We had dinner for the first time last night, welcomed very well, very friendly staff (we laughed during the whole dinner), attentive and always ready, we seemed to be at a friend's house. The food was excellent, we ate everything gluten-free, everything was amazing from the seafood appetizer to the culurgiones and the fried food, even the tiramisu... Top!!! Highly recommended!!! And next time pizza๐๐
AMAZING โฅ๏ธ Everything here is gluten free. Homemade pizza dough which I had to double check was actually gluten free because it was soooo good. Like THE best pizza Iโve ever eaten. To have a choice and not have to worry was incredible. Would eat here forever ๐

Perfect for celiacs! An endless selection of pizzas in different sizes. There are also vegan pizzas with mozzarella made from rice.
Dessert is also explicitly gluten-free. However, I was already too full from the pizza for that
We tried the gluten-free pastry: the puff pastry is truly one of the best gluten-free we've ever tried!!

Very large and beautiful place, very kind and helpful staff.
The vegan sandwich wasn't great, we then returned after a few evenings and took several pizzas with mushrooms that were really delicious, even the gluten-free one.

Very delicious pizza with a beautiful view of the sea. They have a list of one of a kind pizzas along with the Italian classics. They also have gluten free pizza safe for celiacs. This was the best gluten free pizza we have had in Italy. Canโt recommend enough!
Stay away.
Extremely long waiting times, almost an hour for two dishes, the lady rudely replied that she realized the place was full, I have seen really full places with minimal waiting times.
Totally inexperienced waiters who kept bringing the wrong dishes to the tables.
I ask for gluten-free pasta, I am told that there was a possibility of having a spaghetti as a format, I get a miserable plate of mezze penne. The other person with me gets the dish ordered 10 minutes after mine.
Supplement of โฌ2.50 for gluten-free dishes, unfortunately in 2025 there are those who still don't know that we don't do it for fashion.

The best gluten free pizza I have ever had the pleasure of tasting.
Iโve been gluten intolerant for close to 20 years now, and in all of my life of eating both gluten and gluten free pizza I have never come across anything that was this good.
The crust was pillowy where it needed to be and the base of the pizza thin but strong enough to manage to hold itself in a fold. Their pizza toppings may not be traditional but instead theyโre creative and culinary adventures.
All of the staff is friendly, kind, and incredibly attentive. The restaurant is extremely knowledgeable on food allergies and can accommodate gluten and lactose intolerances very well.
Do not forget to visit this restaurant if you are in Sardinia. Iโm talking about anywhere in Sardinia. It will be worth your trip to Sassari just to visit this restaurant.
Do not be alarmed by the restaurant being located next to a Burger King or a McDonaldโs, I guarantee you that itโll be the best gluten free pizza experience you will ever have.
Best gluten-free pizza in all of Cagliari. Even in deliveries with external riders never any mistakes. Only advice: a bag around the gluten-free pizza box when you entrust it to external riders.

Pleasantly surprised. The first impression was not good, especially due to the type of furniture, which does not suit my tastes. But this feeling didn't last long.
Super organized pizzeria. From my table I could see the workbench and it was like watching a show. A practically perfect assembly line! I would like to point out that we were there on a Saturday evening (booked for 9pm) and despite it being peak time (especially for takeaway), after about 10/15 minutes, we were already eating... a pizza which was EXTRAORDINARY to say the least (even the gluten-free one was delicious).
The dining room staff was super courteous and efficient.
When we left I wanted to compliment the owner, but it wasn't possible because he was super busy working. I'm taking advantage of it now: congratulations!
We will be back for sure.

We order 4 pizzas (one of which is gluten-free) at 6.00pm for 9.00pm, at the time of collection we go to the pizzeria, we are told that gluten-free pizza cannot be cooked and that we should have taken it raw and cooked it At home.
After asking for explanations we were told that the oven hadn't even been turned on and we were asked what we wanted to do, after having asked for at least the normal pizzas we were told that those weren't ready either.
The order was probably never marked.
We are told that normal pizzas could have been made at that time, but after answering no the girl also got annoyed. Is that any way to work?!

The only flaw is the wait, which is almost endless. Waiting almost an hour for two pizzas is a lot, considering that we arrived at 10 pm so we were one of the few tables that still had to eat.

We were here for dinner and had pizzas and drinks: Both the classic and gluten-free pizzas arrived in less than 15 minutes, despite the rush hour.
The classic pizzas sound delicious and in particular the gluten-free one, which arrived together with the others without delay, also exquisite. The restaurant/pizzeria with one of the best services and quality of food that I have found in Olbia. The staff is super attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend!
Dinner with friends, very nice place, simple and tasteful!!!! The menu is full of very tasty things ranging from fish to meat, I would say the gluten-free pasta is perfect, a wide choice of wines, we ate very well and in a short time, I highly recommend it!!!!

