“Forget about being celiac”. These are the words that were said to me when I ordered. And so it was. Everything was very tasty, a menu with various options, for all tastes. The two partners of the place were really nice and very kind. Recommended for celiac people and non-celiacs.
It's wonderful 😻. I'm celiac, and I was able to eat super original and delicious things. I love how they play with textures. And the gluten-free IPAs are delicious too.
Simply the best restaurant me and my boyfriend have been too! We went back twice on our 5 night stay and we would love to come back in the future. My boyfriend has coeliac disease and this is hands down the best restaurant! The food is absolutely gorgeous the gluten free menu is huge! The staff are very knowledgeable about the gluten free diet. Even the non gluten free menu is amazing. The staff are so kind and entertaining. The drinks menu is fabulous too! The food is fresh and good quality and the prices are very reasonable. Can’t recommend this restaurant more especially if you are a coeliac or follow a gluten free diet.

Wonderful attention from everyone. Fast service, excellent food, multiple gluten-free options for celiacs and always a smile from all the waiters. We always repeat and they also have home delivery. A 10!!
Every year we come on vacation to southern Tenerife, and it's a must-see. We are
two celiacs in the family, and the gluten-free food is delicious, as is the service, super friendly, and everything is very clean. 100% recommended.
Just to say that we have been visiting the gathering for years, the service has always been impeccable and close. The food is always great and the price is right. They also work gluten-free and there is no problem of cross contamination. Thank you very much for always taking such good care of us at the gathering. Without a doubt we will continue visiting them.

This is the place we liked most in Fuerteventura and we are sorry we only discovered it on the last day otherwise we would have returned to try the other tastings. The idea of the 5 tapas and the gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan choice is nice. Don't be afraid to order the Tiramisu because it is delicious!! For us the service was good and without too much waiting and the owner was good company.

It serves pizza and pasta, good news is it does gluten free pizza (not calzone despite what the menu might imply). If you don't need gluten free I'm sure you can get as good pizza somewhere else for cheaper.
Tingting was so lovely and was a great help as i am coeliac so i am gluten free she went through all my choices and was very helpful the food was 10/10 will definitely be back when in Tenerife again!!

We ended up in the restaurant by chance, but the truth is that we were not disappointed at all. The owner is Italian and the place was full of Italian people, so before the food arrived we already knew that the pasta we ordered would not disappoint us. The carbonara was incredible and we wanted to come back another day just to eat it again. They also offer gluten-free pasta options for celiacs.
We ordered gluten-free pizza, they are frozen supermarket doughs like the ones you can make at home but improved, with delicious tomato, good ingredients and a touch of oven. They have gluten-free daura beer. They are Italian, very nice. I would return
A place right on the promenade, so we went in and ordered hamburgers, pork tenderloin and fried octopus, as well as fried fish.
First of all the octopus, they were thin slices that were breaded and cooked in the deep fryer. It had the impression that sections of the octopus from the main course were prepared like this as tapas. The fried fish was thin and cooked bone dry, with an aioli on the side, which admittedly wasn't bad. Now about the pork with fries, 4 pieces tasted good, fresh, soft and well seasoned. However, 2 slightly larger pieces were dry, hard and tasted old, as well as being reused from the day before.
The hamburger was good.
How can you tell from the menu that an octopus is breaded? According to the service, it is labeled with the allergen gluten. We were told this afterwards.
Overall it was decent portions for tapas.
But apparently more emphasis is placed on using staff to attract guests on the promenade than on making them return satisfied because of the quality of the food.
In any case, we won't be coming back.

We had a great dinner at Al Maccaroni, with nice atmosphere and Andres give us a great service 😊
The macaroni was really good 👌, the gluten free pizza was good enough 🍕
Our favourite. We went 3 times over 13 nights. The food is absolutely immense, gluten free options aplenty. Gluten free bread/breadcrumbs are available. The staff are the kindest people ever. If i ever come to PDC again I will definitely dine here. Fully recommend!! Me and my dad were spoilt for choice on 2 pizzas so bought both and halved it!! Fully recommend the Trufurella Special and Barbocoa pizzas!
Thanks for an amazing night.
We went to this Italian restaurant for dinner, and honestly, the experience left a lot to be desired regarding the food.
Positive points:
The waiter who served us was a delight. Very friendly, attentive at all times, and a 10/10 for his service. It's also appreciated that they offer gluten-free options.
Negative points:
The food, unfortunately, wasn't up to par. We ordered gluten-free spaghetti, which was very, very bland and had been cut into small pieces, something we didn't understand and which further spoiled the dish. The pasta was of poor quality and undercooked.
We also ordered a risotto, but the rice wasn't suitable for this dish, not even a similar one (I don't know, a bomba, which is at least delicious). Although it was somewhat better than the pasta, the rice was still of very poor quality. The other pasta we tried was equally bland and, overall, could have been improved.
We're quite surprised by the restaurant's rating. The starters and pizzas may be better, but the pasta and risottos certainly aren't.
As I said, the gluten-free options are much appreciated, but overall, there's room for improvement.
Really good pizza, my wife even got a gluten-free one. The waiters spoke German and were in a good mood. We'd love to come back.

