A pizza paradise not just for celiacs. Exclusively gluten-free pizzas and desserts. All very good, no different from "regular" pizzas. Very friendly service. And you meet people from all over the world here. We'll be back a third time.
We tried the gluten-free pastry: the puff pastry is truly one of the best gluten-free we've ever tried!!
The price is also reasonable for the quality of the product! Highly recommended

Welcoming place with a view directly on the beach where you can contemplate the sea. The quality of the products is of a high level.
Since my husband is celiac, this place is a safe bet because it is certified.
Very kind staff and available to recommend dishes and wine.
Mrs. Roberta very professional and empathetic.
Quality/price ratio in line with the products used and the place.
I recommend.
We visited the restaurant both in the evening and for breakfast. Both were highly recommended. Gluten-free options were available both in the evening and in the morning.
The best gluten free pizza I have ever had the pleasure of tasting.
I’ve been gluten intolerant for close to 20 years now, and in all of my life of eating both gluten and gluten free pizza I have never come across anything that was this good.
The crust was pillowy where it needed to be and the base of the pizza thin but strong enough to manage to hold itself in a fold. Their pizza toppings may not be traditional but instead they’re creative and culinary adventures.
All of the staff is friendly, kind, and incredibly attentive. The restaurant is extremely knowledgeable on food allergies and can accommodate gluten and lactose intolerances very well.
Do not forget to visit this restaurant if you are in Sardinia. I’m talking about anywhere in Sardinia. It will be worth your trip to Sassari just to visit this restaurant.
Do not be alarmed by the restaurant being located next to a Burger King or a McDonald’s, I guarantee you that it’ll be the best gluten free pizza experience you will ever have.
We have been going to this restaurant for years and have always had a great time. The quality of the food is excellent, with both land and sea dishes that never disappoint. The pizzas are tasty and the menu offers numerous gluten-free options, ideal for those with special needs. A place that we highly recommend to those looking for good food and excellent hospitality.
The first night I arrived in Santa Lucia di Siniscola I was looking for a fish restaurant that could also have some gluten free dishes since my partner is celiac. I found this very very nice little restaurant with a sea view (we were practically almost on the beach) that also has a completely gluten free menu and in fact my partner was very very happy. Very polite, kind staff, prepared for every customer request and attentive to every little detail (for example filling the glasses with water, which doesn't happen in all restaurants). We ate high quality fish and I also managed to try typical Sardinian dishes (culurgiones and seada). I won't write the price but I think that if you eat well it's right that you pay well and in fact we went for dinner twice in a week. I have to thank Manuel for his kindness, friendliness and professionalism. If I were to return to La Caletta I will definitely return. If by chance you are in the area I highly recommend it!
September 21, 2024- we had a very good meal at Il Pozzo. The service was very friendly, quick and competent. The gluten-free Quatro Formaggio pizza was great and for dessert it was announced in advance what was possible gluten-free. We already ate here in 2022 and that's why we came back.
Cake picked up today at 2pm. Eighty years of serenity. With this dedication we thank GLUTEN-FREE TASTE FOR THE GOODNESS OF THIS DESSERT AND FOR THE AVAILABILITY. 1000....BRAVISSIMIIIIIIIII... CONGRATULATIONS ❤️.
Restaurant at the beginning of Poetto, under the saddle of the devil with a unique view!
Fast and impeccable service, very fresh fish! But above all... Equipped for gluten-free! They have the first of the day and almost all the second courses gluten-free!
A true point of reference for celiacs!
We ate at this place last night. The location is very nice and the food is very nice and good. We ate two fish first courses, one of which was celiac-friendly and two pizzas for the children (fantastic pizzas, both the dough and the ingredients). The service is very professional and fast and the price is low. We spent €75 of which €20 was on wine.

