Excellent food! And it is gluten free, dairy free, nut free. The nug box is a staple. The smoked chicken salad box is my personal favorite. The smoked salmon is quite good also; I recommend with the salad and rice. Food is so fresh here and the music they play is always fabulous and puts me in a good mood.
My family has been getting gluten-free pizza here for a few years. The cost is around $20, but until now the size was ok. While the price has stayed the same, the pizza has shrunk to 1/2 the size it was.
The quality isn't great, but GF crust is hard to perfect, however we can buy the same quality at Wal-Mart for much less with this one. Bummer.
We've dined in once, weren't thrilled with the service or atmosphere, but I really feel that speaks more of the owners than the staff. I think the staff does try to be accommodating but it's just a depressing place.
It was so great! I was a little discouraged that i wasn’t able to get a waffle but they actually have gluten free waffles! they were so friendly and accommodating. i definitely recommend them!
Love Clay Pot! They have some great gluten-free options including gluten free pork egg rolls that are delicious! And a very yummy peanut sauce. Highly recommend!
Sisters Adventure Day and it was a google search that lead us to a restaurant with gluten free menu (which I needed) a glass of the best rosé (Chloe) we toasted with and the most amazing lunch we could have asked for. The salmon was perfectly cooked and everything was seasoned to perfection. We both agreed that the chefs cooked with their hearts. Cheers to a wonderful staff!
If you are looking for great BBQ in casual setting do not miss Terry Black's. I was not expecting its almost fast food style service where you select your sides (single, pint or larger servings), then meat by the pound (sold in 1/3, 1/2, 3/4, or pound servings. We had the brisket, plain sausage and pork ribs. All outstanding. Melt in your mouth brisket. The potato salad and coleslaw slaw are both vegan and gluten free for anyone avoiding those. Great green beans too. I missed that they dont offer collard greens. Corn bread was great too. Highly recommend for a relaxed casual lunch or dinner. The guy by the smoker even offered to take out picture by the sign and next to the smokers and to give us a quick tour of the smokers.
They were out of 2 of the three regular crust options, they did have a gluten free crust, but it was flavorless and they were very light on the cheese.
La Fiesta is a fantastic spot for great food and a welcoming atmosphere! The colorful decor creates a fun and lively setting, and the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. The menu is well-organized, with clearly marked gluten-free options, making it easy to find something for everyone.
I had the fajita chicken salad, which was both very filling and very good. The flavors were fresh, and the portion was generous. The house salsa is also a standout—just the right amount of heat to be satisfying without overwhelming those who prefer milder spice.
The large bar adds to the inviting environment, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, La Fiesta delivers on food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Cute spot for boba bevs in Waco! The atmosphere is lovely, and it’s a fun place to work or hangout. Most food items are not Gluten Free, but many bevs can be (just ask!)
We’ve been here 3 times and every time Ryan remembers and gives us 12/10 service and food. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough from the food, to the environment, to the service it’s all amazing.
They remember things like my wife being gluten free or our son wanting ketchup with his fries and we’ve only be there 3 times in the past year.
If you haven’t checked out Cajun craft you need to!! Everything on the menu is amazing!
This Starbucks was quick! I was in and out in under 3 minutes. Granted, it was 6AM, but I was still impressed! I love the new pumpkin chai - it is delicious! And the egg bites are a great gluten free option.
First of all, shout out to Brynley for being the most amazing service provider! George’s is that place that a lot of restaurants wish they could be. They have a menu with options that can please even the most finicky of diners. Our group have a vegan, a vegetarian, meat lovers, and gluten free musts. This place was able to make each of us happy. We visited the place a few times during our weekend in Waco. It may sound like a college hangout, but it is much more, it’s a family. Food portions are large, prices are affordable and the drinks are huge. As I am the reviewer, I will say that I had amazing veggie fajitas sizzling with mushrooms and warm tortillas. Fantastic! Give George O’s a try the next time you’re traveling through or staying in Waco. good food and fun times!
