Amazing staff. A real treat with separate fryer for us coeliac people. I had the hashbrown, pesto, avacado and balsamic glaze. Yuuuum!! Loved how many amazing toys there for child-friendly eating
For a colleagues farewell we had a group of 12 on a Wednesday evening from 6pm. They accommodated us with two booth type tables and it was very comfortable.
One diner is coeliac and when the order had a gluten item, staff didn't make a fuss when it was sent back politely. So that's really nice.
Service was friendly and efficient, clearing our table quickly and checking for drink or food orders often.
It wasn't too busy, nor too loud and the atmosphere was cosy. Paying at the end was simple and efficient, they operate their cashier system well.
All told for a large group dining experience I thought it was successful and staff did a great job. Thanks for a great night team.
Good coffee, best food. Always impressed by how many gluten-free & vegan options are available.
If it's cake you're after, I recommend a visit on Thursday or Sunday. Possibly my imagination but the cakes seem even better than usual!
Despite how busy the resturant was the service was friendly and fast. The food is excellent and plenty of option for vegetarians, vegans, dairy free and/or gluten free individuals. Strongly recommend enjoying a meal here.
Went here after a ceremony, food was fast and extremely good! Extensive vegetarian and gluten free options and amazing service. Had a mix up with the orders and they replaced no questions asked and at no charge- absolutely incredible service. Well worth the money!
Great range of options, including lots of gluten free. Lovely being able to be outside (in the right weather) and service is prompt and thoughtful (kids food delivered first). Good coffee. Open for a good range of times, but probably best to book at peak times.
Amazing and unique food. One of only two Burmese restaurants in New Zealand.
I can recommend the Kayan Thee Hin (eggplant curry), Gin Thoke (pickled ginger salad), and the Pickled Mung Beans. For dessert I recommend the Thargu with its perfect balance of sweet and sour.
Their menu (minus dessert and drinks) is all dairy free, there are gluten free and vegan options on the menu.
They have great drinks too! I recommend Mabel's gin.
So if you're looking for something different, try this place.

It tastes sooo goood!
A lot of vegan options (from sweet to savory) and we also found some glutenfree food!
Very friendly service! Thanks for the nice talk and see you next time :)
Can't fault our experience tonight. Great atmosphere, the service was speedy, friendly, informative. FoH staff knew immediately what I could have as a coeliac. The food was excellent (my standards for this are reasonably high as an ex chef with a penchant for mexican food), and came out in good time. At $50 a head for more food than we could eat and a margarita each, I have zero complaints. Thanks for a great dinner team.
Quite a few gluten free options, and the staff were great! They were very knowledgeable about cross contamination too. I had the cookie, Whittaker slice, and it was amazing 🤩
