The filet was prepared well. Could have been a little more rare. The salad, vegetables, and mashed potatoes were good. They have all gluten free desserts so I tried the chocolate mousse. It was excellent. The coffee was fine but it wasn’t hot enough.
Cute breakfast nook with modern decorations. You order at the counter and are given a number to place at the table you choose and the food/drinks are brought directly to you. We stopped in early Saturday morning and there was hardly a wait. Menu was clearly marked with gluten free or vegan options/accommodations. I enjoyed the gluten free Norwegian pancakes stuffed with berries. My friend ordered the breakfast burrito and said it was decent but lacked flavor and seasoning. I grabbed a gluten free salted chocolate chip cookie and it was delightful! We would definitely stop again if ever in the area!
We had a great evening here. The gluten-free choices were excellent. Staff were really friendly and efficient. All our food was delicious and I even bought some Lancaster beers to take home. Highly recommended
I love the food at Mission BBQ on any day, but was especially impressed when I stopped by this location today. When I asked not to have corn bread, the person taking my order asked if I had an allergy. When I told her I couldn't eat gluten, she notified the food preparation staff that my order needed to be gluten free. This is the first time I've seen this at Mission BBQ, and am very happy to see them taking gluten intolerance and Celiac disease sufferers seriously. Even if the brisket, pulled pork and fries weren't so good, I'd still be a loyal customer. And the staff are all really nice. Thank you Mission BBQ!

Lady at front was rude and slow, we were the only ones in there at first and still took 20 minutes, just for the lady to forget items in both orders. There was also an order of gluten free Mac for a gluten sensitive person but when we left with the takeout we realized it was just a normal Mac. When going back in for the missing items the lady was still rude and really didn’t seem to care. Eat somewhere else this place is slow and taste like a microwave meal. Oh and fire that lady she’s ridiculous.
This place was awesome! Came here on a whim before a concert at XL Live. Our server Bren was friendly and helpful. Beers and food were great. Gluten free options as well. I only wish we had more time to explore the space.
Ordered the chicken salad sandwich. It comes on ciabatta, but you can sub it out for bagel or gluten free. I do wish they had a croissant option.
It came with tortilla chips in a bag, which seems wasteful, and an orange slice. The chicken salad was decent.
There are a few tables and couches inside. Seating area is pretty small, and I could see this place easily getting packed on a busy weekend morning.
Prices were very reasonable especially in this day and age.
The best authentic Mexican meal I've had in more than 20yrs. I grew up on the border of Mexico and know what real Mexican food tastes like. This was an amazing experience to find this little gem of a spot. Our server Fernando was an absolute delight! He was friendly and funny and made our dining experience all the better. Not to mention it is a Celiacs dream. Definitely will be going back.
Food - 10/10 phenomenal - will go again!!!! The restaurant is small, we got takeout and there was almost no walking room for the waitress.
Some notes:
Gluten Free --- there is a $4 upcharge per crepe (my 2 crepes cost ~$21), AND you must order two minimum - this was not posted anywhere, & the owner was very apologetic about it
They were amazing at cleaning the equipment and making the batter fresh. They have gluten free patrons all the time.
Fabulous gem of a place. Each plate was visual, textural, and gastronomical perfection. Can't wait to come back.
Also I'm gluten intolerant - almost everything on the menu is gf. I'm in heaven.
Yep, it’s a bar. But it has tasted food, gluten free options, and variations to keep it fresh and inventive. The staff sometimes get overwhelmed, but overall I can’t find a real problem other than not enough space in my belly for more twice baked buffalo ranch wings and tots of glory (or whatever they call them these days).
Ordered a bbq chicken pizza with gluten free crust with vegan cheese.
The bbq chicken pizza comes with ranch on it, and I didn’t realize. Which is my mistake. When I asked if there’s any way they can remake it, because the person eating the pizza cannot eat ranch, they said they can remake it. Then 2 min later came back and said actually we can’t since it’s my fault. Made me order and pay for a new pizza. It’s my fault, but having worked in the customer service and restaurant industry, I know that any other restaurant would remake the pizza.
Great pizza but make sure you check your order before checking out ☺️
I am gluten-free and the server went out of her way to make sure my selections were as UN-cross-contaminated as possible. She changed gloves, washed her hands, and used clean utensils for each item. I will definitely return to this Chipotle.
Federal Tap House has the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. I actually like it more than regular pizza. I got the mushroom pizza. It is mouth watering with a thin crispy crust, and it was loaded with mushrooms. I also got the hydro Boston bibb salad and it was also delicious. I'm definitely ordering from here from now on, and I can't wait to try their other menu items. I highly recommend this restaurant to eat at.
Greystone is our go-to place to meet up with family and friends! The food and drinks are always great, and the atmosphere is cozy and friendly. The new pizza oven is a great touch, and we love that we can confidently bring people who are gluten free here and there will be plenty of options for them - even for desert. I personally miss their biscuits they used to serve to start though - that maple bacon butter was so good! That said, my fiance and I love it so much here that we are having our rehearsal dinner in the Greystone Room this coming summer. They have been great to plan an event with and Jessica has been quick to respond with any questions we have had!
Best sandwich by far the best. I get the club the mix of Dijon mustard and mayo make the sandwich. The best part it's gluten free my mom has no problems.
They had things clearly labeled as vegan on the online menu with a “v” and “gf” for gluten free. The food was tasty, although still pretty spicy for mild. I ordered for pickup and the food was ready when I got there, a few minutes before my pick up time. The atmosphere inside seemed nice.
