As a coeliac I consider myself a gluten free food veteran. The croissant and sausage rolls are by far the best I’ve had!! The prices are reasonable for gluten free :)
Also hot tip, gluten free food is known to be slightly hard and dense. Nothing wrong with the sweet pastries needing to be heated up for the best experience. Very glad the shop offers to heat up all items :)
Thankyou to the lovely staff member who fixed a custom drink and made it perfect 👌 the sauce with the steak is perfection theres nothing like it anywhere else and I'd encourage others to give it a try you won't be disappointed.
The Italian in me for whatever reason didn't feel not like steak for the choice when going to such a lovely Italian restaurant so while away, I got a taste of it though and had to come back a few night later and my friend and I both ordered it it was that good. They got their perfect cocktail again, and I had the most delicious house cocktail. Thankyou it's was all delicious and perfect. All of the food was amazing, but that steak and sauce 🤌
All of the staff were perfect level of kind and courteous with attention to detail and making sure everything ok while being helpful. As an ambulatory wheelchair user who uses a powerchair, it is often a nightmare going one for meals. I never know how staff will react to needing to make room for a large power chair and it "being in the way" for the first time in a long time I felt normal again despite being in my chair they just made adjustments and didn't change tone of voice, show it on their faces or any other way no annoyance at having to move things. Thankyou! Being able to just have dinner and enjoys it and not worry made it all the more perfect it should be standard but it isn't hence my writing all this, all the staff did all the right things please keep it up. Please keep being a safe and welcoming place for wheelchair/powerchair users there arent alot of safe places.
I'm also having to eat gluten loved how gluten free friendly the menu was! I ordered their gluten free carbonara takeaway the first night then when going back a few nights later got it again because it was absolute divine creamy heaven 🤤
(I can not comment on the bathroom and if it is WC friendly as I never used the facilities)
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group of adults and children to make our family Christmas celebration a night to remember. They seamlessly catered for those with and without gluten, dairy and vegan dietary requirements. We will certainly be back. Thank you Tides
Absolutely delicious pizzas and great gluten free bases. The Garlic cheesy bread is yummy and their lasagne is really indulgent!
The service is great also - even though it's a takeaway, they are so friendly and nice to chat with. I highly recommend their food!
OMG. We were going to a restaurant next door but the teenage saw Hello Harry and wanted it! Great prices too. We ordered the texan brisket tacos, southern fried chicken tacos, the Louisianna pulled pork tacos, the grilled chicken burger, and the Gluten Free Texan Brisket Burger.
It was amazing. The buttermilk chicken breast on that taco was OMG. So good. Just order something from here. We wanted tacos so it was less bread and more filling. So glad we did. Beer in tap too. We were full but had to try the Harry's Famous Dessert Bomb. WTH! I've never heard of Hello Harry. But it will now be my go to when in Caloundra.

We had lunch here yesterday with 10 of us and every single one of our meals were delicious. Lovely pub, kids area is great and most importantly for us they went above and beyond to cater for my daughter with Coeliac disease. Shandel corresponded with me via email to go through the options and the chefs were more than happy to change things up and cater to her needs. So appreciated as it made it such an enjoyable and effortless lunch. Can’t wait to head back!
Nice food. Not a place to go if you are after vegetarian/vegan at all. Has a gluten free/lactose free option. Pricey for what you get. Lovely little spot overlooking the water.
Fantastic coffee, milk was super creamy, nice and hot. Coffee smooth, not bitter.smashed avo was nice, lots of avo and feta cheese. Gluten free bread was available.

We have eaten at the Frog Kitchen twice and absolutely love it! The food is delicious and great value for money. The coffee is really good and the service is friendly and helpful. They also catered for gluten free and lactose free. Wonderful!
Great food with multiple tasty, gluten free options. Service was friendly and fast. We liked it so much we went back again the next night and tried all of the options we didn’t try the first time!
Amazing store !!! This store has all your cooking ,pantry and overall food essentials, and you can get as much or as little as you like, all without plastic packaging. The staff have great knowledge in their product and assisted me greatly. I was pleasantly surprised they had all my Gluten free bread making ingredients. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend to anyone.

Staff were excellent, food amazing with loads of low gluten options, dainty crockery was so much fun, all in a lovely setting and at a fair price. Great for business or pleasure. Close to the water with a great atmosphere and lovely pub style food. We had a wonderful night and the only thing that spoilt it, was the quality of the karaoke singers, but that's hardly the bar's fault.
A few gluten free options.
A great little cafe run by some awesome girls with a view to die for! This well designed and decorated ‘container’ cafe is right on the beach front at Happy Valley in Caloundra. Chloe and her girls serve up yummy healthy and nutritious food, catering to specialty diets including plant-based and gluten free delights. There is a kiddy playground, beach stair access and numerous picnic benches nearby, with Bribie Islsnd walking distance away!! Well worth a visit!
A lovely twist on normal fare. The scrambled eggs on gluten free toast was absolutely delicious, and the coffee hit the spot. Limited indoor seating but a large undercover outdoor area, in the laneway area so no traffic.

Nice dine in area but maybe it doesn't get used that often given that dine in pricing is higher than the prices displayed outside - we were told these were for takeaway only. In the end we paid about $5 extra per dish for eating there. Next time (if there is one) we'll factor for takeaway.
Our order:
* Fish fillet with ginger shallots, $26
* school prawn omelette, $25
* Combination with mix vegetables, $28
* Special fried rice, $18 (large)
The 3 mains were part of a large number of dishes available as gluten free option, which was handy for the GF diner in our group. The large fried rice did not seem all that large... even my son questioned the sizing 🙄
Amazing food and service. Great Gluten Free meal. Best meal we have eaten as a family in a long time. Girls behind the bar were awesome and very accommodating to one of us being GF
The food is surprisingly delicious, it’s very fresh and non oily. Perfectly cooked vegetables and meat. The portion sizes are big.
I had the chicken ginger stir fry which was 10/10 and also the beef larb which was lean and nice but lacked salt.
I ordered gluten free and they were so accomodating for it. Thank you