Views are some of the best I've ever ate at. Make sure you go during sunset. The food was lovely and very reasonable. Drinks were very nice too. They do gluten free pizza and pasta too.
We are just back from a holiday in Playa Blanca, our first time in Lanzarote. I need to eat gluten free as I have Coeliac disease, and so it's good to see many menus now have allergens listed which makes things easier for me. I had tried a few of the seafront restaurants over the 10 days and whilst there were options I found some of the food to be a bit lacking in flavour and portion sizes which is disappointing especially considering the prices being charged. So to try to find somewhere realty good for dinner towards the end of our trip I searched for "best restaurant in Playa Blanca" on Google and found the L’Artigiano Forno Ristorante at the top of the list. This was great as the location is just a short 5 minutes walk from our hotel and the gluten free options were abundant. We had one dinner and one lunch at this lovely restaurant and my boyfriend was delighted with the delicious pizza, which was made with care and clearly the freshest ingredients. The gluten free seafood pizza I had was delicious as was the chocolate dessert. The prawns in sizzling garlic oil were also fantastic, we had one portion to share. I did not enjoy the carbonara as much, possibly just my own taste, but it is so good to have the option of gluten free pasta. The service was friendly and attentive, and the price was very good value. This restaurant was a great find, and the only one we repeated over our 10 night stay. Definitely drop by if you are holidaying in Playa Blanca.
A Hidden Gem – More Than Just a Pizzeria!
We stumbled upon this place late into our holiday and only wish we’d found it sooner. Don’t be fooled by the mention of pizza on the sign — while we are sure it does incredible pizza, the menu goes far beyond that, with a wide variety of options for both lunch and dinner.
The food quality was absolutely exceptional — every dish was clearly made with care and top-quality ingredients. It did take a little longer to arrive, but it was more than worth the wait.
What really stood out was how accommodating and knowledgeable the staff were about allergies. Both my wife and I eat gluten-free, and they made us feel completely safe and looked after, with clear attention to cross-contamination and a genuinely thoughtful approach.
Highly recommended whether you're gluten-free or not — this place delivers on flavor, service, and care. We’ll definitely be back! The best restaurant in Lanzarote.
We went to dinner following other reviews and it was a success, a very good pizza, good dough and good product, it should be noted that they also have gluten-free dough. Correct and friendly attention

Really nice pizza and friendly people! Even the gluten-free pizza was really delicious!
And the tiramisu and coffee were a perfect combination!
Don’t forget to book a table or you have to find another place.
Great choice in the cove. It is undoubtedly expensive, we cannot ignore it, but the quality is excellent. We ordered a pasta with carabinero tartar, and two pizzas that were delicious, in addition to the carpaccio. The wine was too expensive.
The premises and location are perfect. We ordered everything gluten-free and had no problems with it.

Good Italian restaurant with a pretty view on the ocean. The food was good, and the servers were helpful and very fast. I have quite some food restrictions, and they helped me nicely with what dishes I could eat. I could eat here gluten-free, lactose-free, and without garlic and onion family (garlic, onion, chives, spring onion, etc). They even have gluten-free pasta.
They have a lot of options on the menu card, and specifically also a wide range of desserts and ice creams.
They had a gluten-free carrot cake, and gluten-free and lactose-free sorbet ice cream flavours.
Thanks!
If your looking for lovely food & service I totally recommend, was on holiday & am gluten intolerant got treated so well & not like an inconvenience which happens a lot in uk. The food was out of this world & if I ever went back to Costa Teguise would definitely go there.
Amazing food, we ate there twice, had pizza and pasta, that was delicious! The best place we could expierence in Puerto the Mogan. They have the gluten free options (all pizza and spaghetti). The heart of the place is the waiter Jamal, if not his energy it wouldn't be the same! Hope we can come back there some day.

