Fantastic gluten free options (GF buns, fries, bread, and BBQ sauce) as well as v*gan (sub impossible patty, salad offered as vegetarian, several directly vegetarian options that could be made vegan) with knowledgeable staff. Hard to find options on the road, but it was so good it was half gone before I snapped a photo.

Great food selections with tons of flavor. The owner was also our chef. You'd pay a ton more if the same food was served with fancier plates and utensils. Honestly, it works the way it is. If you want a non-pretentious, delicious hand made food, then you'll love it! My wife is gluten free and she ordered the herb roasted chicken and loved it.

Stopped for breakfast on the way to Bryce Canyon. Friendly staff and OMG I got such delicious gluten-free pancakes with banana and Nutella ❤️ thank you!

Landed here spontaneously after Bryce Canyon. We were quite surprised that it has good gluten-free options. They know their stuff very well and the food was delicious. The best thing we have eaten in the USA so far. Absolute recommendation!
