We went to dinner and were served by a very nice guy who recommended some very delicious gluten-free dishes, unbeatable quality and price, I would definitely come back.
Every year we come on vacation to southern Tenerife, and it's a must-see. We are
two celiacs in the family, and the gluten-free food is delicious, as is the service, super friendly, and everything is very clean. 100% recommended.

We ended up in the restaurant by chance, but the truth is that we were not disappointed at all. The owner is Italian and the place was full of Italian people, so before the food arrived we already knew that the pasta we ordered would not disappoint us. The carbonara was incredible and we wanted to come back another day just to eat it again. They also offer gluten-free pasta options for celiacs.
Super disappointing experience, went because it was rated highly on Find Me GF app, but when we spoke to the waiter, everything is fried in the same oil as breaded food, so not coeliac safe at all. Had to change the dish to vegetables in order to eat. They have two friers, so there’s no need to cross contaminate, they could make it safe if they wanted to. Really disappointing. Food was average/subpar irrespective of this, family’s paella was tasteless and overcooked, and the curry flavour on the chicken which isn’t disclosed doesn’t work at all. If you’re going because you think it’s good for allergens or quality food, don’t bother. If you just want a big portion by the sea, you’ll be fine.
If you want to eat delicious gluten-free food, you should stop by here. What seems to be a problem for other restaurants has already been solved here.
Friendly service on top.

As a very strict coeliac it was so good to eat Chinese food!! Staff extremely knowledgeable about allergens and advised appropriately. Separate gluten free menu. Food cooked separate and served separate for gf and non coeliac. Staff so friendly, lovely location opposite the beach. Clean too. My son, non coeliac had his food cooked in the seating area by a chef, very impressed with his skills!
Such a pleasure to not have to worry about cross contamination in a resturant.
Well done on your knowledge and THANK YOU SO MUCH!! VERY HAPPY COELIAC .
(GF Chicken & Sweetcorn soup / Chicken Chp Suey & GF chips) All other foods in photos normal not GF.

Fabulous cocktails and Paella, made to feel very welcome.
Good gluten-free options I'm Coeliac and had no problems, they understand about cross contamination.
Would highly recommend a visit.
We had such a memorable dinner at Oum in Lajares, everything from the warm welcome to the final bite was spot-on. From the moment we arrived, the two waitresses were absolutely lovely and genuinely attentive. When my wife asked about gluten-free options, one of them immediately asked if it was an intolerance or celiac, which showed a great understanding of the difference. My wife has an intolerance, and the digital menu you access via your phone clearly marks gluten-free dishes, which made ordering so easy and reassuring.
The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with Mediterranean charm, from the soft lighting and textures to the striking tableware. We loved the plates so much we actually tried to find them online, and noticed the couple next to us doing exactly the same, flipping theirs over to check for a brand!
The food.....WOW. Every dish was bursting with flavour and freshness. The Chamandar (beetroot) was a standout: so fresh with a subtle spice that was absolutely divine. The dolma was packed with flavour and perfectly balanced. But the highlight was definitely the chich taouk, incredibly succulent, deeply seasoned, and cooked to perfection. I can only describe it as magical.
We highly recommend Oum to anyone visiting the area, whether you're gluten-free or just a lover of great food in a stunning setting. Apologies for the half-eaten dish photos...the food was just too tempting to wait!
A place right on the promenade, so we went in and ordered hamburgers, pork tenderloin and fried octopus, as well as fried fish.
First of all the octopus, they were thin slices that were breaded and cooked in the deep fryer. It had the impression that sections of the octopus from the main course were prepared like this as tapas. The fried fish was thin and cooked bone dry, with an aioli on the side, which admittedly wasn't bad. Now about the pork with fries, 4 pieces tasted good, fresh, soft and well seasoned. However, 2 slightly larger pieces were dry, hard and tasted old, as well as being reused from the day before.
The hamburger was good.
How can you tell from the menu that an octopus is breaded? According to the service, it is labeled with the allergen gluten. We were told this afterwards.
Overall it was decent portions for tapas.
But apparently more emphasis is placed on using staff to attract guests on the promenade than on making them return satisfied because of the quality of the food.
In any case, we won't be coming back.

Views are some of the best I've ever ate at. Make sure you go during sunset. The food was lovely and very reasonable. Drinks were very nice too. They do gluten free pizza and pasta too.
A total success! I'm celiac, and they have safe gluten-free options. The entire staff was very attentive. A special thanks to Victor; I loved his recommendation.

