Excellent option for those who are lactose and gluten intolerant. We ordered a chocolate cake with strawberries, and in addition to the beautiful decoration, the flavor was excellent!
The service was super attentive and willing to help with delivery times, flavors and available options.
I highly recommend it, the cake was a big hit with the guests!
GRÃO FINO * ITAIM BIBI/SP
Grão Fino, a mix of "restaurant and bakery", is a true refuge for those seeking healthy, tasty food and those with dietary restrictions in the heart of the city of São Paulo.
It stands out for being one of the pioneering establishments in offering gluten-free and lactose-free products in the city, which makes it a paradise for celiacs, lactose intolerants and those following specific diets.
Located in Itaim Bibi, Grão Fino surprises with its charming and welcoming atmosphere. Although it is a bakery, it also operates as a café and small restaurant, with different spaces.
There is a counter with benches at the entrance, tables inside and a delightful winter garden in the back, which is pet-friendly. This space is ideal for work meetings, get-togethers with friends and to enjoy a quiet moment with your pet.
The great difference of the place is its elaborate and diverse menu, which proves that functional food can be incredibly tasty. Everything is prepared with fresh, preferably seasonal ingredients, and the restaurant values gluten-free, lactose-free and preservative-free recipes, with several vegan and low-carb options.
Products such as breads, jams, functional pastas, peanut butters, vegan cheeses and granolas can be found at the restaurant.
Grão Fino offers a complete gastronomic experience that pleases all palates, even with dietary restrictions. In fact, it is highly recommended for those seeking a healthy and conscious diet, without sacrificing flavor and variety.
@conceito_deluxo was invited, I had lunch at the restaurant, I really liked it and I recommend it!

Very tasty food, good service and atmosphere. The best gluten-free restaurant I've been to in POA. And without researching the gluten issue, those who go there won't even notice that it's gluten-free.
I went to the burger joint without knowing it was gluten-free. I was really surprised because the flavor is better than most other burger joints. It really lives up to the good rating.
One of the best cafés in São Paulo.
mainly because its sweet and savory options are gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free and very tasty.
It's worth a try!
Excellent restaurant for those with allergies or gluten sensitivity! The girls at the counter and cashier are super attentive, and the place is beautiful and pleasant. I just think they shouldn't forget the guava biscuit, which is wonderful and always runs out quickly.
I spent a week in Foz do Iguaçu and ate at Pronatu's every day because I'm celiac. The food is very good, as are the snacks and pizzas. I was very well attended to and the price is also good! I can only thank them!
They advertise everywhere as GLUTEN FREE, but in reality they only use wheat flour. A restaurant of this size and price cannot use this advertising if there is a risk of cross-contamination with gluten! It is too expensive and hyped to have no guarantee of contamination safety. I am sure that the nutrition team will understand this criticism very well and how essential it is for the marketing team to be in tune with this since this also concerns safety. IT IS NOT CASA RAW VEGAN GLUTEN FREE. IT IS CASA RAW VEGAN WITHOUT WHEAT FLOUR. Gluten is a molecule and it is completely nonsensical to advertise it this way and not be. It would be like writing "no shrimp" and having "only the risk of a shrimp broth". People with allergies and celiac disease RUN AWAY. Anyway... it is nonsensical that this is part of the main advertising.
Having lunch at Bio Gourmet is a true sensory experience. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed by a vibrant and elevated atmosphere — a true egregore that transforms the act of eating into a ritual of well-being.
The restaurant's proposal is 100% healthy, with a menu entirely free of gluten and lactose, without sacrificing flavor and sophistication. On this visit, I enjoyed a succulent fraudinha with herb sauce — soft, aromatic and perfectly seasoned. I accompanied it with sautéed organic mushrooms paired with grilled pineapple, creating a contrast between the earthy and the sweet that delights the palate.
To finish, the detox juice with orange, kale, apple and mint brought freshness and lightness to the whole thing, leaving a feeling of fullness and renewed energy.
Bio Gourmet is not just a restaurant — it is an invitation to take care of your body and soul through food. Highly recommended for those seeking health, flavor and an environment that exudes good vibes.
"THE BEST"
I came to Lindacap after a couple of friends recommended it. I felt comfortable and well attended to by Vinicius and Mara, and I can assure you that the service is exceptional.
IMPORTANT DETAIL: THEY CARE FOR THOSE WHO ARE GLUTEN INTOLERANT!!!
The dish I chose was:
PARMEGIANA
Perfectly cooked.
