Excellent gluten free spot, very family style and a little chaotic and busy. But we had a great time filled with food and drinks.
Very happy to find a safe gluten free spot, only 3 dishes non-GF and are marked by a different colour on menu.
Forgot to take photos before we started!
Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The place is clean and the service is friendly. The gluten- and dairy-free food is good. You can have breakfast there; we recommend the salmon toast (delicious!).
Great spot for a coffee and a pastry. the place is very well cooled which is nice on a hot summer day. they also have a few vegan options and smoothies.
don't hesitate to stop here when in the area but I wouldn't come especially for it.
Highly recommended! I couldn't believe what I was trying was sugar-free and gluten-free. Every option we tried was delicious. I highly recommend the lemon pie. The service was also excellent; they explained everything to us, and the prices were affordable. 10/10. The space is small, but you can eat there or buy to go.
The food, all gluten-free, is delicious and very reasonably priced. The place is small but not cramped, very bright, and nicely decorated in a simple, homey, and summery style. Jorge served us, and we were very comfortable.
We'll definitely be back!
Honest Greens restaurants are all very good, in my opinion. Quality food is varied and original, with multiple options (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto) for all tastes. The desserts are amazing and delicious. The only thing I would change is that the prices for flavored water are clearly exorbitant. Having to wait in line to order and then pay that price for a drink isn't something I fully understand, but it's more than worth it given how delicious the food is.
A wonderful place with beautiful and attentive people! Sandra took great care of us and always remembers what we like to order! Delicious gluten-free options!
Very delicious gluten-free food, it has typical things that you can find in another establishment, but above all it has unusual food and the crab croquettes are delicious. I highly recommend it
Excellent experience. The coffee was exquisite, the food good and affordable. The staff was very attentive, and they even gave my partner a gluten-free brownie.
This place you see in the photos does not sell gluten-free bread, it is a scam, you have to go down to number 16 on the same street and on top of that it has different hours, it closes at 8:00 p.m., it is not 24 hours
I loved the restaurant and every detail that makes it unique. As a starter, we tried potatoes with pumpkin seasoned with parsley, garlic, and lemon on top, similar to "anchovies." It was delicious. Then we ordered the tortilla pincho, which was delicious—the best vegan potato omelet I've ever eaten. For the main course, the four-cheese pizza with gluten-free dough was delicious, with a fresh tomato base that was unique. The cheese combination was a showcase of flavors. The place is very welcoming, and Jaime's service is exceptional; he does his work with passion, and it shows. Thank you for that. Congratulations.
Very slow service. I asked for glasses of water twice, and they didn't bring them.
The gluten-free bread is AWFUL. First, they serve it cold, and then the quality is terrible—very hard and crumbly. I don't think it's right that they have such bad gluten-free bread these days.
My husband and I are from Australia and found Viva Chapata in Lavapies at the end of our stay in Madrid. The staff were fantastic, the atmosphere was relaxed, they had gluten free alternatives clearly marked on their menu, and the coffee was the best we had in Europe. We had planned to return early the next morning but needed to catch our flight, so hope the staff see this review - we’re sorry we didn’t make it back! We recommend highly to anyone. Thank you Viva Chapata!!
The food is delicious and there are gluten-free and healthy options, which is greatly appreciated.
The downside is lunchtime during the week. It's chaotic. I ordered a cold sandwich to go, and it took half an hour. There's no time if you have to get back to work. There's a shortage of staff in the kitchen and on the terrace. I hope things improve and I can eat there every day. 🤞🏻
For those looking for a bakery without sweets, I highly recommend this place. They make freshly baked gluten-free bread in the shape of a mini baguette. The coffee was also very good.
Healthy food place that seems to be in fashion judging by the lines you have to wait to get a table, at least at brunch time. They have a good variety of dishes, some of them suitable for celiacs, and the food is very delicious. The price is somewhat high but the portions are substantial, I recommend waiting to finish the dishes before ordering dessert (the waitress asked us when ordering the main dishes).
Very good service from the waitress who served us. One detail that I didn't like, putting the suggested tip on the ticket, even if it is something voluntary, is something that puts you in a commitment and makes you feel uncomfortable.
We ordered some patatas bravas that were incredible, and three hamburgers that were also delicious. The burgers come with a side dish of your choice between sweet potatoes, fries or salad. The burger meat is made to the point you order. For dessert we ordered a gluten-free cheesecake that comes with a pistachio cream. The best cheesecake I've ever had (and it's gluten-free).
Very good service, very calm waiter, we liked it a lot.
The atmosphere is very calm with house in the background.
Totally recommended.
We've been there several times, and the burgers are spectacular. There's a lot of variety, and they're all delicious.
They also have gluten-free options! Highly recommended!
Good food, with gluten-free options.
The vegan Reina toast is very good! Great tip.
We also had the brunch bowl, which was well-served and very tasty!