My spouse and I had a delightful experience working with Sweet Confections for our quedding cake. From our first tasting through to delivery of a final product on our wedding day, they were one of the most enjoyable vendors we had the pleasure of working with. We entered the cake process with just a vision and idea of what we wanted and this was transformed into a stunning centerpiece cake that showcased so well our creative eccentricity while also retaining some traditional style elements. The cake was the talk of the reception, and also tasted GREAT which is so difficult to do gluten free.
Our massive thanks to the team at Sweet Confections for making our day extra special.
Kayla was incredible! We got in after 8 and she made sure to get the kids food in before everyone else so they didn’t eat too late. She was also really sensitive to my gluten free needs, and checked with the chef on everything! Would highly recommend visiting and asking for her because she was awesome.
Stayed at the hotel and went to this restaurant One time for dinner and two times for breakfast. To be objective, I’m going to separate the dinner service and the breakfast service.
First of all the breakfast service. The servers were nice and attentive, and the breakfast was good when compared to every other breakfast restaurant. When it comes to certain plates like the avocado toast, do not expect to see a great dish. It was a very sloppy Avocado toast.
The breakfast potatoes, the first time we had breakfast, Were undercooked And without flavor. The second time they were crispy very well seasoned and cooked perfection, so you guys need to find a way to be consistent since breakfast is way too expensive to have that inconsistency.
For the dinner service, my experience was very different. The area where we were seated, we were battling with nags and flies Getting in our food. The server seem like she was struggling with the tables she was waiting, and it took too long to bring anything to the table. And I need to clarify that I’m very patient.
We ordered the brisket sandwich with gluten-free bread And they served it with regular black bread and later told us that there was no gluten-free bread available. So we change the order to the salmon that took almost an hour to come out and we were already tired and leaving. Instead of canceling the salmon that took an hour to get to her table after their mistake, I had to pay for it and took it with me. When Tasting the salmon later that night It had no seasoning Whatsoever. Very disappointing for the price.
The rest of the food that we order was mid to good, But for a person that has dietary restrictions, I would probably stay away from this place. And I’m not saying that in a negative manner, but for the next two days that I went there for breakfast, I order gluten-free bread and after they took my order and we’re ready to serve. They came back telling me that they didn’t have gluten-free bread because the truck never arrived, made me think that they never had any free bread because for the last three days I was visiting that restaurant and they always had a problem with gluten-free bread. Perhaps they should consider telling that to their servers so they don’t waste peoples time and if someone wants to make the decision to just leave and go to somewhere else, they don’t have to wait until all the other orders are served.
Well, I know This was a long Review, but considering there are other restaurants close by that serves similar food I consider this to be closer to a three than four when compared to the rest.
Food was amazing, hot and fresh! Loved the atmosphere and the tic tac toe games at the table. Would definitely recommend, especially for people with gluten sensitivities as the primary dish is made with corn flour. I would recommend double checking the ingredients to be sure!
The food was absolutely amazing and our server was wonderful. That said, everything took a really long time and our meals were not super complicated. The food was worth the wait and I am thankful that we had the time to wait.
I had the 21 Day Dry Aged 14 oz NY Strip along with the 1700 Preparation (Whipped Potatoes, Root Vegetables, House Worcestershire - which is gluten free)
I ordered my steak medium rare and it was done perfectly. And, proof that they are truly a steakhouse was the perfectly done steak at medium rare temperature without an attempt to talk me into cooking it more. Thank you. Whipped potatoes were amazing. Carrots, in my opinion were slightly underdone but were tasty.
For dessert, I had Chocolate Marquise (Macerated Strawberries, House Granola, Basil) and it was absolutely to die for. So good.
This was a little more than I typically spend for a meal but had a wonderful range of choices/prices. The meal here was as good as any truly fine steakhouse but my final check was less than I expected it to be.
The steak prices when I visited ranged from $35 to $88 with the bulk of the steaks in the $40-55 range. Every ounce of the steak was tender and there was zero gristle. Worth the price. The higher end steaks ($80-88) were Wygu so that is also not a surpirising price.
Was the first time I’ve felt pleasantly surprised when I opened the bill eating out with a family of 4 in a long time. Has the cheeseburger and gyro. Both were great! Had a gluten free bun option for the cheeseburger. Highly recommend!
They have a wide variety of gluten free foods. The taste is amazing. I thought at first it was not gluten free, but it was gluten free. The prices were very affordable.
We were passing through Harrisburg, and my husband is a big fan of Pubs, so we thought we would give McGrath's a try. We have pretty high expectations when it comes to Pub's and good food in general. This place did not disappoint! I ordered the duck and they just substituted more vegetables for Boxty, since I am gluten free. It was cooked to perfection, and one of the best duck dishes I have ever had. The pear chutney combination was amazing!
My husband said the genuine shepherd's pie (lamb!) was extremely tasty, and a generous portion! The prices are VERY reasonable.
We came on a Wednesday. It was quick service, and although the server said she was new, she did a wonderful job, and was very helpful! Would definitely recommend this place.
My shrimp tacos on doubled corn tortillas were fabulous. Burrito Birria was big hit with my daughter. My husband's burrito was delicious, too. Brightly colored Mexican furniture and decor were great addition to atmosphere. Portions were generous. Gluten-free available.
The menu has a great selection to choose from and everything we have tried is awesome! The gluten free option is key for us. The customer service is outstanding. A favorite place for us at Kindermans Auto Repair to go for lunch!
My family and I have been happily dining here for decades. The food is ALWAYS fresh. They also have a perfect record of preparing 100% Gluten free meals for my extremely sensitive daughter.
