I just had one of the best dining experiences as someone with celiac disease! I enjoyed the veal bolognese with gluten-free pasta, and the mussels for the appetizer were fantastic. The complimentary garlic bread was exceptional too. I appreciated that all gluten-free dishes were served on colored plates to distinguish them from regular white plates, which made me feel completely safe.

Have gluten-free food that passes muster even for people with celiac disease. Such restaurants are not easy to find. Maybe we celiac sufferers who enjoy eating out can share our GF restaurant experiences.

A great casual restaurant. The spanakopita was superb. My partner is coeliac and they were very helpful and more importantly very careful in preparing her food. Overall if you in Raleigh this is a great place to eat at.

It’s always a great meal when I stop by for an arepa. The major plus for me is that I don’t have to worry about having a reaction to the food, as every item is gluten free. My favorite go-to is la sureña with a side of plantains, EXTRA cilantro sauce!!! The frescos naturales are a lovely pairing to the food as well, and the chocolate hazelnut crema dessert is also a favorite of mine. I highly recommend this place to people when they’re around the area.

Great experience! Kourtney was really helpful with my large group. I needed a spot that could accommodate 14 people, gluten allergy, and vegan plus separate checks for a conference travel group. Sitti did all of that well on top of the food being very delicious. Highly recommend!
