Alexander’s Tavern is owned by someone knowledgeable about Celiac and offers a multitude of safe gluten-free options with a dedicated kitchen space and fryer! I recommend the nachos and tater tots!

the best gluten free pizza i’ve had in my life and it’s an authentic Napoleon style! the owner is so nice and checked on us our first time as gluten free diners, the pizza is prepared separately but there is gluten in the kitchen so keep that in mind ~ i’ve never had a reaction at verde or had a reaction with delivery - highly recommend!

The food was all-around great (we especially loved the grape leaves), but this place deserves major extra points for accommodating those with celiacs. My (recently diagnosed) husband and I celebrated our anniversary dinner last night, and we were delightfully amazed by how much of the menu is gluten-free. Even more, while nothing beats traditional pita bread, the mere fact that Cypriana offers gluten-free pita bread (which was still tasty) meant a lot to us. We will definitely be coming back here again – especially when neither of us needs to be the designated driver, as the cocktail menu sounded fantastic.

Hands down one of the best restaurants in the DMV area. Everything about them is wonderful from their beautiful external facades to their calm peaceful decor indoors....the huge plants indoors make it looks like a nursery it's absolutely gorgeous. Before I talk about the food, I want to say that the service was truly pleasant. They picked a great crew who are accommodating and really nice. The food was different and diverse enough to satisfy different palates from vegetarian to gluten free.. There's something for everyone. The Tostones Playeros with passion fruit coleslaw is such a simple and sophisticated appetizer. The duck was cooked to perfection. The octopus was the tastiest we had in a while. The presentation of all plates was artistic. They do have a private room for special occasions and I wish I had picked it for my wedding rehearsal last year! The place was conviently located near Penn station which was a plus as we are from DC. We walked down from the station and it was right there at the corner. Great location! Really happy with how everything turned out and how positive the experience has been. This is definitely going to be my to go to place for every occasion or for when am in Baltimore. I am going to make reservations for this weekend again. Thank you all for making my birthday special.
