I was not expecting anything special by walking in the door, but I was especially surprised by the quality of the food, the excellent attentive staff, and the bonus is I could find anything I wanted on the menu for a gluten-free diet. Thank you for your first class food and hospitality.
I found this restaurant on an app that helps you locate restaurants with gluten free options in the area. I loved it the second I walked in. There's outside seating in a beautiful garden setting. Indoor seating is nice as well. There are a ton of really great gluten free food options. It's hard to find restaurants with so many great GF items to choose from. Our server, Tanya, was so attentive, kind, thoughtful and helpful. I would come back just for her. If you make your way to Sedona, try this place. Ask for Tanya - you will not regret it.
The non-pizza, long fermented pizza was great - worth a try. The decorations looked good, too. Though the long fermented dough is gluten-friendly and not gluten-free, it is nonetheless healthier than the quickly made average pizza.
The tamale with mole was so delicious!! Great gluten free options! Be willing to wait— it’s all fresh and worth every second! My kids devoured it— my only regret is not ordering more.
Fantastic burger with chorizo and jalepeno, gluten free choices, delicious coleslaw.
Jose was an attentive and knowledgeable server, great lunch choice in Sedona!
So many gluten free options and the staff is SO friendly. I placed my order and they were incredibly helpful and patient with my decision. I am gluten and dairy free, ordering was very easy. I had so many options, which for me is rare. The first time I visited, I got my order to go and put together a variety of sauces. I was trying to organize them so I knew which one was which and a really nice cook offered me a marker.
The first order was a half lb of brisket. I figured I’d have leftovers for the next day. Well, I didn’t. I ate the entire order and while I felt full, I didn’t feel stuffed, which showed me this was high quality meat.
I was told by a local that this is one of the local favorites. The locals are right, the food is high quality and so is the staff!
Asked 3 times about gluten free buns. Served a regular bun. Service was sub par, waiter disappeared for long periods of time had to flag someone down more than once to get coffee and for support. Never again.
Great experience… our waitress was very helpful and attentive. Food was delicious! One of the best gluten free crusts I have tried. Would absolutely recommend and visit again!
1st time and will definitely be back! They offered breakfast & lunch. Everyone enjoyed their meal and service staff was excellent. They also offer gluten-free options.
My mother and I fully enjoyed every piece of our meal! The salad, the soup, the house made bread, the pasta and even the gluten free pasta!!!! I think they hold a wonderful standard while also creating leniency when it came to the menu and atmosphere. Absolutely will be coming back here again
Mariposa is such a gorgeous restaurant with breathtaking views of Sedona. Our food was unique and delicious. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about Celiac. He knew exactly what I could and could not eat. When we come back to Sedona we will most definitely dine here again.
Liked this slot a lot! Lunch was great - I ordered the Pump House Sandwich on Gluten free bread and it was top notch! I loved that at lunch they offered breakfast too for the kids. The oatmeal and The Classic were perfect for two kids to share. They saved the day with crayons and paper too.
The food is fresh and excellent. The service is outstanding. We need to follow a crazy diet with no gluten, dairy, egg or seaweed. No problem here. It’s the only Sedona restaurant that can serve us a variety of excellent food.
There are literally almost no meals nor appetizers, nor dessert that are suitable for gluten free, nor for vegans or even vegetarians. I am GF and my friend is vegetarian and another non dairy and the options were almost nothing. I was able to eat the pepper appetizer. The first one was good and mild so we ordered another and the second was so hot that no one could eat it. The tuna I ate off of the tuna nachos was very good. I asked not once, but twice for my soup to be gluten free and it came with the croutons anyway. Thank God I am not celiac. I didn't have time to ask for a new one as the main course was already coming out by the time I could have. So I just picked them out. But that's not OK when I asked twice for gluten free.
My steak was wonderful, but I did order the most expensive steam on the menu. The mashed potatoes were great too but for the price my side of potato's was a few tablespoons and my side of carrots was 3 mini carrots. Delicious but barely enough to pair with the 18oz steak that I got. So it left my longing. My friends got the smaller steak and, unfortunately it was so small that they all also felt dissatisfied. But those were the only 2 steak choices on the menu.
My friend was so excited for the strawberry shortcake. But there was a ton of dry biscuit and literally no strawberry sauce. There was a bit of whipped cream and a few slices of strawberry. My friend said it was very dry and lacking. I had the creme brulee and it was an astounding upper layer and the lower layer was also amazing in consistency and sweetness. But I would have loved something dun added to it. I saw one made with homemade almond tequila somewhere... things like that.
Also of their food was very bland.
All the people with dietary restrictions left feeling left out.
The food that was acceptable basic was very good for what it was. Nothing unique about the potatoes or steak but they were very nicely done. So kudos for that.
The food itself is always inconsistent. Either too salty or not salty enough. The chefs themselves have poor hygiene standards either leaning on the same cutting boards, playing on their phones, that they cut steaks on. The kitchen itself is cleaned poorly and infrequently. Food will be left out at unsafe temperatures, Ie a bag of chicken strips being left out on a cart for the entire night while being used for the children’s menu. The cook on raw meats is always inconsistent. Most of their proteins come frozen while they charge the price that they charge, ex beef, salmon, tuna. I do not recommend eating leftovers from here as all of the food is prepared in advance, reheated to order, and if you take it home make sure to eat it cold as heating food more than twice can lead to temperature danger zones that lead to bacteria growth. The fryer is cleaned once in a blue moon, if the staff are really really bored. The front end staff do not have the support they need to provide the best customer service. Front of house will be waiting on back while the cooks just play on their phones. The plating of the dishes is fine. The portions are a little small for the price point. However you can get some beyond beautiful views when sitting on the deck. The restaurant is loud itself for how open it is.
