We stopped for an aperitif made with artisanal Campari and an excellent tasting plate. Welcomed by the warmth of the place and the friendly staff, we then also ordered an excellent platter of cold cuts. The tavern is detail-oriented, inclusive and full of art. It is also possible to taste vegan and gluten-free dishes. Absolutely recommended!
We had lunch taking a smash Burger and a gluten-free pizza, all delicious
Super credit for the gluten-free pizza as it is the best we have found in the various pizzerias we have tried, it tastes just like pizza!

As a celiac I found the pinsa very good and digestible. The gluten-free menu is really extensive. Even the gluten-free pinsa that my husband had was very good.
Managers passionate about their work. To return.

Small place near the center of Perugia. Eat some delicious gluten-free savory and sweet crepes. Compliments to the guys who run it. We will gladly return
Restaurant-pizzeria in the heart of Todi with a wonderful panoramic terrace. We had tagliatelle and pizza with truffle, both gluten-free: truly exceptional. The desserts are artisanal, we tried a cheesecake with berries and it was delicious. Kind staff, attentive to the needs of the customer and helpful. Adequate price. Highly recommended place!
A dinner of local dishes with a reinterpretation without exaggerating.
I appreciated the friendly, attentive but not invasive service. The possibility of having the majority of dishes in celiac mode without any problem and with the same timing as the other dishes.
The desserts are excellent, the portions are not small and also the wine list with good local representation.
Highly recommended
Wonderful place. Everything completely gluten-free, many fresh products even lactose-free. Products made really well, so much so that you forget you're eating gluten-free. High quality and great flavor! Too bad we don't have a place like this close to home. If you're in the area don't hesitate to stop by. Recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs.
Impeccable service, welcoming location, elegant but not pretentious, excellent dishes at honest prices. Almost everything is also available gluten-free (dishes in the photo are all gluten-free).
We went out for dinner with friends and opted for the black cat because it has many gluten-free options.
Generous portions, excellent value for money.
All accompanied by excellent service, Thank you Cristina for making this experience even more special :)
Excellent food!! For me who am celiac it was a dream, and in the gluten free menu I also found vegan options, I didn't believe it! The place is very nice and allow me to give an honorable mention to Carmine and Alessio, who served us with precision and kindness. Highly recommended
I went on Saturday night for dinner with my family at the suggestion of a colleague. This pizzeria had been recommended to me in particular for the goodness of its gluten-free pizza (we have 2 celiacs in the family). In general, I must say that I was quite pleasantly surprised: small but nice place, good choice of dishes, commendable the fact that all the appetizers had a gluten-free option (I tried crocché, montanara and chips and I must say everything was good!). The dessert was also excellent (too bad they had run out of gluten-free lemon delights - but I will return hoping to find it) and definitely a special mention for the normal pizza because objectively one of the best Neapolitan ones that can be found at least in the province of Perugia... but the gluten-free pizza was really not good!.. it's a shame because from the photos they showed me and from the reviews of other celiacs who had been there, the pizza should have been really good.. instead it was objectively ugly to look at, very heavy, full of oil, with an extremely heavy cord and a strong tendency to crumble.. in short.. bad bad. Now, I imagine and hope that it was a coincidence, a change of recipe... I think I will return to give it a second chance.. but I ask the owners if objectively I interpreted correctly and there was a "failed" change of recipe, or if I have to give up because the recipe is that one and objectively it is not valid... a ready-made base is objectively much, much, much better...
Excellent quality. Both the meat and the pinsa are very good. The desserts are also worth trying and very important, everything is also gluten-free. Highly recommended
We made a reservation 10 days ago. We were assigned a table outside under a canopy. There was bird droppings on the tablecloth, which were simply wiped away instead of being changed. After 30 minutes, the waiter (very nice) came and took our order. We had 3 rabbit ragouts with pasta (1 gluten-free). Unfortunately, there were bones everywhere in the ragout, in all 3 portions. The gluten-free plate was not labeled, but was brought separately. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant; they focus on quantity over quality (the pizzas from the neighboring table were all burnt).
Saying 5 stars is an understatement. Eaten like a true Gourmand.
Spectacular and super abundant lasagna.
