I was looking for a place that served gluten-free dishes in Trento and I was immediately attracted by the unconventional name "Uva & Menta". My husband and I, even without a reservation, were seated and served almost immediately. Splendid and smiling welcome from all the staff. The owner is a person who puts his heart into what he does. Our pizzas arrived almost immediately and.... SUPREME DELIGHT. Excellent quality ingredients and undoubtedly the best gluten-free pizza my husband has ever eaten (a very stuffed calzone). Even my crock, with regular flour, was an explosion of flavor. Wide choice of craft beers, including gluten-free ones. The place has a young and colorful soul all its own, cheerful, with music as the background of the evening. We felt really pampered. Nice atmosphere! We will definitely return even if we are from Bolzano. It's worth the trip to sample other specialties.
Congratulations indeed.
Fantastic place in perfect South Tyrol style, excellent dinner with numerous gluten-free options. I had the shank with sauerkraut and potatoes, it melted in your mouth. Our friends the risotto, really good. And finally, gluten-free coffee and semifreddo and souvenir grappa, so called because you can take the glass home 🙂
Nice place to eat a lot and well, the portions are really generous.
We had a really good and light gluten-free pizza, then risotto and second course, all very good. There are also some gluten free desserts.
The only flaw is the service is a little slow.
Great gluten-free options, even gluten-free bread, which I usually have to do without because it's not offered.
The food was also delicious, and Cristian is a language genius and very attentive. We'd love to come back.
It was a real pleasure to dine here… well-kept and clean location, very kind and smiling staff
I ate a very good pizza and I must say the best gluten free dough ever eaten before which I absolutely recommend
I will definitely come back
Cozy and family restaurant, but the environment is elegant. The staff welcomes you with kindness and professionalism. Excellent service. Yes, eat well, rich and varied menu. There is also an excellent offer for those who eat gluten-free.
We ordered 10 takeaway pizzas, they were excellent, even the gluten-free and lactose-free ones, fair prices and kind and helpful staff. We asked to cut them once we arrived to collect them and it was kindly done. Recommended!
Very nice location and the waiters speak many different languages.
The food was good, I got a gluten free pizza, the dough was nothing special but they put a lot of delicious toppings on the pizza, you wont go hungry.
First i got the wrong pizza, which they quickly noticed and after that my pizza came 5 Minutes later then the other pizzas, but not that big of a deal.
All in all a good experience, but a little bit pricy.

The gluten free pizza was very good as was the tiramisu. The gluten free "bread sticks" from a bag are a joke but that was no big deal. Had some nice local wine as well.
Excellent gluten-free pizzas, AIC restaurant, gluten-free beers and amazing gluten-free desserts and also organic ice creams, kind owners, wood-fired oven for normal pizzas and beautiful location both inside and out
Classic and gluten-free pizza.
Good. Good gluten-free beer. Friendly staff. However, little attention was paid to the pizza dishes with and without gluten. Definitely suitable for celiacs but be careful of involuntary contamination.
We have been to this restaurant twice because my daughter is celiac
We all ate very well, excellent value for money, really nice place, excellent food and very kind staff. If I were to return on holiday in these parts, I will definitely go back.
We had dinner twice in this lovely restaurant that also offers outdoor seating, on a large terrace. The dishes we took (including gluten-free ones) fully satisfied the taste and the pocket. Recommended.
Very good pizza. Various types of dough available, including gluten-free. Very nice place and kind and friendly staff. Perhaps the prices are a little higher than average
I eat with a friend two pizza. Mine was surprising great and untraditional, my friend choose a gluten free, the top was full of good ingredients, the base was average like commercial gluten free in general. Anyway he rated 7.5.. The location is quite and elegant. No lake View, but if you walk after eat in 2 min you rich the lake sidewalk. Waitress was kindly. Service pretty fast. One pizza special and a coke 16 euros.. I can suggest
Good evening, today June 18, 2025 I tried to call the pizzeria da Marosi to book a table for 2 people. From 7:15 pm to 10:00 pm no one answered me, knowing that they have gluten-free pizzas we would have been happy to try it.
At this point I think I will not call again to book a table because not answering the phone being a public place it is rude to treat potential customers like this. There is no professionalism.
Beautiful experience also gluten and corn free in this restaurant surrounded by the greenery of the Berlere and the vines. Super friendly staff in recommending gluten and corn free bread and dessert. As a dish we ate the risotto with cream of peas and squid and bacon, very good. My partner had the tart.
Experience to do if you are in Val di Fiemme! Refined burgers, attention to quality and taste.
Also suitable for celiacs, who finally find the same things as others, and availability of choice also for vegetarian and vegan diets.
Gluten free pizza Diavilo is amazing!
Many gluten free options.
Long queues, but moving fast. Really worth any time spent in queue to eat so delicious food!
I was here with a friend for dinner and I have to say that everything was perfect. The restaurant is very nice, the guys in the dining room very good, kind and helpful. The food is super!! Perfect also for celiacs and for those who don't eat meat. I really recommend coming here!
We had dinner over the May 1st long weekend and we had a great time.
They also have gluten-free dishes
Helpful and very attentive staff in serving us gluten-free dishes.
Recommended place
Nice place located in the center of Fai della Paganella. Helpful and friendly staff. Good pizza even in the gluten free version. In short, I recommend it for those passing through those parts.. 😋

