We love NEFF, and very much appreciate the Celiac safe ecosystem that they utilize. The food and beer are amazing, and you would never even know that it was GF. My only real hangup is the value equation. Fish & Chips, for instance. It's my favorite menu item. It is delightful little (emphasis on little) pieces of beer battered cod, served with perfectly fried thin cut french fries. It used to include 3 pieces of fish, and was a reasonable value. My last few visits, however, it has only included 2 pieces of fish. And the pieces haven't gotten any less little. It's certainly not an inexpensive meal, but sadly, it has started to feel like one.

Had a wonderful experience tonight, my wife who eats gluten free really wanted the try the onion rings and we've tried a few times, but they haven't had them, and they weren't ready yet tonight, and she was bummed, but when we got seved, the hostess had managed to have the chef make a few 😀 and they are delicious. I give this rating because overall this is a great place to eat, however the gluten free menu options are not actually a gluten free option as one would expect or anticipate. Instead of supplying an alternate gluten free bread item they are simply omitting the item to make it gluten free. To me this changes the dish and isn't being as forthcoming and helpful to the customer base with omitting over substitution.

Wow! I’ve had Velvet Taco before at different locations but the courtesy and customer service I was given at this location has been unmatched! I have celiac disease and can’t eat gluten. The manager Zack was very friendly and warm when taking my order. The team made sure to inform me that the chips are cross contaminated. I didn’t even have to ask. I enjoyed my taco so much, I came back later in the day for another round. I honestly came back again today because gluten free, salmon tacos and gluten free queso while receiving top notch customer service and employee concern can not be beat. Other restaurants are not as educated or dedicated to treating those with celiac with such great treatment. 5 stars!!

Pretty good food here. Definitely enjoyed the food. Service, on the other hand. I think our waiter was a little bit on the autistic side. He really didn't know anything about the food. When I asked him that I was gluten free he had no idea what that was. We waited about an hour and a half to 2 hours and they kept telling us over and over again 15 more minutes. The food was really good but I'll never come back here again. The servers the service. I think the only reason this place is still open is because it's downtown. There's another Mexican restaurant right around the corner. Just go there. Their service is much better and their food is a whole lot better. Definitely won't go back here again. All their servers were awful. Definitely needs to be under new management management here. Sucks . I know I'm a business owner