Dragged to lick your lips.
For a Celiac like me who almost never find the first courses?
In this place you can choose any type of sauce and they make it gluten-free.
What can I say, a REALLY RECOMMENDED place
Well done, compliments
Place chosen for its attention to gluten-free (AIC certified). Really really good. Abundant cold cuts platter, very good omelette (which are actually scrambled eggs) with truffle, the first courses were 10 and praise (tagliatelle sg with truffle and tagliatelle sg with bacon and pecorino... It felt like being in Rome, very good)
Definitely worth a visit.
Applause to the waiter, who alone was able to manage the room for about 30 people. It wasn't easy, well done
Small and well-kept place near a small square with a panoramic view of all the hills.
Suitable for celiacs.
Highly recommended stratospheric carp (I would use a puree because it is very tasty)
Good, good risotto with perch and citrus fruits
I highly recommend!
They speak Polish as well as many other languages 💗
We came to this restaurant because it offers gluten-free menus. We were welcomed by the owner, a courteous, kind and slightly eccentric man who was totally contextualised in his restaurant. In fact, the environment is decidedly out of the ordinary, at times even a little claustrophobic, however it tells an experience, a story, there is character and the courage not to follow clichés. The pizza is actually not a pizza but a "Franciscan Schiacciata" I seem to remember it being called that and we liked it a lot. During dinner we wondered how the gentleman managed to manage all the tables totally alone, when we discovered that he also took care of the preparation of the "pizzas" we couldn't believe it! A phenomenon! For this reason alone he deserves all our respect.

I had the torta al testo with cooked grass, sausage and gluten-free mozzarella, highly recommended 👍🏻.
If you want you can eat at the tables in the restaurant, but it is strictly take-away.
For gluten-free, call at 5 pm when it opens and book what you want, whether it's pizza or torta al testo, because they prepare it to order.
I went with my wife and 3 children and we ate an excellent pizza!! Real Neapolitan pizza, excellent, quality ingredients. We are Neapolitans and I immediately noticed the use of our products!! Excellent Montanara with and without gluten like our grandparents made it in Naples!! The gluten-free pizzas with good and expensive CAPUTO flour are also excellent. If I ever pass by I'll be back! Well done, you deserve more than 4 stars, many more!!!
I had called to get clarification on gluten-free products, asking if the kitchens were separate and if they used deglutinated products.
They answered yes to the first question and that in the kitchen the flours used were naturally gluten-free.
When we arrived there, we found it written on the menu that the oven used for the pizzas was the same and that they did not guarantee non-contamination.
The lady who served us, with neither kind nor cordial manners, pointed out to us that for the gluten-free pasta it would take time because they had to prepare everything separately (really???).
We ordered a caprese and pointed out that it was for one of the two celiac people, the lady got annoyed saying that she knew that the tomato and mozzarella were gluten-free (and two, come on), in reality we were just making it clear to be careful not to touch the same hands that had served bread or pizza.
Almost embarrassing pizzas, only the bruschetta and the homemade (white) supplì were saved.
I wonder why make a gluten-free option when they don't even know what they're talking about but above all why not tell the truth on the phone.
Prices below average.
Nice place.
The place has that "something extra" that makes it special, could it be the many beers they have to offer? Will the gluten-free proposals they have? Will it be the guys in the room with their friendliness and friendliness? Will it be the excellent music selection? (perhaps this last one doesn't intrigue many)
The only way to find out is to give it a chance and try it
Very small gluten-free menu. Very slow and inconsistent service. The quality of the food was not excellent, one plate of pasta was overcooked, another was brought in a different format than the one requested without warning of the change, in addition to this it was flooded with oil.
Excellent ice cream shop for those looking for gluten-free products!
The stracciatella won us over, the chocolate that was present was superb, congratulations!
Very kind and helpful chef. Even though the kitchen was closed, he prepared lunch for us, even gluten-free.
EXCELLENT pork butcher pasta! Top service! Absolutely recommended
We went to this pizzeria and restaurant to eat a pizza and it was a pleasant surprise. The place is really nice, with tables outside and inside, the staff is friendly and the pizza was delicious. Quality of the ingredients, well seasoned, light for digestion thanks to a well-worked dough. A note of merit for the gluten-free pizza: the base is homemade! Very good.