This place will be closing in may for renovations. They will be increasing their prices. Management is the problem and will continue after the renovation. This renovation will tackle the clogged drains due to improper oil disposal. Among other things.
And a final note from someone who cannot have gluten. DO NOT EAT HERE. The pure amount of dangerous cross contamination for the gluten free dishes makes it laughable that they are considered gluten free. SAVE MONEY AND JUST GO TO DENNYS.
We had a wonderful celebration here for our anniversary. The staff was attentive and the food was delicious. They went above and beyond to make our evening extra special. I really appreciated that they had a delicious gluten-free chocolate torte for dessert. Thank you!
We had a lovely dinner. The portions seemed small but surprisingly, it was just enough. They accommodated our gluten free request. The gluten free pasta was penne but it fell apart too easily. We highly recommend the creme brulee. It was the best we've ever had.
Fresh, Flavorful, and Gluten-Free Friendly!
I recently did takeout from Fresh and Natural Thai Kitchen and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the smell of fresh herbs growing inside created a welcoming and unique atmosphere—a modern, clean twist on traditional Thai counter service.
I ordered the Thai beef balls and built my own bowl with chicken, vegetables, and rice noodles, topped with the coconut curry sauce. Everything was fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. As someone who eats gluten-free, I was especially impressed by how well-labeled and accommodating the menu was—so many great options without any guesswork.
Huge thanks to the team for creating delicious food while also making it easy for gluten-free folks to enjoy without worry. I’ll definitely be back!
I read all the reviews about this place and decided to try it. It’s a very unique and creative burgers, hotdogs, and sandwiches. Also home cut fresh fries!
I got the southwest burger and my wife got the mushroom Swiss burger on a gluten free bun. Because of the toppings, it was very tasty! Meat quality was also solid.
If you are looking for a tasty and very unique place, definitely check this place out!
Oh, service was fantastic and friendly 👍
Burger dry not very good. Requested gluten free then told gluten-free side not available except a side salad which has onions and some greens and no lettuce of any type. Wilted and very unappetizing sent it back. Husbands fries were cold and soggy. For the price do not recommend.
Everything was excellent. As a gluten free vegetarian I gave up on sandwiches. Finding Drewbies allowed me to eat a delicious sandwich that meet all my dietary needs. They were polite and careful about cross contamination. Talked to the owner, great guy

Amazing views! That's the only reason they will get another star. I saw so many reviews on it being allergy friendly/ having options. I have a dairy and gluten allergy so not many options- the staff at the counter were helpful. Once our buzzer went of we quickly ran to grab the food and got back to our table. I have zero clue how the gluten free bread got SO MUSHY, I went to pick it up and take a bite and the whole bottom piece of bread was falling apart like the whole piece of bread had been submerged in water for 5+ minutes. Super disappointing and hard to eat. On another note they had some fun looking large drinks and each of us got a different one. It was very sweet not to strong of liqour but the laste of the sweet flavoring was so GROSS it was NOT too sweet it was just a really bad flavor for both drinks! We hardly drank a sip. I tried to go the the bar and get a glass of water but they refused to give us a normal sized glass of water! (They would only give us kiddie sized platic cups). They said the normal sized glasses are only for beer/ soda, mind you this was in July and a very hot day, I asked to just pay for a soda and get water instead and they said no! This was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. To sum it up MAYBE get a soda/pop and hang out on the patio for the views and don't expect a glass of water.
We had an excellent meal here. My husband and I both had burgers, plus a side of asparagus. They even had a gluten-free bun for me. The food came out in a timely fashion, and was ample and excellent. Everything was prepared perfectly. Our server was delightful and very conscientious.
We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary at 41. We sat outside to listen to the live music playing, enjoyed a view of the red rocks and loved the food. The Chef accommodated our needs for being gluten free, came out to check on us and the food was so so good. The service was very attentive and everything on our plates was beautiful from the presentation, sauces, seasoning and the most tender meat. We haven't had a meal that wonderful in a long time. Thank you everyone at 41.
Great service, very friendly. Patio is pet friendly. They have quite a few gluten free options, and most items are home made. Ice cream and corned beef are made in house, as is the beet salad. Excellent!
I recently lost my husband and mother. Stopped by the laundromat Nextdoor and walked in hoping to have a cup of coffee and use the restroom only to discover they have gluten free gourmet macaroni and cheese meals! My favorite! I promptly ordered myself the sausage dish and sat down in the very comfy hammock seats with the cute flowery atmosphere. The lovely manager treated me so well! She’s amazing, the place just rocked my socks. I cannot express my level of gratitude for this self care comforting experience following a very difficult day. Thank you, so much! I don’t want to misspell your name, nor do I trust myself to remember your name accurately, beautiful spirit!
Definitely stop by if you’re in the area. Soooo worth it!
Delicious, with gluten free option and non diary desert - food and service were outstanding - however at the rather high price for a meal, I do expect better ambience
We were very impressed with the quality of the food, the modern Western ambience, and the service. We went for lunch and had the burger and beef brisket sandwich. They had a gluten-free bun at no extra charge which is great for special diets. The beef brisket was phenomenal, perfectly caramelized and with incredible smoke flavor. Stagecoach smokes their own meats with their own pit master. The burger was a hefty one and perfectly prepared.
They both came with sides. The fries and the Napa coleslaw were both delicious. We ordered a side of Brussels sprouts; very tasty although a little firm for my preference. The restaurant has a mechanical bull that really is ridden on Friday and Saturday according to our server. It's a bit of a pricey menu; the quality of the food is excellent.
