Enter Pennfield Pizza—a true gem for gluten-free pizza lovers, and as my kids and wife teased me with the delicious-smelling “ normal “ 🍕 a master of that as well. I tried their 10” gluten-free pizza. The crust was delightfully crispy on the outside and just soft enough on the inside, providing the perfect base for my favorite toppings. I went with a classic combo of sausage, onions, and green peppers, and each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors. What impressed me most was their attention to dietary restrictions. While they note that their kitchen isn’t a certified gluten-free environment, they take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, which I greatly appreciate. It’s comforting to know they care about their customers’ health and well-being. As a business owner myself it's attention to the details that matter, and I take note of that. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish, and gave me the small town feel that I know and love and is also why we located our office in Pennfield as well. It was not my favorite pizza, but it was one of my top 10. I consider myself a kind of pizza connoisseur. We decided to drive out to dine in rather than order dominos again. I'm proud to say I'm not disappointed. We will definitely be taking the extra time to drive out again. The best part was they had a gluten free option for my son. That's so hard at most places and really makes me happy.
