I was looking for a place that served gluten-free dishes in Trento and I was immediately attracted by the unconventional name "Uva & Menta". My husband and I, even without a reservation, were seated and served almost immediately. Splendid and smiling welcome from all the staff. The owner is a person who puts his heart into what he does. Our pizzas arrived almost immediately and.... SUPREME DELIGHT. Excellent quality ingredients and undoubtedly the best gluten-free pizza my husband has ever eaten (a very stuffed calzone). Even my crock, with regular flour, was an explosion of flavor. Wide choice of craft beers, including gluten-free ones. The place has a young and colorful soul all its own, cheerful, with music as the background of the evening. We felt really pampered. Nice atmosphere! We will definitely return even if we are from Bolzano. It's worth the trip to sample other specialties.

Fantastic place in perfect South Tyrol style, excellent dinner with numerous gluten-free options. I had the shank with sauerkraut and potatoes, it melted in your mouth. Our friends the risotto, really good. And finally, gluten-free coffee and semifreddo and souvenir grappa, so called because you can take the glass home 🙂

The gluten free pizza was very good as was the tiramisu. The gluten free "bread sticks" from a bag are a joke but that was no big deal. Had some nice local wine as well.
We had dinner twice in this lovely restaurant that also offers outdoor seating, on a large terrace. The dishes we took (including gluten-free ones) fully satisfied the taste and the pocket. Recommended.
Let's start from the fact that I have celiac disease and this place shouldn't be very suitable for me, but leaving this aside they behaved very well. They informed me about the possible contaminations that could have occurred given that the kitchen is single but that they would however have used care and attention to respect my problem. No sooner said than done!! They fully respected everything they told me on the phone, I was treated really well, from the entrance, to the waiters and pampered by the dishes they had. I have never eaten as well as in this place, I think I will return to Trento soon to be able to taste their products, excellent in every way and truly compliments.
My story ends that I didn't feel bad, I think I didn't have any contamination, this is evidence of how perfect they were. Thank you
I would like to point out that I ate outside.
Terrible service i.e. forgotten orders and oxidized cutlery. Pizza at exaggerated prices for a gluten-free pizza 15 euros + 2.5 for pasta clearly of frozen origin.
I only went once to buy bread and other savory products because I don't go there often, but I found it delicious for being gluten-free and very varied as an offer.

I went with my friends to watch Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid for a match and dinner together.
Their burgers are delicious and full of ingredients, you won't be hungry after dinner with them. The burgers are always accompanied by a huge portion of fries.
I took the hamburger (Ciccio officina) with gluten-free bread and it was excellent.
Good prices, around €20 per person if you get a drink or a spriz and two burgers.
Very kind waiters, very friendly and helpful. It's always nice to find waiters who make you feel happy for having chosen that place. Great service.

By tradition, founded by the late Cavaliere and continued scrupulously by his family and students, a pizza with great attention to the dough, even for celiacs and with storo polenta flour. Unmissable is the one with fresh porcini mushrooms and mountain cheese... Variations with lard and/or... gorgonzola... Curious? Let Ale advise you...
The best ice cream I've ever eaten in my life.
Both the vegan and lactose-free ones are delicious.
It's the first time I can choose flavors without falling back on the usual ones with fruit.
Special vegan flavors, good and full-bodied.
If I were from Trento, I would go there every day.
In response to the other reviews complaining about the prices: the quality is excellent, the research and meticulousness they put into producing gluten-free vegan flavors is worth paying for.
In my opinion, the prices are in line with all the work and study that goes into each individual flavor.
Good job guys, keep it up.

Roberto will be able to recommend the ice cream best suited to your needs (also gluten and lactose free). I recommend trying the dark chocolate!
Fortunately a little attention. As usual reviews for those with celiac disease problems. While walking around Trento during Christmas we came across this informal, youthful place where, unlike many others, there is an activity that pays attention, which is NOT IMPOSSIBLE, for those who have a difficulty.
Online menu gluten-free sandwiches and burgers, separate fryer and no colic. All in a not huge space. Simple but tasty preparations, fast service. Very recommended
We went for lunch for a break and I must say very good, friendly staff, also excellent for celiac people with dedicated dishes and even sealed bread dedicated to them. Good dishes and fair portions, average price. Advised.

Lunch with family with celiac child. What can I say "recommended"? It would be obvious, go and try for yourself the goodness of the first courses and the gluten-free pizza (all excellent). EQUIPPED FOR GLUTEN FREE, I specified as soon as I arrived that I have celiac disease and they recommended good, safe dishes that would allow me to eat peacefully.
The only discordant note was the fried food, which I couldn't eat because it was made with normal batter, a great shame because it will certainly be very good, but I had dinner there twice and if I return to Trento I won't fail to stop by for a third time. I was happy and I congratulate them! Well done!
The staff was unfriendly, the food is clearly not fresh and pre made ! Also if you have any allergies do not eat here, very unhelpful staff. Also why provide gluten free buns if it isn’t suitable for celiacs….
As far as I'm concerned, the best pizza I've eaten here in Trento. The place is very nice, suitable for both a dinner with friends and a romantic dinner!
I also recommend their desserts (the tiramisu I ate was special), and some are even gluten free!
Excellent pizzeria in the center of Trento. They have two types of dough, one soft and well-leavened, the other digestible and light, it's great for those who are gluten intolerant, I don't think celiac disease. They have vegetarian and vegan options. In addition to pizzas they also have cuisine, which we didn't try though. Very nice summer garden! Recommended!!!❤️❤️
Excellent Mexican restaurant in the center of Trento with a wide choice of delicious products (vegan and gluten free options also available). The place is very colorful and clean, the staff is efficient and courteous and the owners are very nice! Reservations are recommended especially from Friday to Sunday given the high number of customers. The prices are excellent in relation to quality and quantity. It's not the first time I've been there and I will definitely be back!