I recommend making a reservation. If you don't have time, you will have to wait, but it is definitely worth the wait.
The food is very good, the service is pleasant and fast.
And most importantly, they have a gluten-free menu.
I recommend
What a great restaurant this is! We ate here three evenings and I was able to eat something different gluten-free for each evening. Every time you order, they first ask the kitchen whether it can be made gluten-free, which provides an extra feeling of control. I've eaten gluten-free pizza, gluten-free pasta and a gluten-free hamburger. Really enjoy it, I recommend this place to everyone, even if you don't have to eat gluten-free!

We arrived on a weekday and we were the only ones, we ate on the very nice terrace, very limited menu but excellent quality, with gluten-free options (bread and pasta) I will gladly return in high season
Trip to the lake and we decided to have lunch at this place. Nice place, very kind and fast staff. Lots of gluten-free options (I'm celiac). Average prices, nothing to say.
I would like to point out that I ate outside.
Terrible service i.e. forgotten orders and oxidized cutlery. Pizza at exaggerated prices for a gluten-free pizza 15 euros + 2.5 for pasta clearly of frozen origin.
Lunch with family with celiac child. What can I say "recommended"? It would be obvious, go and try for yourself the goodness of the first courses and the gluten-free pizza (all excellent). Congratulations for the service and compliments to the waitress for the attention paid to my son, thank you very much.
Unfortunately they don't have an adequate service and were very rude towards me. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CELIAC PEOPLE. In 2019, the owner took 9 euro vouchers from me and my colleagues for 1 year when the cost of the meal was still 8 euros. Only at our request did he agree that every 8 meals the ninth would be considered already paid. To be avoided
Let's start from the fact that I have celiac disease and this place shouldn't be very suitable for me, but leaving this aside they behaved very well. They informed me about the possible contaminations that could have occurred given that the kitchen is single but that they would however have used care and attention to respect my problem. No sooner said than done!! They fully respected everything they told me on the phone, I was treated really well, from the entrance, to the waiters and pampered by the dishes they had. I have never eaten as well as in this place, I think I will return to Trento soon to be able to taste their products, excellent in every way and truly compliments.
My story ends that I didn't feel bad, I think I didn't have any contamination, this is evidence of how perfect they were. Thank you
The lady at the cash register, the alleged owner, is not suited to this job...
As in fact at our table, after a mistake made by one of her waiters for a gluten-free pizza prepared in the same and only oven as the other pizzas (THEREFORE VERY DANGEROUS TO EAT FOR THE GIRL WHO ORDERED IT) the lady looked for a thousand excuses to not make it seem OBVIOUS the mistake made by her waiter (WHO IN THE MEANTIME WAS APOLOGIZING FOR THE MISTAKE) and after a heated discussion she thought it would be a good idea to offend by calling the poor girl an IDIOT and also inviting her to GET UP AND GO TO FUCK!!
I would like to point out that the lady was at the cash register all evening and by chance when we got up to go and pay she disappeared into thin air, not even the waiters knew where she was... maybe she had the so-called "DIRTY ASS"... so as not to even apologize....
....CRAZY STUFF....
LADY CHANGE YOUR JOB THAT'S BETTER!
