I haven't been gluten free for long but this was probably my favorite gluten free pizza crust, I've ever had.
So fun to feel like you're in Italy! And pizza was fast!!
Don't forget to get some gelato or sorbetto from next door!

Everything was OK, especially the bufala and the salad, and the ‘normal’ pizza. The gluten-free version of a pizza was a bit floury and strange but the toppings were great. The mozzarella sticks for kids would have been enough for an entire class and the coating was unusual for our kid.
An expansive gluten-free menu at an Italian restaurant is such a rare find! I had the scampini, and it was delicious. I would come frequently if I were local!
Came here because we heard their gluten-free pasta was good. And it is! The gluten-free pizza is also on point.
I wouldn’t recommend the Alfredo sauce (fairly bland, even with more table Parmesan and salt). Also, the service dropped off with the business… when it was busiest, the attention was regular but as it thinned out, attention became less frequent. Also, they started cleaning the windows while we still eating, and the smell of windex adds nothing to the food.
Also note: the vegetarian and gluten-free options are on the same menu, with little differentiation between them ; fortunately the waiter was on the ball and made sure we got the gluten-free options.
I have Celiac Disease and I know this place is always a safe place for me to eat. Buying a cauliflower crust isn't what you should get since it's made in the same prep area as the rest of the normal pizza. If you ask for the gluten free pizza, you order off a different menu. The gluten free menu has only 1 size of pizza but it's plenty for 1-2 people. The gluten free pizza is made in a separate kitchen free of gluten, and on separate pans. The pizza is amazing too.
Super great food and wine! Definitely a bit pricey but the ingredients are high quality so you do get what you pay for. Came here with a group just the other night and while the food was great, our waitress made us really uncomfortable. We had a group of 9 which is of course a large group and we knew we would be waiting longer for our orders. Not a problem, but the first thing she asked our group was about how we were handling the check, and then made a stink about each of us having our own check. She even asked us to just Venmo each other. My friends are a bunch of people pleasers so they were trying to figure out how to get it handled, but I myself have waited tables for quite some time and would neverrr make a stink about the check like that no matter the inconvenience, that’s part of the job in waiting tables. She clearly forgot my friends drinks until they asked about em, and then my other friend, who is gluten free and lactose, had her pizza made wrong TWICE. It was only a Tuesday night so I can’t imagine how she runs her tables on a weekend. Needless to say, we didn’t want to order dessert and make the check situation any worse, but enjoyed our pizza and wine.
If you're not picky about ingredients or health, you’ll probably enjoy this place. The service was excellent and attentive, and the atmosphere is decent for casual dining.
Food notes:
Pizza sizes range from 8 to 16 inches.
Gluten-free crust is available but only in the 8-inch size, which was a letdown.
All pizzas and pastas are made with a blend of oils—including canola and olive oil. No seed-oil-free or organic options available.
If you’re health-conscious or avoid industrial seed oils, your best bet is a salad—but even then, nothing here is organic.
Final thoughts: Great service and a convenient spot for a casual bite, but not ideal if you’re mindful about ingredients or dietary quality.
We were seated close to our reservation time, but still waited 15–20 minutes just to get water and drinks, then about 35 minutes for our appetizer, and over an hour for our entrees. Most of the gluten-free items were unavailable — they were out of the gluten-free ravioli, spaghetti, and fettuccine noodles, as well as two other dishes we asked for. While the lead server did apologize and offered us 25% off and a free dessert, the discount was not applied when the check arrived. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, with long waits and very limited gluten-free options.
this place is NOT dedicated gluten free. I don't know what the alleged 'kitchen manager' is think by verifying this but it is not true. I reported to atly, but for anyone unaware please do not go here under the impression it's dedicated
First visit to the Pie Pizzeria, opted for a simple pepperoni 12 inch pizza - delicious, friend opted for gluten free cheesy pull-apart bread - also amazing (which is a surprise as decent GF bread is hard to come by!).
Was only in town for a couple of days, will definitely return if I'm back in SLC.

Spaghetti Factory has been hosting parties, reunions, and prom dates for over 50 years. The food is good, the service is great, and it's a noisy, busy place. My gluten free pasta with meat sauce and sausage was pretty good, and my wife enjoyed her shrimp pasta dish. Our salads were fresh and light, and our server kept our drinks full. Some things never change, and in this case that's a good thing!
Their menu is vast and has excellent vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian pizzas. You’re not limited to a measly few options if you have dietary restrictions and preferences. They knock it out of the park on their vegan pizzas.
My son can't stop raving about this place. Really good fancy pizza. Nice thin crust. Really nice appetizers and fun desserts. Really great vibe and staff. Comfortable and cozy. Excellent gluten-free pizza crust.
I understand that gluten free pizza is tricky but I’d expect more from a $20 price tag. The burnt ends are normal for pizza but with cauliflower crust, it turns into a cracker.
We love Caffe Molise! It's our go-to date night spot in SLC! We have enjoyed many dishes on the menu and have loved every one. My favorite have been their salmon specials (especially the lemon curry salmon), my husband loves the pasta. The cheesecake is incredible.
Our most recent visit we brought friends who needed accommodations for celiac (gluten-free) and the restaurant was amazing! Very gluten-free friendly!
I LOVE this place! Genuinely made me fall in love with pizza again. The pan style, delicious sauce, perfect amount of cheese, and loads of toppings sold me. Great quality for a great price! The staff are always polite and willing to answer any questions, and the owner is funny and personable. Will keep going back again and again. The medium pepperoni and cheese bread are my personal favorites. The gluten free is the best I've ever had. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
Well, I like their pizzas but this is disappointing: I couldn't get them on the phone so I ordered online, and made sure to leave my phone number just in case. Only when I picked up the pizzas I learned they were out of gluten free dough (and I had to ask) and basically just substituted to non gluten free (quite the inconvenience for my celiac friend, it's not like we requested it for fun). They didn't even ask me if I would prefer a refund and not get a pizza I basically did not order. Probably a good place to eat at, but they need to figure out their online ordering system or answer the phone, and just stop offering it if they can't get it together... I want to be considerate of how hard it is to run a restaurant, but this didn't feel great.
While probably not as good as the hype around it suggests, Matteo is a good Italian restaurant for SLC and in a great location. A few comments on the food and service:
1- the service (while a bit slow…was excellent).
2- the pastas, lasagna, risotto, and even the pollo dish are all good, but not great. Sicilia Mia is likely better.
3- The Cesar salad is great…and huge. Definitely a shared salad.
4- Excellent gluten free pasta noodle. I need to figure out where they are getting it. They use a noodle that is quinoa and brown rice and it was both delicious and perfectly cooked.
5- The panna cotta and the lemoncello bread pudding aren’t good and I would suggest skipping entirely. The best panna cotta (by a wide margin) along the Wasatch Front is at Maestra in American Fork.
6-The whipped Brie is excellent and worth getting to share as an appetizer. This has so much buzz, and was the best thing we ate
The GF rolls were good too (though not great).
Overall, I’d

