i know a lot about food and cooking so i tried to work past it and can tell without those green onions that maybe the food would be ok. Anyone who cooks knows that if green onions are old and get slimy the taste will take over the food and in a bad way. And both my son and i had upset stomachs afterwards. A shame because we were looking forward to it. Also as ramen goes it was one of the more expensive ramen dishes we had whilst in Japan.
Loved this place!! Everything is gluten free (even the macaroni) however the okonomiyaki was certainly the highlight. It was great to not have to worry about cross contamination - cannot recommend it enough
Amazing gluten free pistacchio cake and cheesecake. Fresh juice, not too sweet. Quiet and comfortable. Will definitely come back!
Edit: Have been here three times now, would 100% recommend this place!
The food was so delicious and filling and the staff were so friendly. Amazing options for GF (about 90% of the menu is gluten free) and also for those who are vego. We had a great meal here!
Excellent gluten free vegan curry (I was too busy enjoying it to take photos) and drink! I got the takeaway curry in a cup - It was perfect! All gluten free, well labeled menu with pictures and friendly service. Definitely recommend this one 🙂
It is definitely not street food and the prices may be slightly higher than average. However, everything was delicious, the portions were just right in quantity according to Japanese standards and above all everything was vegan and gluten-free. I would definitely go back
Fukuda was amazing with gluten intolerance, I could cry. He literally walked me through every item that I could eat safely. The food was also amazing! 10/10 would come back!
The most fun restaurant I have ever visited! It's basically a one-man band, with the owner doing pretty much everything: cooking, serving, cleaning and dealing with customers. The restaurant is a minimalist's nightmare, but it actually has its charm, with a lot of handmade decorations and jokes all over.
The food was pretty tasty, with a fair variety of okonomiyaki, and there were plenty of gluten-free options, so it's good for celiacs.
Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food, and the experience.
I'll definitely visit again when I'm in town.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the entire menu was safe for gluten-free diets, which made us feel so comfortable and relaxed.
The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making the whole experience even better. We truly loved everything about this place, from the atmosphere to the service.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for safe and tasty gluten-free food in Japan! ☺️
About a year ago, I started to get stomach problems when I eat wheat.
So I went looking for gluten-free restaurants, but many of them were gluten-free and also vegan, but I wanted to eat meat... I found a restaurant in Nara that could fulfill my wish!
Of course, they also had gluten-free and vegan options.
I had a hamburger on rice flour bread, and it was so nice and satisfying! (It was hard to eat, but that's probably how it is.)
The price was quite high compared to regular cafes, but they seem to use carefully selected ingredients, and it's priceless to be able to eat a hamburger like this without getting an upset stomach!
There was also a parking lot next to the restaurant.
The rice flour scones I bought as a souvenir were also delicious.
I'd like to go there if it was in my neighborhood.
I'd like to eat there again if I go to Nara.
It's great that they have gluten-free dishes. It's great for girls. And it's good that they have coffee cafe latte. It's delicious. The staff are very kind. It was a nice shop. Maybe it's because the door is open? I was worried about small flies and mosquitoes. I might need to be more careful in the coming season.
We were visiting Sapporo from New Zealand and found this GF Cafe online. We had the most wonderful breakfast and actually returned for lunch on the same day. The husband and wife who own and operate the Cafe are wonderful and amazing people. Be sure to visit even if you aren't Gluten Free .. the food is good.
We look forward to seeing you again when we return to Sapporo in August or September next year (2026)
Very delicious food. Since the portions were rather small, we ordered again. We thought it was good value for money. Gluten-free dishes were clearly marked on the menu, and there was a large selection, including cakes!

Awesome gluten free restaurant, and surprised to see many locals here too! Whole menu is gluten free so its easy to order, and the free hojicha on side is so refreshing. Was here the 2 days I was in Nagoya, they had queues on both days butit moved quickly -15 to 20min wait.
This is the most versatile gluten free place I've been to in Japan, highly recommend!
Two years ago in March, I took my daughter, a second-year university student, for a stroll around Shibuya.
We stopped in for lunch.
~We live in southern Kanagawa,
and my daughter and I have bronchial allergies...
We rarely have a chance to visit Shibuya, which is crowded with young people and foreigners...
This was my daughter's third time in her life.
I'm 60 years old,
hmm, how many years has it been since I last visited?! (laughs)
That's the Shibuya area.
In front of Hachiko, which is in a different location from before.
A long line of foreign tourists lined up.
Redevelopment has seen new high-rise buildings rise in front of the station.
Recalling the Shibuya I used to walk around when I was about the same age as my daughter (40 years ago💦).
I tried to find traces of the past, but although the road structure is the same, the shops and buildings have changed a lot (sweat).
Amidst all of that, the atmosphere around Spain Hill, where Bio Cafe is located, has not changed. Phew 😀
Parco, which is nearby (where I spent all of my part-time job pay of 10,000 yen that day, a bitter fate 😭), is also in the same place.
Now, the rooftop garden is a secret spot for the night view 🥰
Maybe Biidoro, which is next to Bio Cafe, has been there since back then?
I feel like I met up with a friend there to discuss a trip to Bali... 🤔
Memories of such distant youth are scattered like a mosaic in the streets of Shibuya.
Hoping to reduce my daughter's allergies, I chose this gluten-free restaurant for lunch.
Even though it was vegan food, it was well thought out and delicious👍
The lunch course was 1,880 yen, including salad bar and detox water.
We ordered brown rice, fried chicken set,
and vegan Mont Blanc.
The fact that it was vegan didn't bother us at all, it was just a normal, delicious restaurant✌️
The service and the atmosphere were really not bad.
I was a little concerned about the hygiene of the salad bar, so I took one star off.
Unlike salad bars in regular restaurants or hotels,
there were a lot of spilled food scattered around, perhaps because there were a lot of young customers.
It was a little less clean?
Tongs were shared,
and overall,
the area around the salad bar felt a bit messy.
(Maybe it depends on the day.)
Other than that,
the food was delicious,
and the location was easy to find and convenient.
It's a good restaurant that's healthy but filling.
Personally, I was happy that it's located on the nostalgic Spain Hill, right next to Parco, as it reminded me of a lot of the past 😘
On the way home, I told my daughter for the first time about my memories of Shibuya from my time as a university student and employee, as we headed from Koen-dori to the station.
~I would recommend this place for a day of strolling around Shibuya, whether it's for parents and children, friends, couples, or colleagues.