Great breakfast options! I had fruit and yogurt, which was delicious and FULL of different fruits. I also had gluten free ham and cheese toast. Unreal. All items clearly labeled. Definitely recommend! Lovely drinks and coffee options too
The best restaurant of our stay on the island. Several gluten-free options, menu in different languages, very affordable price. Spectacular treatment from all their workers. Super recommended. We will probably return despite having it 30 minutes from our accommodation
We ordered gluten-free and lactose-free food. We ordered mussels with seafood and they served them with slices of normal bread inside. The octopus was served with hummus and decorated with yogurt. It was a disaster, if you have any intolerance, it is not recommended. The only interesting thing was the waiter's service. The boss, I think, was a man in a pink shirt, very friendly to us. We asked him if they spoke Spanish and he said yes. To our surprise, he served us a very friendly waiter, but he only spoke English (Spanish is more similar to Italian or easier to understand). The experience was very bad. The food is fine for people who can eat everything (quality, price is excessive). I do not recommend it for people with celiac disease or intolerances.
We booked for 4 people for pizza, but I can't eat gluten, I didn't see any gluten-free pizza or any alternatives, not even appetizers (I would have settled for a caprese, I know I'm "at fault" in a certain sense), so I kindly asked for the other menu as my only option. After telling me no, they went to ask if they could make an exceptional EXCEPTION for me, then they came back telling me that they had actually made an exception for me... they really made me feel at ease I must say (please catch the irony)...
Ready to order my risotto (the only gluten-free alternative among the first courses), they told me that they couldn't because it's for at least two... and they suggested a fregola (wheat)... well, so I had to order a second course.
Beyond the clumsiness of the waiters (which can happen, maybe inexperience.....), I found it very rude and unprofessional to make me feel so "guilty" for a problem that I have and about which I can't do anything, we are in 2024 and if you are not ready for gluten-free pizzas no one judges you, but at least offer me an alternative and do it the right way, with respect and kindness. So the problem is not so much the WHAT but the HOW. Which sometimes, especially in work with the public, is EVERYTHING...
Amazing experience!! The place itself is very nice with nice views, great atmosphere and service. The food is excellent and I had one of the most delicious gluten-free pasta there with Sardinian sausage.
Possibility to eat gluten-free and without contamination. I advise you to notify in advance so as to give the staff the opportunity to organize themselves. The food was delicious and plentiful, excellent service.
Not all of the waiters were very kind, I asked what they had gluten-free and first of all they didn't tell me they could make gluten-free pasta, when I asked them if it was possible they made it for me even if they were a little annoyed. Pasta was also good if they had added salt, very slow service between the first and second courses with a wait of almost an hour for a grilled squid and some french fries. Very very good squid but unfortunately the very long wait ruined everything a bit. All in all, since there isn't much gluten-free in that area, I recommend it
Spectacular location with breathtaking views. Impeccable service and friendly, trained staff. What matters most, however, is the quality of the raw materials used to create each dish which is very high. Furthermore, I am celiac and here, I not only found very scrupulous attention in the preparation of my dishes, but also in the variety of proposals. The restaurant, in addition to bread and various dishes, even has fresh artisanal gluten-free pasta and the non-celiac people who accompanied me really struggled to find any differences with the "normal" pasta. Everything is truly exceptional.
We had a great experience at Manu!
The service is very friendly. We had some gluten free pasta and “normal” pasta. They made sure we also had separate gluten free bread and were very careful with that.
Also, all deserts are gluten free and the tiramisu was delicious.
One of our favourites on Sardinia!
We went to the La Perla restaurant last Friday, we took it
A seafood appetizer with small tastes was quite good, then we ordered a grilled and a fried dish. The barbecue was quite disappointing, also for the price compared to what I ate! For gluten-free 4 euros have been added. The location is very beautiful, and the girl who came to take the order was very kind, but in terms of quality and price, it was just out of reach. We won't be returning.
The sweet and savory pizzas are good and imaginative, but above all the gluten free pizzas are worth highlighting. For this reason alone, it deserves an honorable mention ❤️
This place is a dream find for anyone needing a gluten free diet. The meal was outstanding and the staff couldn’t be friendlier or more professional. It made for a truly incredible lunch in a picture postcard location. Neither I (as the coeliac) nor my fellow diners felt that I had to miss out because I needed to eat gluten free. They provided gluten free bread basket absolutely full of GF treats. The three courses were all made gluten free including a seafood platter of fried octopus, squid, fish and white bait. Delicious! Next we opted for the special of the day which was lobster spaghetti. The gluten free pasta was incredible and cooked to perfection! I couldn’t have been happier! Just wonderful place that I hope I get the privilege to return to one day.
