I recently celebrated my birthday here and the staff at Napoli helped make it a fantastic one! The service was great and the staff were very attentive and efficient, even though the restaurant was full on a Thursday night. The pizzas/pasta were all delicious, including the gluten-free base one which I understand they make themselves fresh every day. The vibe was immaculate, very cosy and authentic. They also went the extra mile by keeping the cake we brought in their coldroom, putting candles and a little happy birthday topper on it, bringing it out and cutting it up/serving it to the table - and charging no cakeage fee for this! If you're looking for your next dinner destination, this is it. Thank you Napoli!
Best gluten free pizza I had in New Zealand during my World Cup! A ton of variety of toppings and types of pizzas and were very considerate of my gluten intolerance. Family got regular pizzas on the menu and agreed it was the best pizza they had during this trip!
Went here after a ceremony, food was fast and extremely good! Extensive vegetarian and gluten free options and amazing service. Had a mix up with the orders and they replaced no questions asked and at no charge- absolutely incredible service. Well worth the money!

I have ordered pizzas from here twice that were requested to be gluten and dairy free. Both times my wishes were not followed. As a dairy free celiac, this is not good enough. It is unsafe and frankly terrible. I am very disappointed.
They had a lot of gluten free options and the gluten free pizza base was crispy and delicious. The food was also reasonably quick to come out. We enjoyed them so much that we returned the following night and the same lady recognised us and remembered we were gluten free.
First time here and really enjoyed it. We came I for a quick bite, which turned into pizza, beer, and a game of jenga! There was a really good selection of beers, and the music and atmosphere was good. There was a good selection of pizza too, and liked that they could all be done gluten free. However, I did think that there were limited side options, which seemed odd as there was an option to have a choice of 3 sides for a fixed rate. We enjoyed our pizza, but it did come with extra toppings which we'd asked not to have. There was also no half-and-half option for pizza. Despite this, I would be happy to go there again!
