NOT CELIAC SAFE. I got very sick after eating here. On top of that, I asked if any of their beers were gluten free, was told “everything is gluten free.” I asked “even the beer?”, “yes, everything is gluten free”. They have normal corona and modelo on their menu. I opted to not get a drink at all because I was not given correct information. The staff seems to be incredibly misinformed about safety regarding food allergies.

The omelet was one of the best omelets I have ever had. The gluten-free pancake was huge and amazing. Definitely would recommend.

Always delicious food, it’s a special treat for us to try something new, flavorful, healthy and always wonderful. We love the drinks and dessert too, but a meal here can quickly add up. Everything is gluten free, dairy free and organic, with additional vegetarian, vegan and raw food options! They have a few weekly deals ($5 off burgers on Saturdays 12-4, $5 off tacos on Tuesdays, $5 off large salads on Wednesdays).

I wanted to like this place, as my fiancé has Celiac Disease and they advertise proudly their gluten-free options of pizza. I asked to order over the phone and pay in store and the person I spoke with misunderstood what I was saying multiple times; thinking I was asking for a plant-based pizza when I was asking for a gluten-free one. I expressed to him the imperativeness of it being gluten-free and not plant-based (I made it clear she has celiac, and is not vegetarian). Eventually, after I got my order across and I asked him to repeat the order to ensure it was correct, he just said "yeah it's all good" and then hung up the phone. Didn't repeat the order, didn't tell me how much it would cost, didn't tell me how long it would take to be ready. I had to call back to ask for all this information, upon which he just responded "yeah you're good, it'll be ready in 25-30 minutes". Really??? Isn't it just basic customer service common sense that you give that information? Am i just the outlier here? I arrive 30 minutes later just to have to wait 10 minutes longer for some mid ass pizza!! My fiancé's gluten-free pizza was burnt to hell and my regular pepperoni pizza was just alright. In our [personal] opinion the tomato sauce was overly sweet, but again that's a [personal] opinion. I'm more upset over the awful customer service. Regardless, $21 for a 12 inch gluten free pizza ANYWHERE is ridiculous, but at least we can go to the Pie and get a GOOD gluten free pizza for that price. If you're celiac or gluten intolerant, I would not recommend eating here based on our first impression. If you aren't, I would still heed caution. I'm willing to give it a second chance, but with great hesitation.
