The area for dine in is like open garage space. Regardless of dine in or take out, food is served in a take out fashion. But if you choose to dine in, complimentary water bottle is provided and there will be use and throw utensils. One of the standout features of My Thai Maui is its extensive menu, offering a variety of options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or have other dietary needs, there’s no shortage of delicious dishes to choose from. Customization is made easy here. You can modify ingredients, adjust spice levels, swap out proteins. My Thai Maui ensures that every dish is prepared to your satisfaction. We throughly enjoyed our order of soup, shrimp fried rice and fish. To top it all off, the dessert was absolutely delicious. We loved the mango sticky rice with beautiful lavender color, it was the perfect way to end the meal.

I have celiac disease. Chick-fil-A was able to accommodate my needs with their grilled chicken salad it was excellent they're dressing is excellent. I had their waffle fries which are cooked separately from other items. I have a very bad gluten allergy and was able to eat there and not get sick so a good place for celiac people

Got the gluten free penne pasta. It was fresh and full of veggies that were absolutely delicious. The server we had was super helpful and nice. Near the airport so you can eat before taking off.

Got the Papaya Dream Salad. I am gluten sensitive. Asked what was in the health grain mix. Sounded like the lady said rice and berries and she said it was gluten free. I couldn't see what it was exactly from where I was standing. Turns out it was Barely - not gluten free!!!