It is inspired by the Italian Mediterranean style of cooking, with dishes that use fresh ingredients. It includes steaks, chops, seafood, pastas and breads prepared in an authentic Italian wood-fired oven.
They offer a vegetarian menu and also for people with gluten intolerance.
Exquisite chicken pizzaiolo.
Baked chicken and portobello mushrooms with melted provolone. Served with spaghetti with butter and herbs on the side.
Good attention. Recommended!!
I always feel like I've eaten with friends and family when I eat here. Great food with gluten free options! Took my parents tonight and they loved every bite! It's cozy, but there's something special about how you feel when you eat there! Regretting not remembering to take pictures of our food. I have to say my dad's mushroom swiss burger looked like perfection! The flan was the best I've ever had! Go andjoy!
Gluten free friendly : Incredible food, Incredible service!
We had the caprese salad, artichoke chicken and the chicken salad. All were amazing!!!
Can not recommend enough
Delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. Alex the owner was so funny and inviting. I just wish they would learn to make their Alfredo sauce gluten-free and have at least one gluten-free dessert option. The gluten-free pasta was cooked to perfection!
Our Server was Gabe, he did an amazing job. I have Celiacs disease and he grabbed the manger to make sure there was no cross contamination to keep me safe. He was extremely funny and helpful. Not the mention the manager on duty was helpful as well. Overall thank you Gabe for the great service!!
Hadn't been to an, Olive Garden in years and had the best experience here. We all loved our food, and I was so happy they accommodated my gluten allergy with no difficulty.
My husband and I had been needing to go out on a long awaited date, and the service and food were wonderful! The waitress we had was always refilling our drinks and was very pleasant. The food was brought out quicker than we expected, and tasted wholesome, which I honestly needed after recovering from being ill most of December. It was a great date for a late lunch. Thanks again!
My husband had the chicken Alfredo, I had the gluten free rotini with meat sauce, and we both enjoyed the zuppa toscacana, which warms the soul after freezing most of the day.
Amazing! I had the gluten free ravioli and it was everything I've been missing about pasta since I went GF. Great atmosphere friendly service, it is a nicer sit down, mostly couples. However, we went with our two kids and everyone was very friendly.
Really appreciated the staff. They were very careful with the gluten-free needs and observant of when we needed refills and the next round of soups or salads.
My mom and I came here for the first time and we were both injured on knee scooters. We were greeted at the door and the doors opened and offered to sit wherever was comfortable. We have lots of allergies and they were very attentive to helping us have a great meal and great experience by even special making a pizza for us that my mom could eat. Gluten free pasta and pizza were both amazing. Will definitely be coming back here
Chef Hai did a phenomenal job catering to our "large" party of 10. He took care of us, educated us, and made the restaurant experience a unique one. Especially with someone who has a gluten allergy, he catered to my needs and helped me felt heard and seen as a recently diagnosed Celiac. If I could give more stars, I would. You rock, T&S Team!
Great way to feed the whole family. Pick it up take it home and cook in your own oven for hot easy dinner. We love The Cowboy pizza at our house and that they have a gluten free crust in the medium size.
We keep coming back. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location in Saratoga Springs is open an hour later than Lehi and this has saved dinner a few times. Thanks.
Charged us $5 EXTRA for a very thin piece of gluten free toast, each. It didn’t come with any butter or anything else on it. The room itself was freezing in the restaurant. Our waitress was nice and sweet, but did not tell us that the GF bread was $5 extra each. Been here twice and have never been impressed with the flavor of the food, however the first time we ate here we ate in the outdoor bubble. That atmosphere was fun.
We love the pizza here. Also pretty cool that my wife can get a pizza without gluten or dairy on it so she can actually eat what the rest of us are eating for dinner for once.
Food was good. It was a fun stop. I just wish that the staff was a little more knowledgeable about their gluten free options. And my Gluten free ancient grain crust was burnt on the edges. Over all it tasted good (except the burned parts) but it felt a little pricey.
We've been here a couple of times since the ownership changed, and both times, the food and service were fantastic. The Mama Mia pizza is the best prosciutto pizza I've ever had - it was loaded! And the gluten-free crust is crispy and tasted great! Highly recommend this place.
We love Stella’s! Making a reservation is so easy, they have tons of gluten free options which I appreciate and it’s so tasty! We’ve loved everything we’ve ordered!