In a crowded Assisi at the end of April, we choose to have lunch here. Being celiac, I called a few days before and, on the phone, they told me that by choosing the cutting boards it is possible to have seats.
Having children with us, we choose to have lunch sitting down.
There are 11 of us arriving: 7 adults (including 2 celiacs) and 4 children.
I find kindness and availability in the reception phase. They prepare a table for 11 for us in a somewhat secluded area of the restaurant... improvised setup, tables not perfectly clean...
The waiter helps us choose the cutting boards by offering us the most expensive cutting boards. Then he says, 'I'll do the wine?' Having received our consent, he gives us 2 very expensive bottles of wine. But so far nothing particularly serious.
The really serious thing was having paid for 3 'magnificent' cutting boards and not having received the appropriate quantities. They brought a bit of everything on the menu but without respecting the quantities corresponding to 3 cutting boards. For example, we only saw 4 bruschettas arrive for 3 platters... the same quantity we saw on tables with 2/3 people.... Absurd !
As for the management of place settings, they only provided us with forks and a few napkins. It went well as long as we ate the cured meats but once the pickled vegetables included in the menu arrived (which had been forgotten and we had to request) we had great difficulty eating them and we opted to recycle the plates of cured meats, now empty, left on the table....
It is also important to underline a superficial preparation on the management of cutting boards and gluten free bread... there is flour everywhere and, although the gluten free cutting boards are prepared in a separate room, there is a small window that connects the area where normal sandwiches are made to the area that should be dedicated to gluten free... high risk!
The summary is: we paid more than 200 euros for a tasting of cured meats of undoubted quality, presented very badly and in smaller quantities than expected..
Forgotten in a corner of the place, after having paid a good sum, at a certain point, we received as a consolation prize a plate of chips for the children and 3 free cans... they must have felt guilty, ...
It's sad to write such a review because we found so much sympathy and friendliness in all the guys.
But dear guys, taking advantage of the crowds to earn more is not a move that will take you far!!
Pizza restaurant in the Fonti del Clitunno area with large internal and external spaces
We had a great time at both lunch and dinner, they made us feel at home.
Excellent grilled meat, top first courses with truffles
I also recommend the coratella and the chickpea humus with bruschettine.
Quality raw materials from the area
Welcoming staff, attentive to needs and friendly.
First courses also in gluten-free version
We will definitely be back
Informal and fantastic restaurant: trucker restaurant atmosphere, vast menu, super generous portions, very kind and approachable staff and prices that you would always like to see.
I would like to point out a very wide choice of gluten-free first courses, second courses, sandwiches and pizzas.
You can park right in front of the restaurant.
I would go back without a doubt.
Unfortunately my experience with this pastry shop was very disappointing. I booked gluten-free desserts for a dinner with friends, expecting fresh products or at least ready to serve. Instead, at the time of collection, they were delivered to me still completely frozen, without the owner notifying me of the need for preventive defrosting.
Then discovering that the desserts had been produced at the beginning of January and the beginning of February respectively (we are talking about weeks before the purchase) was even more disappointing. After over 3 1/2 hours at room temperature, they were still full of ice and impossible to eat.
If I had known in advance that these were old frozen products, I might have acted differently. Instead, I found myself having to justify the inconvenience to my guests. For a specialized pastry shop, I would have expected greater transparency and care for the customer. I don't think I'll be back.

Beautiful place. Atmosphere of an ancient Trattoria in the center of Perugia.
Every day of the week it has a different fixed menu for €18, it fills you up a lot and it's all of excellent quality.
Starter, first course, second course and dessert with liqueur. Plus the drinks. Truly all incredible and with a super convenient formula (especially if you are odd). If you have specific needs (vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.) they say they will respond, but I wouldn't recommend it so as not to enjoy the experience.
The service being a single choice is hyper fast, but can be improved with wine.
Excellent price as mentioned, €50 for two with water and wine. Highly recommended
If you want a gluten-free Roman pizza by the slice in Perugia this is the right place. Quality ingredients, friendly staff. Lactose-free mozzarella. Tables available inside. AIC informed place.