Had the loveliest meal here last night.
Brilliant for coeliacs.
Warm gluten free bread - that actually was nice.
Loads of GF options on the menu and a really good understanding of cc.
Was watching the staff with a customer with additional needs and they were so kind and caring.
A real gem.
Will definitely go back ❣️

The location is great. However, service was a bit slow, and the food was overpriced. The menu shows wrong allergens, I can not eat gluten, and when I asked, they told me to ignore what the menu said and ask for help.
Quiet restaurant in a very pretty little square with very friendly service and gluten-free alternatives. I didn't expect to find a quiet place to eat in Garachico as a Celiac and I was very comfortable, the grilled fish was great, the only thing was that they didn't have gluten-free bread.

Calle León y Castillo, 3 CC, Casa Leon, 35530 Teguise, Las Palmas, Spain
Quality restaurant next to the historic center of Teguise. Spectacular food. The only downside is that the last tables on the terrace do not have light and we spent the entire dinner in the dark. They have gluten-free beer and other adapted dishes.
We went to a group dinner, and beforehand, we were offered a menu with gluten-free options. When we arrived, everyone started ordering, and at the gluten-free menu, the following were the options: salads, various types of vegetables, and the star option: breaded chicken, but not breaded. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. Even if you don't have celiac disease, the food was good, although a bit overpriced for what was offered. What definitely makes the experience negative is the gluten-free options, in the year 2025.

Beachfront restaurant. The food is very good and since I have celiac disease I felt very comfortable with the treatment received and the confidence with which they spoke about the subject. They couldn't be nicer and closer. Without a doubt we will repeat.
Small restaurant that is not very noticeable from the outside but when you enter it is welcoming and intimate. The restaurateur is Italian and was kind and helpful right away, even to my requests regarding intolerances (celiac disease). Very good menu, the fish was fresh and you could appreciate it on the palate, rather fast waiting times, generous dishes. I would say more than fair. I recommend it.
Brilliant little Italian restaurant, food is freshly made to order, flavour taste unreal. Had option to have gluten free spaghetti, best one I’ve had. Even my boyfriend couldn’t tell that it was gluten free. Very happy will be coming back before we go back home from holiday.

This resort exceeded all our expectations. Everything, but everything was luxurious and very neat. We were in a preferred club master suite of 74m² and could eat on linen in the morning and use the "egg menu". (Eggs Benedict, poached eggs,...). Incredibly extensive breakfast buffet with a corner "gluten-free" and plant-based milk. Lots of pastries too. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that there was no Netflix and no extractor fan in the bathroom. The beautiful mirror quickly fogged up. The location is quiet but a bit too far from the center of the port town of Corralejo to do on foot. Then you will need a rental car. On the beach there were luxurious loungers with wind screens between all compartments. A fantastic wellness area where the pool water was often checked and documented. In short, everything is there for a relaxing holiday.

Totally recommended! The food is very delicious (especially the eggplants, which we loved) and the service is excellent. They have gluten-free options and are very attentive at all times to everything you need. I would return without hesitation!

The staff it's very friendly, and professional. They always greet you with a smile.
The food it's fantastic.
The garlic shrimps, the fresh fish, and the meat was delightfull
They have fresh vegetables every day and it's also good for vegetarians or for people with gluten allergies.
We will back soon
AMAZING. GLUTEN, DAIRY & SOYA FREE OPTIONS.
The allergen & other options were clearly marked on the sheet I was given. They were very friendly & helpful.
Prawn crackers to start, drinks arrived quickly. The food was superb & I was confident of no cross contamination.
Well worth a visit.
Lovely place good food and good prices and very good for gluten intolerant and other allergies in our experience

All the staff attended to us out of 10.
We ordered both the cocktail and the gluten-free desserts. They also gave us to try the house appetizer. Everything exquisite.
Without a doubt, we will return.
Al Bek lives up to its reputation!
The food was amazingly good and I even got the dishes adapted gluten-free (good knowledge on gluten-free ingredients!) Recommend going for the meze, lots of small dishes. Lots of vegetarian options. Incredibly good service and pleasant waiters. Nice place, clean and tasteful. 10 out of 10 from me!

We got iceberg lettuce with premade dressing for 13 €. The Canarian potatoes were overcooked . They had gluten free buns that I liked. The service was good and also the baked Camembert. The shrimps in garlic oil were okay, but it was a tiny portion. The place is always empty for a reason, obviously.

I have to say that it is 100% recommended for quality, price, service and views. A 10 without hesitation

Last night we had dinner at this magnificent restaurant, the service was exquisite, my wife is gluten intolerant and they were very concerned about me being able to eat the different dishes, varying their presentation, with the restaurant being full, thank you very much, we will repeat
Good job 😉