As soon as I discovered it today I ran, like a good celiac... but I found little choice, excellent bread, good dry desserts... but I didn't find anything else... expensive prices!!
The best dinner we had in Sardinia and great value too!! Highly recommend the calamari. Everything can be made gluten free and they gave us warm yummy gluten free bread.
I don't know why this restaurant has a 4.1 rating today, but I know for sure that it deserves much more.
We looked for this restaurant because my partner is celiac, and we let ourselves be tempted. We took a classic margherita to share to try this much-vaunted pizza: they were right. A FRIGHTENINGLY good pizza. I told my partner that we would probably never eat a pizza like that again, whether it's with or without gluten. The crust was so soft, fragrant and crunchy that it seemed fried, good tomato, good oil, good fiordilatte, the pinch of basil, everything PERFECT. My partner was also really impressed, he's been celiac for a lifetime. We then decided to try the cuisine with a "Profumo" risotto and a "Casper" turbot. Well, what can I say, in the kitchen they know exactly what they're doing, and places like this should be the norm, not the exception. Everything was perfect. We want to compliment the service staff, who were truly professional and pleasant, we spent a lovely evening in Porto Cervo, eating very well, in a beautiful restaurant and with a service as we like it. Whoever says it is expensive or complains about something in this restaurant, better go to Mc.

The pizza was great โ wonderfully baked dough and perfectly seasoned. We also really appreciate the gluten-free option, that is really appreciated!
We waited a little longer for our food, but the waiter apologized, which we appreciated. Overall, she seemed a little confused, but she was nice.
Some of the dishes seemed a little more expensive than in other establishments with similar quality pizza, but we still enjoyed the evening.
Thank you for a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend it โ especially if you want to soak up the pleasant evening atmosphere. We just recommend making a reservation in advance, otherwise you may have to wait up to 40 minutes for a seat.
I would literally hop on a plane and fly back to Sardinia just for this gelato. The entire right side of flavors is milk-free, gluten free options, and sugar free. The canella (cinnamon) flavor was like heaven on a cone. It surprised me how creamy the flavors are- Strawberry, coffee, and dark chocolate, were also very good. I dragged my family back here almost every night of our vacation because it was actually what I looked forward to every day. Sweet treat o clock!!!!
Small restaurant in the center of S. Teresa di Gallura, they are prepared with GLUTEN FREE, they have several dishes safe for us celiacs, even though they specify (rightly) that they have only one kitchen. I ate there twice with my two-year-old daughter and they provided a high chair, a placemat with lots of drawings to color and oil pastels. She devoured some basic gnocchi and ricotta and I recommend the slice of fish of the day, it was excellent. I would go back!
Sa Mandra is not a restaurant, it's an agrotourism in every sense of that word. It's situated in the heart of the semi-urban area between Alghero and close to the airport.
As you step your foot into the place, you are welcomed by the magnificent old settings. The exterior is absolutely stunning, we felt that we jump to some other galaxy. For welcoming you at first you are called to try extraordinary homemade ship cheese, bacon and wine.
The menu are changed on a daily bases and it offers a wide variety of delicious and mouth-watering starters followed by the various main course and various typical desserts at the end. I also noticed a gluten-free menu. The food was really thrilling.
All the cuisines were fresh. The menu price is 40โฌ and it also includes wine and water as many you want.
The service was also very high quality.
Because of the brilliant atmosphere and delicious food service, I highly recommend experiencing Sa Mandra.

We had pasta twice as a primo - even gluten-free upon request and really well made. Then the tagliata โ perfectly fried, top quality. What was particularly pleasing was that there was even gluten-free bread in the form of Cuperto, which is really not a given. Despite the full house, the service was attentive and the cuisine was quick and to the point. Big compliments to the team โ everything is just right here. We'd love to come back!
We went here several times during our stay and can say that this is definitely the best restaurant within at least 15 km. We had fillet, pizza, various starters, pasta, dessert and always an excellent white wine (Is Agriolas).
Pleasant environment, friendly but not very present staff, I felt at home, good but not super pizza, few pizzas on the menu, all of what was asked off the menu (for example the chips on the frankfurter pizza) is charged extra. I chose this pizzeria because they do the gluten free pizza, good but there is only margherita on the menu
There were four of us, the pizza was terrible for everyone, including the gluten-free pizza. None of them tasted like anything, the mozzarella was too thick and not melted at all, it was a brick. In general it remained on our stomach for half the pizza and we left with a stomach ache. To be improved.

Sa Satzada is a fantastic place with a wide range of gluten-free options. I tried the octopus salad and the mixed fried seafood, while my wife and daughter enjoyed the delicious gluten-free pizzas. I highly recommend Sa Satzada as one of the top gluten-free restaurants in Cagliari.
The ice cream is delicious, creamy and special, plus the staff is very friendly and they take a lot of care if you are celiac, I would give 10 stars if possible. :)
