As a coeliac I consider myself a gluten free food veteran. The croissant and sausage rolls are by far the best I’ve had!! The prices are reasonable for gluten free :)
Also hot tip, gluten free food is known to be slightly hard and dense. Nothing wrong with the sweet pastries needing to be heated up for the best experience. Very glad the shop offers to heat up all items :)
Absolutely delicious pizzas and great gluten free bases. The Garlic cheesy bread is yummy and their lasagne is really indulgent!
The service is great also - even though it's a takeaway, they are so friendly and nice to chat with. I highly recommend their food!
Pizza is beyond overpriced. To be prepared to charge $27 + additional $4 for gluten free base you really should be delivering something that is not between a Dominos or frozen pizza from Coles standard.
It lacked any meaningful topping with the small amount completely bland and lacking any flavour.
Understand your a small business and will always support them but you really are missing the mark here with the product you are delivering at the price you are charging.
No problems with the front of house service however the main reason for coming sadly misses the mark by a long way.
Not really sure how the rating is so high but would assume more people would be disappointed and decide not to leave a review and order elsewhere in the future.
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group of adults and children to make our family Christmas celebration a night to remember. They seamlessly catered for those with and without gluten, dairy and vegan dietary requirements. We will certainly be back. Thank you Tides
Fantastic coffee, milk was super creamy, nice and hot. Coffee smooth, not bitter.smashed avo was nice, lots of avo and feta cheese. Gluten free bread was available.
Best Chinese ever!!! I am coeliac and this is the first time I’ve had Chinese in 3 years. The staff knew everything about ceoliac and most the menu was gluten free. All the meals were amazing!!
Nice food. Not a place to go if you are after vegetarian/vegan at all. Has a gluten free/lactose free option. Pricey for what you get. Lovely little spot overlooking the water.
Lots of gluten-free options, which is great for coeliacs. I had a big Kahuna burger, which was very nice. Can definitely recommend and will be back for sure.
Great stop for people with gluten/dairy allergies. I ordered the avocado affirmations- I removed the sourdough toast to make it a bowl, and added two poached eggs. Server was very friendly, food was super tasty. 10/10 will be back - this is a must stop in Caloundra!

We have eaten at the Frog Kitchen twice and absolutely love it! The food is delicious and great value for money. The coffee is really good and the service is friendly and helpful. They also catered for gluten free and lactose free. Wonderful!
Great brunch stop! We had delicious coffee, gluten-free cupcake that was to die for, milkshakes and super yummy smashed avo toast! Will definitely be returning next time we’re in the area!!! Service was fast and orders were spot on, enjoyable upbeat background music and great atmosphere in the heart of town. ❤️❤️❤️

Friendly staff. Tacos were ok. Good range but lack a bit of flavour and punch for me. Burrito bowl had similar flavours. Flexible range of options was great. Gluten free options were also good. Music a bit loud. Drink range a bit limited.
Close to the water with a great atmosphere and lovely pub style food. We had a wonderful night and the only thing that spoilt it, was the quality of the karaoke singers, but that's hardly the bar's fault.

A great little cafe run by some awesome girls with a view to die for! This well designed and decorated ‘container’ cafe is right on the beach front at Happy Valley in Caloundra. Chloe and her girls serve up yummy healthy and nutritious food, catering to specialty diets including plant-based and gluten free delights. There is a kiddy playground, beach stair access and numerous picnic benches nearby, with Bribie Islsnd walking distance away!! Well worth a visit!
Came here for breakfast and it was honestly so delicious. Coffees phenomenal. Food, can't fault it.

Nice dine in area but maybe it doesn't get used that often given that dine in pricing is higher than the prices displayed outside - we were told these were for takeaway only. In the end we paid about $5 extra per dish for eating there. Next time (if there is one) we'll factor for takeaway.
Our order:
* Fish fillet with ginger shallots, $26
* school prawn omelette, $25
* Combination with mix vegetables, $28
* Special fried rice, $18 (large)
The 3 mains were part of a large number of dishes available as gluten free option, which was handy for the GF diner in our group. The large fried rice did not seem all that large... even my son questioned the sizing 🙄
It is undoubtedly one of the very best Indian Restaurants on the coast. Friendly service, delicious meal, value for money & overall excellent experience. Numerous options for vegetarians & gluten free meal. GJ is excellent chef & owner. He knows his job in & out. It is definitely another reason to live on the coast & still have my best Indian. Best of both world:)
