Great discovery on recommendation. A cozy, modern and calm atmosphere in the city center of Rouen. Excellent organic and gluten-free products for some. My croque was soft and tasty, the fries as I like, not too fatty and crispy, good seasoning for the green salad. Large selection of desserts, each more excellent than the last. Chocolate and pecan brownie to die for, meltingly cooked. Good mix of lemon and orange blossom in the cake... Wide choice of ice cream flavors. The smoothies are delicious too. The service is impeccable. The owners are very friendly and attentive to their customers' opinions on the dishes offered. I take great pleasure in discovering establishments like this. To recommend without hesitation, a real favorite ❤️❤️👍
Fairly fine cuisine. The perfect egg, excellent. The whiting, adored. Good ice cream. I eat gluten-free so it's not always easy but here, impeccable. Good wines. And a big thank you to Nico for the superb digestive!!!!! Brilliant setting and decor!!!!I recommend.
Delicious specialty coffee and cakes. They have a wide variety of cakes, even gluten free cakes. I loved the canneles and the nice smiling staff. I would definitely recommend this cafe if you're in Rouen.
Very beautiful tea room with a cozy atmosphere. the decor and music are very pleasant.
The tea we tasted was delicious. I even left with 100 grams for my personal use 😋
The tea menu is also very extensive.
The service was very attentive.
In short, a great address to recommend.
The dishes looked good. The waffles are vegan and gluten-free.
Update: okay on further speaking with the staff, the pizza is not gluten free but is very low gluten. They use three flours, the last of which is wheat flour, and the dough is fermented 72 hours. If you are only intolerant this could be okay for you but it is not gluten free
Excellent food (bistronomic) at a very reasonable price. Having fish, vegan, gluten-free options, etc. is a real plus.
We also had the very nice surprise of finding a wine from a cellar that we had visited and loved a year and a half ago.
The service is efficient and friendly.
In short, we had a great evening.
Such a lovely spot with lovely Lebanese food and a lovely owner! (I make the assumption of owner because she served us with the care and intentionality of an owner!)
My husband and I were greeted warmly, despite not knowing French. I immediately brought up being gluten and dairy free, and was thrilled to be given options!! The lamb skewer was to die for (10/10 recommend), and came served with rice and crisp, fresh salad. Everything was flavorful and well done. I recommend the stuffed grape leaves as the starter! The pomegranate dressing they were drizzled with was delicious. The Lebanese wine was wonderful too. For dessert I was delighted to have an option as well: a passion fruit sorbet that didn’t disappoint! To top it all off, we were given the best mint tea I’ve had in a long, long time. Honestly, our whole experience was perfection.
Basically, don’t pass up on this place. Especially if you’ve got gluten or dairy issues. It’s a difficult issue to navigate in France, so I was grateful to find Payiz!
The welcome and service was very good and we ate very well.
The dishes are cooked and we were pleasantly surprised by some succulent dishes from the tasting menu.
Little is missing to make it perfect and starry...
Too much waiting between certain dishes
The dishes were mismatched
The orange wall is a little disturbing
No soap in the toilets
No adaptation to tastes for the tasting menu
Champagne not fresh enough.
These are details and advice because overall the evening was very good and we enjoyed this moment spent in the sixth sense.
Thank you for the well-respected gluten-free menu as well as the bread
See you soon for a new experience in your restaurant.
Ps: question: why does the tasting menu not look like the menu that attracted us so much? (Tomato mozza, langoustine, beef, can, pollock, etc....)
Homemade with gluten-free option! Everything is delicious. Delicate cuisine, top cocktails, this restaurant is one of the must-sees in Rouen. I recommend 100%
The only meal that truly satisfied me all round in a week in Normandy! Good food, attentive but not intrusive service, very nice location.
The staff gets by with English and is very interested in making themselves understood, which is rare here. Among those I tried, it was the only restaurant that had a gluten-free menu and bread, so my wife was also able to eat peacefully. I have to say that the coffee wasn't bad either. Approved!
Gluten intolerant, I love coming to your place and again this evening and this is the 2nd time I have been refused a buckwheat pancake for dessert with Nutella!!! I'm really disappointed... I don't recommend it anymore!
Very pleasant surprise discovering this restaurant.
We had lunch there on April 30, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome and the level of service from the team (Top team and manager!!).
And thank you again for the attention you gave me with my gluten intolerance! The fruit salad is very good!
In addition, the menu is good and the cuisine is excellent.
I highly recommend this restaurant, you will have a good time there.

For my birthday, I had the gluten-free and raspberry cake. my wife, upon tasting it, declared at the first bite: “When you imagine eating a cake, you imagine that it tastes like that!”. Looking forward to the next one! Personally, I finally found MY bakery!
An address to recommend! Very good dishes in a lovely setting, with a very friendly team attentive to our requests, particularly regarding allergens (celiac disease). We will return with great pleasure!
