completely gluten free, amazing food with a very wide selection. amazing for breakfast and lunch, with vegan and dairy free options and it's always worth grabbing a cake or two to take away with you
Awesome gluten free pancake, it tasted like a real gluten full pancake! If your celiac , warning! The gluten full pancakes are made in the same pan as the gluten free pancakes! They have tons of vegan options too. And the staff is super friendly ☺️
I have been here twice. On both occasions I had excellent food and service. Pancakes are delicious and had variety of toppings both sweet and savoury. Overnight oats were also delicious. They have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Highly recommended.
Yummy food and great service. Choose your base, crepes, American Pancakes, omelette, savoury or sweet, gluten free ,vegan. Was able to choose high protein meal enabling me to stay on my eating plan whilst out. Gorgeous food and great service. Will definately be back

First visit to the cosy club but definitely won't be my last. Also very attentive to one of my guests that is celiac. Excellent menu and excellent service
1st time visiting but certainly wont be the last. Food was absolutely delicious, and practically everything had a gluten free alternative which as a coeliac is a dream come true.
Staff were friendly and attentive, couldnt fault a thing.

Very friendly staff who provided a quick and high quality service. On both occasions I was served by Likitha who created a warm, inviting atmosphere that made me feel at home when so far away from my home in Wales. I find it very challenging to find cafes that have a wide range of sweet treats that cater for my cow milk and wheat intolerance, so I am very pleased to have found a cafe that caters for these intolerances with vegan and wheat free options, that taste delicious! Not only do they have wheat free and vegan options, they also have vegetarian and gluten free options! Definitely recommend popping in for a sweet treat, for one of their lunches or even just for their coffee, smoothies or matcha. The cafe environment itself is quiet and relaxed being locating a short walk from the main road.
The cafe is AMAZING. I am gluten-free and my friend is vegetarian and we were spoilt for choice. The chai and matcha were both so good, and the hot honey halloumi hash brown stack was possibly the best brunch I've ever had. The cafe is aesthetically lovely and the dog picture walls are so adorable. The staff are lovely too, so friendly and approachable - this place is a solid 10/10.
Lovely hidden gem... the man that runs the place is so lovely and welcoming. We went for breakfast and it was great as they cater for coeliac/gluten intolerances.
The chicken and waffle was absolutely divine. The crispy, perfectly seasoned fried chicken paired with the golden, buttery waffle was a match made in heaven. Every bite was an explosion of flavor—sweet, savory, crispy, fluffy—all at once. Whoever came up with this combination deserves a medal.
Then came the blueberry pancakes… and let me tell you, don’t let the words “vegan” and “gluten-free” fool you. If anything, they made them even more incredible! Light, fluffy, and bursting with fresh blueberries, these pancakes were pure perfection. I was skeptical at first, but one bite and I was completely sold.
The latte? Simply exquisite. The coffee-to-milk ratio was spot on, creating the smoothest, most balanced cup I’ve had in a long time. And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, the barista surprised me with a beautifully crafted heart design on top. The attention to detail was unreal!
Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but trust me, every single penny is worth it. I will definitely be coming back very soon!
Got intoxicated badly here despite confirming with the waitress that nothing in the order had gluten and them saying that they make their best to prevent cross contamination...on top the pancakes..well..they ain't pancakes. Super heavy and taste like wheat.
As a gluten free vegan I am used to turning around and leaving cafés once I have established that there is literally nothing for me to eat. Here I was spoilt for choice and served by a knowledgeable and helpful member of staff. The only criticism is that there were only two members of staff and only one having to take orders, make drinks and take money. By the time we left the place was full, despite it being a Monday lunchtime, but I suppose that's not a bad problem to have!
Staff are fabulous, so friendly and helpful. The food is amazing especially for those with a sweet tooth! Martin makes some amazing cakesm. Including a large range of Gluten Free. You can eat in or takeaway.
Loved our stop here. Very warm & inviting and great gluten-free options. Dogs inside is not our favourite thing but the other strengths of this cafe more than compensate.
Stopped in here for a quick birthday lunch yesterday. Food was very nice, lovely patient staff. Obviously a popular choice as it was quite cramped and busy! Gluten free options which was great.
Some points which lost the star:
I got a gluten free potato and leek soup, on the menu it says the bread is toasted, mine was not. Not a massive deal but it’s what I expected.
My latte wasn’t hot, just warm, which seems to have been the case with another review too. We were in a bit of a rush so didn’t say anything.
Would go back though!
This place is incredible. I've been gluten free for 3 years and never have I had a good gluten free cookie. I just didn't think it was possible. This place makes them and they genuinely are so amazing so chewy. Absolutely divine, and all the drinks are delicious! Really really lovely staff and I've heard the lunches are amazing too

