I don't think I've ever had my food served faster.
It's not a 10-star place, but a 100-star place; everything was delicious. Plus, being able to go with our celiac friend and the vegetarian is a plus, because we always go a little crazy trying to find somewhere. This was a real discovery.

A Japanese gem in Madrid. From the first bite, Waraku took us back to the streets of Tokyo. The food is simply excellent: authentic, flavorful, and 100% gluten-free, something deeply appreciated. The service and atmosphere reflect a level of professionalism and courtesy rarely found. Every detail is carefully curated, creating an immersive and memorable dining experience. Definitely a place to return to again and again.
Everything is gluten-free, delicious, and the portions are generous! (They offer gluten-free bread that they make themselves, and while it's not cheap, it's not that different from the breads they offer elsewhere, and the quality of their own bread is much better.)
Eating at Sushi Flower Málaga is like listening to a Zen version of La Mona Jiménez: an impossible balance between the visceral and the delicate. This restaurant, born in Córdoba, Argentina, has achieved what seemed improbable: fusing the emotional intensity of the Argentine countryside with the minimalist elegance of Japanese cuisine.
Each roll is a well-written score: the rice cooked to perfection, the fish as fresh as a morning in the Sea of Japan, and that Creole touch that isn't shouted, but is felt. The menu is varied, gluten-free, modern, and respectful of flavors, and that's appreciated.
The service is on another level. Friendly without being invasive, attentive without pressure. As Anthony Bourdain said: "Good food and good eating are about risk." And coming here, even if it's a leap between worlds, is all rewards.
An experience that leaves you happy, satisfied, and eager to return. And that, these days, is worth gold (or at least a good teriyaki sauce).
The food was delicious, the staff was attentive, and the location was very pretty. They actually have a fairly extensive gluten-free menu. We were particularly impressed by the Vietnamese spring rolls and rice noodles. The orange duck was delicious, and the sushi was obviously high-quality fish.
A pleasant surprise. Everything is gluten-free, especially for those with celiac disease. Value for money. We left very pleased with both the food and the service. Sunday night.
Exquisite gluten-free sushi. Since I discovered it I haven't stopped going there. Highly recommended whether you are celiac or not.
As a celiac I am very grateful to be able to eat such good sushi and with the peace of mind that there is no cross-contamination and to be able to taste batters, tempura, good sauces... Thank you! 💜
As always when we go, the food is excellent, the service even better and the staff, outstanding.
One of us has a gluten intolerance and they adapted almost everything to us to be able to enjoy a perfect meal.

A lot of variety of dishes and many gluten-free options and with possible modifications to the dishes. Fabiola is a great professional and has been attentive to all the details.
Everything is very rich. Mixture of flavors and original dishes. The service, excellent. Suitable for celiacs. Almost all the dishes are gluten-free and there is a great willingness to adapt them. We will return 🙌🏾

This was my second time and the experience even exceeded my first visit. Two of the guests were celiac and the waiter/cook really knew what he was talking about. He explained all the dishes which were suitable and pointed out dishes he could make celiac by changing f.ex. soy sauce to a gluten free or leaving out bread crumbs. Overall food was amazing with excellent wines and very friendly service. I will return when they reopen after a renovation. Many thanks!
My favorite sushi place without a doubt. The workers are very friendly and the food is great for a very good price. I recommend the buffet and the menus are great too. They also have a gluten-free menu and are very attentive to allergies.
I recommend it 100%, delicious food, very friendly staff and recommends you if you are not clear about what you want and perfect atmosphere. I also add that they adapt almost the entire menu for people with celiac disease.
For my first time, this is a place I loved. It's ideal for those with celiac disease. It offers a wide variety of gluten-free products. The food is good, and the quantity and size are just right for the price, especially with drinks (€4.50 for a glass of wine seems excessive). For the rest of the food, you have to know how to order according to the quantity, size, and price.
This ticket is for three people.
Good quality.
Delicious food, great variety. We ordered tuna tartare, rock and roll, a Tiger maki and the classic California. They also prepared us a gluten-free Alaskan maki for a celiac and several niguiris. We will return for sure!

As a very strict coeliac it was so good to eat Chinese food!! Staff extremely knowledgeable about allergens and advised appropriately. Separate gluten free menu. Food cooked separate and served separate for gf and non coeliac. Staff so friendly, lovely location opposite the beach. Clean too. My son, non coeliac had his food cooked in the seating area by a chef, very impressed with his skills!
Such a pleasure to not have to worry about cross contamination in a resturant.
Well done on your knowledge and THANK YOU SO MUCH!! VERY HAPPY COELIAC .