We had to wait in line, but it was just over 10 minutes.
I highly recommend it!
I'm in Madrid for work, my colleagues and I were looking for a restaurant where we could eat something after work. While we were looking at the menu and trying to understand what I could eat, being celiac, a waiter who works in that place approached us and advised us on what to eat and explained to me that they have an allergen list and that they can also make gluten-free dishes. I thank this waiter named Mario very much for his courtesy and professionalism. We ate very well and the place is really beautiful. If by chance you find yourself in Madrid in the Ifema fair area, take the opportunity to try this fantastic restaurant.
Good option for the whole family to eat. We went one day between the daily to eat and there were still quite a few people in the restaurant due to the number of office workers who had gone. Although we didn't have a problem with space to sit, they did go a little slow due to the number of people there in relation to the number of waiters.
The menu of the day is very profitable and the food is very good. Yes, we would like to highlight that it would be nice if they had some gluten-free option on the menu, since as always, the celiac who was with us proportionally paid more by eating less and having fewer options. Still, it is a very safe restaurant for celiacs.
I visited Posdata last Thursday and I couldn't be happier with the experience. A 10/10!!
On the one hand, the high quality of its raw materials and all its products is to be appreciated. It is very noticeable both in flavor and in digestion.
Furthermore, as a celiac and a person with digestive problems, I am very grateful that the girl who served me controlled each and every one of the ingredients. In this way, they were able to tell me what sweeteners and flours they use in the products (cookies, donuts and biscuits) so that I could choose the ones that suited my needs. Finally we tried the Immunity shake, two pieces of toast with spectacular sourdough bread, the pancakes and two cookies without syrup (one brownie and my favorite: the pecan one).
I had already placed an order when I went to Madrid and I would love to repeat the experience when I return. Congratulations to the girls and I hope you continue to grow and offer such a special, inclusive service full of flavor and quality.
Brilliant! Out of 10... The best tavern in Madrid. We entered a little by chance and we loved it. From the friendliness of the waitresses, who couldn't be nicer, to the variety of tapas and portions. Almost all options have a portion, half portion and tapa. In addition, they have many options suitable for celiacs and also for vegetarians. Everything is delicious! Of course, I'll take the cheek piece... what a delight, please! WE WILL BE BACK BUT FIXED
1. Chicken taco.
2. Cheek stocking.
3. Medium vegetable tempura.
4. Cheese croquettes tapa.
5. Cheesecake.
6. French toast with salted caramel ice cream.

MC Donalds del Sol stands out for having Gluten Free options, but the truth is that on February 2 I was there, and the attention of the person who served me at the checkout left a lot to be desired. Not only did he push himself, telling me "maybe you don't know what potatoes are" because I didn't understand him when he offered them to me, but he also seemed impatient and answered us wrong more than once when he had to cancel an order and make it again because in Instead of Coca we wanted Sprite.
There was also a rather unpleasant way of addressing employees (perhaps he was a manager). Really because of this attitude I would not return to this place.
I've been there 3 times and I've eaten all 3 on the menu, everything is always delicious. And the waiters were very friendly... and also one of the times I went at 4 in the afternoon, without a reservation and they sat us down and told us that they would have no problem giving us time to eat, plus the person accompanying me was celiac and was able to eat without problems... that in 3 other places that we asked before they did not have celiacs or they had closed the kitchen. I recommend for quality-price
Recommended, good service, kindness especially the lady who attended to us
Very good quality and something very important is having somewhere to prepare food for those who have celiac disease.
I will be back
Very expensive for what it offers... plus, they told me they could make everything with gluten-free bread without mentioning that I would be charged more for it, which is barely in the small print on the menu... So small that it took the waiter himself a while to find it... Average food and exorbitant prices, as other reviews say. There are much better, cheaper, and friendlier places in the area.
We were treated wonderfully; the staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was also very good and the portions were generous. They were very attentive to gluten issues. We'll be back.
Very poor brunch...presentation, quantity, variety,... I recommend that the infusions are delivered with teapots and not a glass cup with hot water. The best, without a doubt, are the natural juices.
The gluten-free option, which was what we ordered, disappointed us when we chose the sweet option, they only had brownie and it was industrial, with its respective packaging.
I would not repeat
The food was good, but a bit expensive for what they offer. The brunch parts are “optional” but they will charge you the same whether you eat them or not.
They don't have much of a clue when you ask for gluten-free options (they didn't know if they had traces or cross contamination)
Because I can't give it 0 stars. But it's expensive and bad. And if you're celiac: the gluten-free bread is bad, they charge you €5 for a slice of toast with oil (don't expect much).
The two waitresses who served me were super rude, and they sold me a slice of toast with ham and cheese, and when I paid, they told me they didn't have any ham or cheese. In the end, a girl brought me a small slice of ham for two slices of bad bread.