I have to say that it was SPECTACULAR, both my partner and I (my partner with celiac disease) ate 10. First we shared grilled octopus with puree and asparagus. Then she chose a sirloin with arugula, parmesan and truffle-scented vinegar. And in this case I have a bizarre issue with pizzas and I ordered a carbonara. To drink a glass of house white wine is terrible and if I'm honest I should have ordered the bottle...super fresh and with a scandalous flavor!!! The bill is in proportion to the food, you have to value everything. The attention of the waiters is 10. In short, I will leave it at my meeting points when I visit the island again. Fernando (an island boy) I have to say that I hope all the workers in the sector are this attentive and kind. Total of 10, I will return for sure!!!!
We went to this place only because on the front of the house the menu stated they have vegan and gluten free options in pasta dishes. As it transpired after a long and slow process they didn’t have any vegan and GF meals at all. Why waste our time and get us to march through the whole entire restaurant? We do not recommend this place where customers are not valued.
AMAZING. GLUTEN, DAIRY & SOYA FREE OPTIONS.
The allergen & other options were clearly marked on the sheet I was given. They were very friendly & helpful.
Prawn crackers to start, drinks arrived quickly. The food was superb & I was confident of no cross contamination.
Well worth a visit.
Small restaurant that is not very noticeable from the outside but when you enter it is welcoming and intimate. The restaurateur is Italian and was kind and helpful right away, even to my requests regarding intolerances (celiac disease). Very good menu, the fish was fresh and you could appreciate it on the palate, rather fast waiting times, generous dishes. I would say more than fair. I recommend it.
Brilliant little Italian restaurant, food is freshly made to order, flavour taste unreal. Had option to have gluten free spaghetti, best one I’ve had. Even my boyfriend couldn’t tell that it was gluten free. Very happy will be coming back before we go back home from holiday.
The whole family went to eat pizzas. Very good and you can order gluten-free. You can choose pasta, gnocchi... and also gluten-free. We were very well attended. Kind people. We loved it. Thank you very much 😊

Good place for breakfast, lots of variety and great coffee. Very fast and attentive service. As advice for celiacs or gluten intolerant people, it would be good to expand the offer a little, at least for a type of salty breakfast, since there is nothing, with some toasted bread to be able to eat, for example, a skewer or some toast.
We visited Piccolo for dinner in May 25.
My partner is gluten intolerant and the staff catered perfectly for her.
She enjoyed a delicious gluten free pizza (pasta options also available) and I had an amazing fresh homemade pasta dish. Both starters and mains were outstanding.
Suggested wine was also delicious.
Very good value for money and great quality Italian food that we highly recommend.
Service was impeccable from Alessio and Alessia.
We have just had roast dinner. Absolutely superb. My wife is coeliac, this was not a problem. The waitress is coeliac so full understanding of gluten free.

Extremely poor and disappointing experience tonight for my mothers birthday meal. From the moment we arrived we didn't feel any sort of welcoming greeting from the host, we were 5 people arriving to an almost empty restaurant and he grumbled at us not having made a booking. We should have left then and there. An insect was in my salad so clearly they hadn't even washed the leaves. They were ignorant from the moment we sat down with not so much as a hello, how are you, zero personality and zero friendliness shown. Food was thrown at us, all pretty average. My mothers salmon was covered in three different sauces not mentioned on the menu. The waiter seemed irritated at us asking a question about allergies ( I am coeliac) and my mother wanted to get a recommendation for a dry white wine. The waiters may as well work in McDonalds they were completely unable to give any sort of customer service. Ordered another round of drinks halfway through our meal, they never showed up but appeared on our bill, had to tell the waiter the drinks never appeared so we wouldn't be paying. He offered no apologies. No one asked us how the meal was etc. We paid and offered our feedback to the host / potentially manager tall grey hair man with glasses. He waved us off, said something along the lines of "it's hard to get good staff" Politeness and friendliness goes a long way and giving the ignorant rude and unwelcoming manner this man treated us on arrival it's unsurprising to see how ungappy his staff must be. Avoid! We spent 160 euro and it was a total waste of money. We left very disappointed considering it was a special occasion.
