This a great little barbecue place. The food is yummy and the portions are good. They have many gluten-free options to choose from. The atmosphere is a cozy vibe. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable.
Was in the area, and looked up gluten free options, and this place came up. When I walked in, I was able to sit at the bar (which had a ton of seats) and immediately got served by Leah, the amazing bartender working today. They had a ton of different burger options and had gluten free buns available, which can be hard to come by. The burger was made to order, and the one I got had an interesting flavor. It had a basil aoli, mushrooms, onions, and goat cheese (of all things). The bourbon based drink is ordered was tastefully made, and overall I enjoyed my experience. All of the staff were nice and attentive; you could tell that they all worked well together.
This is our absolute favorite place to dine and often go here for brunch on Sundays. They have several outstanding gluten-free options and make all their own beers; the Super Creama is my fav. Housed inside the old VFW Post 1167, it's nestled right on the St Joe River next to a train crossing bridge. You can dine inside or outside next to the river .. Simply outstanding if you're into cozy pub's . Five stars and more ♥️
A nice quaint place for a good meal. The turkey Manhattan was good, but could have used a small bit of salt for my taste.(I tend to like things a little salty) The bread and potatoes were a different take than I've had before and it was refreshing. I enjoyed the mash baked potato as it was cut up rather than fully mashed into what normally is on a Manhattan. The gravy was had a good consistency that stuck to bread without making it soggy. The bread itself had been toasted nicely as well.
The soup was nice and acidic with a rich taste without being over seasoned allowing one to enjoy the tomatoes and basile together.
The Latka were a little soft for me, but this didn't take away from their flavor.
Family owned and operated this restaurant's staff was polite and open for conversation about the food and even suggestions as to what to have.
I even noticed them making sure a customer knew which choices of food had gluten when ordering.
I love eating breakfast here when visiting my daughter at Purdue University. I’m gluten free and I love that I can get pancakes or gluten free toast with my omelets. Ash was an excellent server! Very friendly and helpful!
An update after my visit: despite noting that I have an allergy and needed the gluten-free pancakes, I was served pancakes with gluten. Through sheer luck, I commented on a separate allergy-related issue, and a new staff member (not the one who took my order) got confused and asked "You do realize these have gluten, right?". They prepared a new, safe, order quickly, but it was concerning. I recommend that those with allergies place their order through a manager, and have the manager double-check with the kitchen that they read the order correctly.
I haven't even been here yet, but I already love them due to their commitment to safe gluten-free food for those with Celiac and other severe medical responses to gluten. I'll update this review after I eat there this weekend
Place is clean and quiet. Like a healthy, homemade version of chipotle that is family owned. Tons of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options and plenty of options for meat eaters as well. Ample parking, super nice staff. Also their felafel is amazing.
The outdoor seating space is great in downtown fishers. Alaina was a great waitress. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good food and gluten free options I appreciate!
Finding truly gluten-free food that is both safe and delicious can be a challenge, but Green is Good makes it effortless! This place is a dream for anyone looking for high-quality, grab-and-go options. Beyond the amazing food, the staff here is incredibly kind and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make every customer feel valued. Plus, for the quality and portion sizes, the prices are reasonable—something that’s hard to find when it comes to specialty food. Five stars all the way!
Not only is this the most delicious pasta around, there’s also am option to have it gluten free without compromising texture or taste. The salmon is to die for, perfectly crisp skin and tender juicy on the inside. Any of the salads are a perfectly seasoned combo of cooked and raw veg that turn everyone into a veggie lover. Mommy makes the best cheesecake- gf options, I haven’t tried the wine but the description of the selections are worth the read through. Oh and the staff and service are simply amazing. Hands down our fav place to dine. Praise pasta daddy!
Five Arch is so great! The food is wonderful, with vegan and gluten-free options (that do not always overlap!), and the focus on local connections is amazing.
