Very good pizza. I have celiac disease and I approve of the quality and flavor. I usually order a lot from Vila Madalena and I get very good service. I have been receiving bad service from the Vila Clementino branch, where I have been a customer since 2018. In addition to delivering the wrong pizza, they exchanged it (I returned the pizza) and the correct one came very poorly made, without any care and with little toppings. There was no apology and they do not respond to WhatsApp messages either.

They advertise everywhere as GLUTEN FREE, but in reality they only use wheat flour. A restaurant of this size and price cannot use this advertising if there is a risk of cross-contamination with gluten! It is too expensive and hyped to have no guarantee of contamination safety. I am sure that the nutrition team will understand this criticism very well and how essential it is for the marketing team to be in tune with this since this also concerns safety. IT IS NOT CASA RAW VEGAN GLUTEN FREE. IT IS CASA RAW VEGAN WITHOUT WHEAT FLOUR. Gluten is a molecule and it is completely nonsensical to advertise it this way and not be. It would be like writing "no shrimp" and having "only the risk of a shrimp broth". People with allergies and celiac disease RUN AWAY. Anyway... it is nonsensical that this is part of the main advertising.

"THE BEST" I came to Lindacap after a couple of friends recommended it. I felt comfortable and well attended to by Vinicius and Mara, and I can assure you that the service is exceptional. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your service once again. I placed an order in advance to receive celiac guests at home and, unfortunately, the pizza was delayed by more than an hour beyond the stipulated delivery time. This situation has happened before, especially on weekends, and the justification is always the same: “it’s Friday”. We understand that demand may be higher, but that does not exempt us from the responsibility of meeting the deadline stated at the time of ordering. We are dealing with people who have dietary restrictions and cannot simply wait for another option. It is very frustrating to go through this type of inconvenience repeatedly at a time that should be a time for celebration. We expect more commitment, respect for the customer and improvements in service.

I went to Da Vila for the first time last Saturday. The place is very well located, decorated and has a nice ambiance! The service was very attentive and fast. I asked about dietary restrictions and was informed that the place was gluten and lactose free. I liked the free water (R$2.00)! As for the dishes, there were 4 of us and each of us ordered something different. Risotto, Hamburger, Parmeggiana and Wrapper, all very well served and seasoned. We also ordered juices and a dessert (pistachio cheesecake), very refreshing and tasty! I plan on going back at least once a month and trying the extensive menu!

I am celiac and the place is safe and free from gluten cross-contamination, both for eating in and ordering at home. The delivery person is exclusive and his bag is heated so that the pizza arrives hot. The traditional dough is very hard and I don't like it. My recommendation is to choose the chickpea dough (it's more like a traditional dough) or the banana dough (thinner and crispier and not sweet, it's also perfect). People who compare prices don't take into account the fact that it's gluten-free. At least in the city, there is no other option free of contamination other than Pizza For Fun. The flavor and fillings are of great quality and if you buy using their app, you get cashback and several promotions. They have gluten-free dough and there are also gluten-free drinks on site. They also have vegan and lactose-free options. I like it and highly recommend it.