Thank you so much to the staff for caring so much about gluten free customers and for making our quick visit so delightful.
Oh! And try the local Verminto wine! Delicious.
We ate outside, nice sea view but. The food was excellent, everything was super tasty and the price was absolutely consistent with the quality of the dishes! Super attentive service, I have celiac disease and was advised on everything. Absolutely highly recommended!
You have to get here quite early if you don’t have a reservation because it’s quite popular, we were seated quickly and offered bread with olive oil which was delicious. They had gluten free pasta and a separate allergen menu. I recommend the grilled red prawns and the mussels and clams.
For years, the best place to taste tasty, zero-mile typical local products. Like the real roast pig cooked masterfully on the spit on the giant fireplace located at the entrance to the garden, a spectacle for the eyes and palate. Like all the various appetizers and first courses, with fresh pasta rigorously homemade and the delicious "Spianate" also made by them. To complete the meals, among the various desserts, the savada cannot be missing, and again everything is homemade. Everything is delicious, the tiramisu or the cheesecakes! You are literally spoiled for choice! At dinner you can try their pizzas. Light and so well leavened that it's like not having eaten!
You can also choose gluten-free and lactose-free products.
Truly excellent value for money, especially for the abundance of dishes and the high quality of the raw materials.
Whether it's lunch with family or friends, it's always a guarantee.
The best sandwich I've eaten so far. First of all, it's compact, because the bread is fresh and therefore doesn't fall apart at the first bite, it's just the right size but it's filling because the ingredients are excellent, all perfectly recognizable by taste. The fresh chips are thinly cut but dry, not greasy and mushy. An aspect not to be underestimated, the menu includes gluten-free dishes. The staff, all female, are very kind, attentive and helpful. One of those places that you hope will stay like this forever and that it won't be swallowed up by the advertising of the influencer on duty because it really doesn't need it.
We had a family dinner tonight and all enjoyed our meals. I am gluten free and had lots of options to choose from. The food was tasty and the service prompt and courteous. All in all we can recommend eating here.
Pastry shop, ice cream shop and café serving fresh and dried desserts, including typical Sardinian ones such as pardule and mostaccioli. There are about ten artisanal flavors to choose from. Savory crepes, platters, salads, scones, herbal teas, smoothies, smoothies, centrifuged, fried with cream and cakes to order are prepared. There are many lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives.
It can be consumed on site at some tables located inside the restaurant; other seats are located in the space in front along the main road and still others in a pleasant internal courtyard at the back: some are tiled with colored handcrafted tiles. The toilets, divided for both sexes, are accessible to people in wheelchairs. There is ample parking available in the small square about fifty meters away.
Good food and welcoming place.
The dishes are delicious, plentiful and of high quality. We went here for dinner, we took a platter, a first course, a salad and a gluten-free focaccia. The boy who takes the orders is very kind, knows how to advise and is very attentive to food problems and above all very helpful.
Nice place for a drink
Gluten free options on the drinks platter, (bread with it) they really take that into account!
Nice atmosphere, not very expensive
While visiting Tempio Pausania I looked in the reviews to see which restaurant offered gluten-free dishes and found this place. Our experience was excellent with a varied and good menu that gave us the opportunity to satisfy both those with and without gluten. Even the gluten-free bread, which is usually given packaged, here were rolls that were baked and plated, in short here the courtesy, availability and attention to the customer are at home. Excellent
What to say? Everything delicious and perfect...
Very nice place, very kind and professional staff...
Delicious food, both the gluten-free risotto alla pescatore and the delicious typical Sardinian dish.
I highly recommend it
... There are no 10 STARS, otherwise I would have given it... We arrive at 9pm, the place is full but despite everything they take our reservation for 10pm even though it is not high season anymore...
Dishes OK, Wine equally good, dessert I won't tell you... And I forgot, for me everything is gluten-free since I am celiac... But the 10 goes to the OWNER and chef who knows
how to protect his customers from the people in the dining room who annoy and above all he makes himself respected 💪... P. S. Italy is a country that is not for everyone and must be protected and respected... Bravo Chef...
