Genuinely pleasantly surprised. Despite the crowds, very smooth and well served by a clearly professional team. I eat gluten-free and vegetarian and that combination often limits my menu options to one dish. But here it turned out to be an adapted menu with 3 gluten-free-vegetarian main courses alone. Really very special. In short, this restaurant is highly recommended. Photo of vegetarian gluten-free pickled meat😋.
Ate with a large group upstairs, food is okay but certainly not special. The small salads as a starter are quite large. Each main course comes with a standard salad with a lot of dressing, actually a waste. The salmon was unfortunately dry and with the pasta with salmon the salmon was not baked, both were disappointing. You also have to pay extra for gluten-free options, it is nice that the options are there but a considerable surcharge.
The staff was very helpful with choosing a glutenfree and dairy free dish, and consulted kitchen staff to make sure it really is or to make adjustments. They even had glutenfree bread and glutenfree beer. Lovely experience, very nice staff.
All you can eat concept with a nice atmosphere and attentive staff with a warm attitude. Also, a la carte options available. There are gluten-free options on the menu and the staff is knowledgeable. The location is good. Prices are very low when you think of the quality and the amount you can eat. Weekend prices differ for the all-you-can-eat.
Easily the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. This place is truly a gem, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It’s especially great if you’re looking for gluten-free options.

I was traveling in Maastricht for business and was booked into a hotel here. I'm beyond thrilled! The hotel is incredibly clean, the rooms are very luxurious and spacious (freestanding bathtub, high beds, etc.), and the free parking right in front of the hotel is a real plus! The wellness and sauna area is also very clean and pleasant, with water dispensers and fresh towels on site! The breakfast was also delicious, and gluten-free options are available upon request!
All in all, I'm really thrilled! Great hotel & highly recommended!
Good place to eat for people with "Celiac Disease" Gluten Intolerance. Always call in advance so they can prepare.
The chef and staff were well informed. And despite the small kitchen, everything was taken into account as best as possible.
The cheerful wait staff took their time with us and we were served politely with a smile and a joke. ;D
Nice cheerful atmosphere. Just a very nice café in the heart of Maastricht. Really worth it.
I often pass by this restaurant and have had Celiac disease for some time, but I didn't know that they deal with it so well here. Lots of gluten free options and very tasty. Very nice atmosphere and excellent service!
This will definitely become a permanent fixture!
We had the perfect evening. If you’re looking for a good night or want to treat yourself this is the place. The food was impeccable, that you get a surprise menu is just so much fun and our host was the cherry on top! We had so many laughs with him, very attentive service and he tolerated our preference for sparkly water very well ;) and it was gluten free friendly!!!
This is a must when in Maastricht!
We will always remember this very fondly!
All the best from the German ladies 💕
The menu is very confusing for diets and allergies, even the staff does not understand it. A second person from the service had to come in to clarify it. Shame. Tip make the map clear. Request expertise from the Celiac Association.
A nice you can eat restaurant with more than enough choice.
One of us has a gluten allergy and they gave her her own menu. Almost everything can be made without gluten and they have arranged it very well for people who have allergies.
Contact has now been made and we will soon be doing the resit. It was indicated that it was certainly not the way they wanted it to be. So here's to another time! Hopefully it will be just as nice as always!

We have enjoyed eating here before, but last night was a disappointing experience. First of all, things went wrong with the bread and the allergies that were passed on. But hey, that can happen. Just indicate yourself and then it will be arranged. Gluten free bread was served but was toasted black. We then had to wait more than an hour for the first course (between the appetizer and the first course). First course was Zander with pumpkin. Taste was good but the sauce was way too cold. Felt straight from the fridge. Shame. The rest of all courses (5 in total) were delicious. The sweetbreads were especially tasty. The pace was really too slow for all courses. We sat at the table at 7:20 PM and we got our dessert at 10:30 PM. The service was far below the desired level all evening. From having to ask several times for extra table water that was always forgotten to asking for extra wine that was also forgotten. The waiter himself said: oh dear, this is a table where everything goes wrong tonight. Then I was asked if they could add a little more wine so that I had the same amount in my glass as my table companion and to top it all off, that was also forgotten. In short, a really disappointing experience for €201.50 for two people. Previous experience here and the reviews meant that we went there with great pleasure and anticipation, but went home disappointed. We skipped the coffee and limoncello.
Dont order the mushrooms as side, they are cold and taste like straight out of a can. The potato as a side was also just not worth it. Main dish is good.
The worst part was that we asked twice to check that we got a gluten free sauce and we were given one with it. Very irresponsible from their part.
