I brought a friend with allergies. Ideal restaurant for those who eat gluten-free because they really have everything. Very nice place, delicious pizza and first courses and above all staff of unique kindness and courtesy. Prices much more than honest. I will gladly return!
The best gluten-free croissant I've ever eaten: tasty, light and crumbly. The laboratory is super stocked with sweet and savory dishes: from cakes, brioches and biscuits to pizzas and focaccias, all at excellent prices. I absolutely recommend it!!
I took my coeliac partner here and we were completely blown away by the amazing food that we had! From arancini to croissants, everything was delicious. My partner had never had such a range of pastries to choose from that he decided to try everything available. It was all fantastic and the staff were lovely. If you are in Milan please go and try this bakery out!
Found this pizzeria by chance but from now on it will be a point of reference for gluten-free pizza. Both the traditional and gluten-free pizza were exceptional, excellent dough and quality products. The staff is very kind and helpful and the place is welcoming and it feels like being right in Naples.
We returned to this restaurant to celebrate the birthday of a celiac friend of mine, where we had already been in the past.
Unfortunately, compared to the previous time, the service has definitely gotten worse.
The location is nice overall, with the terrace definitely more pleasant than the interior, which is a bit dated.
The service, however, left a lot to be desired: if it hadn't been for one or two more attentive and professional waiters, the experience would have been even more disappointing.
The waitress who served us made several mistakes in the order, forgetting the wine and, even more seriously, bringing a dish containing gluten to the table even though we had clearly indicated the need for gluten-free dishes.
Fortunately, knowing the place, we knew that gluten-free dishes are served on plates of a different color, otherwise it would have been a serious problem.
Another negative aspect was the way in which the dishes were collected: they were taken away from us while we were still chewing the last bite, which gave a sense of haste and little attention to the customer experience.
About the food, nothing to say: we ate well.
In our experience, the waiting staff needs more thorough training, especially when it comes to managing special dietary needs.
I ate an excellent gluten-free and lactose-free four seasons pizza. I liked it because it was light, not very fatty and not very salty as sometimes happens. According to those who tried the "normal" pizza it was really good. The service was impeccable and fast. The girl in the dining room was welcoming and nice. The choice of pizzas is wide, vegan and gluten-free options also for appetizers, desserts and more.

We were there this evening, we ate pizza, cutlet and Sicilian cannoli all gluten-free and it was all excellent, attentive and thoughtful staff and the owner sat at our table to explain how he prepares gluten-free dough, what can I say, a revelation... we will definitely be back.
I have been a CELIAC customer for years... every now and then I may have encountered some contamination problems but always manageable... Maybe they have rested on their laurels and got distracted...... Ordered a gluten-free pizza through Justeat on Saturday for lunch. I spent an afternoon in hell alternating between sitting and leaning over the toilet writhing in cramps and I am still a wreck 24 hours later. Someone has evidently made a mistake that should not be made in a place that boasts the AIC authorization. Very serious. I will never trust again.

We contacted the restaurant la fazenda happy to have finally found an Aic restaurant for our two celiac children. But to our great surprise and disbelief on the phone they asked us the age of the children telling us that they had had problems with children, making us understand that they were not welcome. So a restaurant inclusive only in the facade, gluten free and child free. A great disappointment.
Fabbrica Pizza is one of those places that make you want to go back even before you finish dinner. The location is unique: the restaurant was born from a former post office that has been expertly redeveloped. You can breathe in an atmosphere that mixes the past and modernity, with large spaces, industrial details and a warm welcome that immediately puts you at ease.
Strengths:
Doughs for all tastes: The real strength of the pizzeria is the variety of doughs: thin and crunchy, high and soft (like the “Regina” dough), and all made with attention to the flours and leavening times. Light, digestible and very tasty.
Wide choice of pizzas: The pizza selection is rich, creative and well-studied. Not just revisited classics, but also more daring combinations that enhance the raw materials.
Craft beers, including gluten-free: The selection of beers is remarkable, with well-chosen craft labels, including a proposal for those who are intolerant to gluten, something still too rare elsewhere.

A surprise! We almost thought we were in the wrong place: Friday night, very few people...instead delicious pizzas, lots of choice on the menu, kind and attentive staff, especially for those like us who have a celiac child: their gluten free burger was really good!!

A cozy little place. They also have gluten-free pizzas, though it's hard to imagine a place without any flour contact. The decor is really cute, but a bit cramped and quite packed that day. The service, however, was super friendly and very attentive. We'd love to go back if we're ever in Milan again.
I had a really good breakfast here. There are both sweet and savoury options, all gluten-free. I also managed to take home a chocolate panettone. It was delicious!
Kindness and courtesy, excellent gluten-free pizza, honest price. Unfortunately the place was a bit noisy, we couldn't talk perhaps because the room we were in was a bit small and full. Anyway, we eat very well. Advised.
This place is a certainty, the staff is always courteous and attentive to needs, especially when it is not too crowded, as was my case.
As soon as we arrived we were offered a welcome aperitif (with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options). I subsequently ordered from the special menu a first course of cavatelli with scampi and saffron cream (which unfortunately contained lactose, so it was replaced with a delicious sauce), while the rest of the diners ordered pizza.
The dish was delicious and there was a lot of attention paid to my intolerance and to the celiac person at our table.
When we went to pay the bill we were also offered a bitter.
This place reconfirms an excellent choice.
Excellent pizza, straight from to oven to you, have a high variety of options that suits everyone. You can algo make the pizzas gluten free or with integral dough without any extra cost. The staff is friendly and can accomodate any small changes or extras.
Satisfied with all our requests, despite arriving without a reservation and the place being full. Jumal welcomed us and surprised us with his promptness, courtesy and availability. Very good pizza, with quality ingredients and a high crust. Lactose-free mozzarella and gluten-free dough are also available. We took an appetizer to share for 3 (fried pasta angels with cured meats) and 1 pizza each. Highly approved. The staff is helpful and kind, it's a shame about the two shifts on Saturday evening but I also understand the reasons of the restaurateurs who choose this option; no big deal, before booking we were warned and in any case no one kicked us out :). They have both an outdoor space heated in winter and cooled in summer, and a nice large space inside. My dad also took a dessert (lemon delight) ... nothing to say, clean plate. We will definitely be back!