Impeccable homemade sauce
The consistency of the cheese is inexplicable.
The atmosphere is cozy and well lit, and the vases with natural flowers give it a human touch.
I read some negative reviews and came to the conclusion that if the rules of good conduct were respected, there would be no problems, regardless of the amount invested.
Congratulations to the entire team, you have gained another loyal customer.
The place is lovely. There are a variety of delicious options for those with gluten and lactose restrictions. We bought several products from the shop, including French bread and frozen cheese bread. At the café in the outdoor area, we tried the grilled bread and the cheese bread, which didn't even taste like it didn't have cheese. I highly recommend it. Just be prepared to pay, because everything is salty.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your service once again. I placed an order in advance to receive celiac guests at home and, unfortunately, the pizza was delayed by more than an hour beyond the stipulated delivery time.
This situation has happened before, especially on weekends, and the justification is always the same: “it’s Friday”. We understand that demand may be higher, but that does not exempt us from the responsibility of meeting the deadline stated at the time of ordering.
We are dealing with people who have dietary restrictions and cannot simply wait for another option. It is very frustrating to go through this type of inconvenience repeatedly at a time that should be a time for celebration.
We expect more commitment, respect for the customer and improvements in service.
Unfortunately, I don't recommend it if you want to have coffee. Since this has become an attraction in Goiânia, I looked for a gluten-free bakery, but besides the things there, they were very expensive. For a 200g piece of cake I paid 31.00. I asked for a coffee with milk and they served it separately, they said that it couldn't be served with it, when I went to mix it, it spilled on the table. Anyway, for a coffee this is totally inadequate. You might say that it's just a bakery, but they have little tables and they offer the service, but the service is very bad and there's no willingness to serve the customer, after all it was a very simple thing.
On my first visit, I received excellent service from an employee whose name I unfortunately don't remember. On my second visit, I had other employees and the service was mediocre, and I had to go to the counter to get the menu and place my order.
The place is very comfortable, despite being small, and beautiful.
The food is tasty and within the gluten-free price range. However, I missed more savory options (only cheese bread and chicken coxinha).
Very delicious. They have a vegan and gluten-free menu. Zazá served us very kindly. I recommend it for a delicious brunch in Ipanema. Good prices.

The place is geared towards people with gluten and lactose intolerance. There is a wide variety available at a good price. I found snacks, brigadeiros, plain and frosted cakes, breads, among other things. We tried the chicken pie and the walnut brigadeiro. They were perfect, no one says they are for people with dietary restrictions. The place is spacious, has an air-conditioned area and an outdoor patio. We enjoyed our visit and will be back.
Very good variety of food. Very friendly service, even when they needed to heat my dish a little more. All the food is gluten-free and suitable for celiacs. Including the delicious desserts! 👏
I left Limeira to try the delights of @PadocaDaMari and I didn't regret it! As a celiac, I recommend it.
The environment is very pleasant, hygienic and free of contamination.
I loved the chocolate cake and will be back to try the other delights.
Thank you very much for the wonderful work!
This is so annoying. I bought gluten-free bread made on 05/14. I put it in the freezer. On 05/26 it was already all moldy. What a disappointment. When frozen, the label says it lasts 3 months.
Amazing shop/ restaurant 100% gluten free, owned by a celiac woman, i recommend this restaurant because it has a huge grow opportunity and was the best gluten free salgadinhos of my live.
Incrível loja/restaurante 100% sem glúten, propriedade de uma celíaca, recomendo este restaurante porque tem uma grande oportunidade de crescimento e foi o melhor salgadinho sem glúten da minha vida.
This place is a paradise for people with gluten sensitivity! The staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended, even for those who don't have gluten intolerance or celiac disease!
Regarding the products, there are many options for celiacs and people with other types of dietary restrictions, but regarding the service, it leaves something to be desired, as they tried to charge me a higher price, for some items, than what was on the menu.
My first gluten-free Mother's Day in 2022 was at Café Mães and I've loved this place ever since. They have so many delicious cakes, savory snacks... It's a celiac's paradise.
Plus, Josi always saves me when I need something sweet in a hurry at my son's school, she always finds a way to help me. I love it, their chocolate and strawberry cake is amazing, everyone should try it!
I love it! 💓
Wonderful place ❣️ and safe for celiacs, which is very important. This gives back normal life to a person who, due to a condition (celiac disease), cannot even eat out. 🙂 Congratulations on the great work 👏🏼
