This is a fun place to go with great gluten free options for Italian food. My server had celiac disease and was very knowledgeable. I have been here a few times and not had any problems here.

Have gluten-free food that passes muster even for people with celiac disease. Such restaurants are not easy to find. Maybe we celiac sufferers who enjoy eating out can share our GF restaurant experiences.

So Good. Favorite place to eat in Raleigh for brunch because it has amazing dairy free and gluten free options - think waffles with coconut cream whipped cream! Amazing how good it is and you can't even "tell" it's GF/DF.

YUM! I can't wait to go back. I had an arepa and a cachapa. Both were very tasty. I did not try the fruit drinks nor the desserts, but look forward to it on my next visit. We were lucky enough to chat with an owner. He was friendly, informative, and welcoming. Arepa culture is a must try for those of us with gluten sensitivity.

So I have autoimmune disease called Celiac Disease and that means gluten and me do not get along at all. This place has great gluten free reviews and was super excited coming here. Well now I am about ready to lose my mind. I asked my usual questions concerning gluten free items and preparations for their food/drinks. I ordered a CIDER and got served a BEER without hesitation. This is actually absurd. When somebody asks you about gluten free items and safety precautions and then immediately within 2 minutes get served a gluten containing item, it’s just actually ridiculous. The server was apologetic and kind but not knowing the difference between beer and cider is disheartening.