Great food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. Delicious brunch today with lots of gluten free options, staff were all welcoming and helpful, and the restaurant area is beautifully decorated and the vibe/music was great, too. Perhaps a new favourite spot.
This charming café/restaurant in Sidmouth offers an unforgettable experience for those seeking gluten-free delights. With stunning sea views as a backdrop, the atmosphere is both serene and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely afternoon tea.
The gluten-free cream tea is the star of the menu, with freshly baked scones that are light, fluffy, and accompanied by rich clotted cream and jam. The cakes are equally impressive, offering a range of flavors from zesty lemon drizzle to decadent chocolate, all meticulously crafted to be gluten-free without compromising on taste or texture.
What truly sets this place apart is the warm and welcoming staff. Their genuine friendliness and attentiveness make every visit feel special. They're knowledgeable about dietary restrictions and eager to accommodate any requests, ensuring a stress-free dining experience for all guests.
The combination of delicious gluten-free treats, breathtaking views, and exceptionally kind staff makes this café a must-visit. Whether you're a local or just passing through, it's an idyllic spot to relax, indulge, and enjoy the beauty of the seaside.
I would have given five stars if you don’t keep changing the menu for the worse for us celiacs. With every change, the options are further limited. We ordered burgers- essentially just a couple of beef options and that too mostly without signature sauces. The manager Nazir was cooperative and I don’t fault him at all. Service and ambience is superb
I really enjoyed my recent visit to Guilt-Free Pleasures which I made as part of a social group of vegans. The owner Lauren made us very welcome and explained all the things available. It is a very intriguing menu as besides being entirely vegan it also avoids gluten and refined sugar. They are therefore finding other ways to make baked or sweet items. A lot of use is made of protein powder as well as pea milk and peanut butter (oat milk having gluten in it). There are 10 or so lunch items available, all day breakfast, protein pancakes/waffles/'croffles' (combination of croissant and waffle), dessert baked goods, a wide range of smoothies, and many hot drinks. That is to eat in, but to take away you can have many of the same but also 'treat bags' of six or more goodies.
I had a ciabatta with shicken (meat replacement), which came with nachos and a dip, and the delux version of pancakes, which came with whipped cream and flaked almonds. To drink a peach ice tea followed by an unusual smoothie. Everything I and my companions had was absolutely lovely. Considering how many extras are added, and how much some of the specialist ingredients must cost, it's amazing how low the prices are. Guilt-Free Pleasures has limited opening hours, a small scale of premises, and is no doubt in a cheaper rent area than the posher areas of Nottingham, but even so the cost level is as much an attraction as the tastiness, imaginativeness of the range, and friendliness of the staff.
A must-visit for vegans looking to eat out in the Nottingham area.
The menu boasts a variety of delectable options to suit every palate! So great to see so many gluten free options too.
Amazing staff and service. 1000% recommend visiting!
Staff told us the cannoli were gluten free - I’m allergic to gluten - so he got me one. It wasn’t at all gluten free (made with wheat pastry). Fortunately I suspected this before tasting it - I returned it and asked staff to check again.
This could have caused a serious allergic reaction - I fear for those with more serious allergies to nuts or milk that could be life threatening. The staff didn’t make much effort to recognise this - while they refunded it, all they said was “oh, sorry”.
Please be careful - staff were approachable and it was sorted quickly, but if you have allergies, check the ingredients yourself.
I like vitie beets, the people are always friendly and the food tastes good. I like that it's vegan and gluten free and they organize nice things for the community. I also really enjoy the roasted coffee and the smoothies.
This is my local caff so really pleased to have it on the doorstep. The staff are ace and so friendly with a great big hello 👋 when you walk in. The food and drink are a bit on the pricey side but worth it it terms of taste and volume. Take this gluten free New Yorker ciabatta sandwich — £8.95 — it’s a generous portion and delicious. It’s really hard to find good gluten free sandwiches so when I do I tend to keep coming back.
Thanks Sophie and Nicola ❤️😎
Excellent place. They don't do gluten free pancakes, but they were happy to make me breakfast and I had my own bread. Really helpful, and perfectly cooked poached eggs!

The Whisk Kitchen & Bar
51 High St, Woburn Sands, Milton Keynes MK17 8QY, UK
Whisk is a delightful restaurant in Woburn. They have many dairy and gluten free options, which are all very delicious. I would recommend the apple and cinnamon, which was particularly tasty. The owner was very friendly and a great host.
Messaged on Facebook to ask about gluten-free options, and got a reply within 5 minutes.
Very friendly staff inside, ordered a meaty panini and 3 pancakes and all were great.

Bridge House Restaurant- BOOKING RECOMMENDED PLEASE
Fantastic for gluten free. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free include pancakes and waffles, full English breakfasts, sandwiches. Portions are awesome too!
Had brunch here yesterday and was extremely disappointed with the treatment of my child with a food intolerance. My daughter has been working her way up the milk ladder and is at the point where she can tolerate most dairy but ice cream is a step too far and would give her a sore tummy. The staff at the pancake house refused to swap her normal ice cream for vegan ice cream without ordering and paying for it as a separate dish. We ended up using the included kids dessert option so we did not have to pay for it but this meant we did not then get the dessert as other kids would. Very unfair. You don't charge extra for swapping to a gluten free pancake or from chocolate to vanilla ice cream so why this??
Other than that the food was pretty good. The crazy rule just spoilt our time to be honest.
Whole place needs updating decor wise.