They have an amazing staff and tax is included in the cost of your dish. Plus, if you buy a drink, you get a wooden nickel to co tribute to a local non-profit, which will get a check at the end of the year. ❤️
Great food, great service, quick, friendly, cutest little place with the country style setting, super nice little atmosphere and they have gluten free sweets 😋 Thanks again ladies
Rosie's is a solid stop and gluten-free haven. They use nut allergy flour to make their gluten-free products. FYI. Benedicts, rancheros, and taters are solid. The kids liked the bacon and loved the mega pancakes. These plates are definitely a sugar rush and are absolutely able to take on the hangriest. You won't leave hungry unless you try. The staff was great, and the coffee was great. Prices were a little elevated, I dropped a Benjamin for 4 people.... 😬. I'd do it again. It was packed, and there is a good amount of seating.
5 stars for the service; 4 stars for the food. Huge shout out to Crystal for doing a great job waiting on our table of 10. She was attentive and made sure that one of our gluten-free friends had what she needed. I appreciated that I could substitute the fries with roasted vegetables - they were tasty and perfectly cooked. My one complaint is that my matcha latte was far too sweet; l I wish I knew they add honey. Also, they ran out of vegan gravy at 11am :'(
Outstanding food, with plenty of gluten free options! Great service, where you’re encouraged to take your time enjoy your meal and company. We happen to stop at this place visiting the dunes, we’ll be back if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks!
Shout out to the all women crew tonight. My gluten free sub was on point and made separate from the rest of the order. Thanks so much for taking gluten allergies seriously!
Loved our dinner here. Their menu is very vegan friendly and they also have gluten free options. Rose was our server and she was so nice and attentive. We had the dumplings, vermicelli noodle dish, veggie pad thai and the veggie pho + everything we ate was amazing and 10/10 recommend!! One of the best restaurants we’ve been to in all of Northwest Indiana and we will definitely be back!

First time here, the award-wining chicken Spicoli on a gluten free cauliflower crust was fantastic! Also met the owner who was friendly and fun to chat with. Didn’t try the bar side, but they brew their own beer. Check them out and support this great local business!
Excellent food, fantastic service, and a super friendly staff made this a great choice for a meal with friends from out of town. Thanks for having celiac friendly options so our entire family could enjoy food!
I have really started to LOVE this restaurant and seem to get it at least 2 times a month. The prices are reasonable and the salads are always fresh and delicious. I really appreciate having a gluten free bun option for sandwiches! My family also enjoys the fried pickles, French fries, and chicken. I really don’t think we’ve disliked anything we ordered!
Jersey Mike's is amazing. I am allergic to gluten so 1. They offer gluten free buns, which aren't bad. 2 they have a great protocol when it comes to decreasing cross contamination. The lady who waited on me, I believe her name is Tashana (not sure if it's spelled correctly). She did an awesome job. She changed gloves, used a tray with a wrapper on it, prepared it away from the others, even got the veggies from back instead of the front tubs they use for regular subs. That's The best I have ever seen anyone prepare something in an attempt to eliminate cross contamination. Will definitely go back!
My new favorite breakfast place! Everything was awesome. Outdoor seating a d a parking garage next door for parking. You definitely have to get the cinnamon toast!!!
I ordered the granola bowl with gluten free cinnamon toast. Amazing amazing.
Super delish and allergen friendly! I have Celiacs and had their Wagyu burger with gf bun for dinner and a flourless lemon cake for dessert! They had plenty of other options on the menu (cauliflower flat bread, buns, seafoods) that are gluten free that I would love to try! Highly recommend going if you’re celiac! Also, my mom got the chicken pot pie and said it was delish; so safe for non-celiac peeps too hah.
My four kids and I were stopping over for lunch and meant to eat at the Cowfé but it had been relocated and simplified to just ice cream service. So we went to eat in the Farmhouse Restaurant instead.
We have eaten similar dishes (bbq chicken pizza, grilled cheese sandwiches, and Reuben sandwich-made without bread for Gluten sensitivity) from the Cowfé at the end of March ‘25. I enjoyed the food.
My kids enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwiches and fried chicken but due to taste preferences two of my kids ate less than they usually would. Also, another of my kiddos requested a different meal. I consulted with a server who checked with her manager. The manager personally came to inquire about the reason for the change and accommodated my child’s preference very graciously. We were very grateful to the manager.
Furthermore, unlike some other reviewers the wait to receive our food was brief. Drinks were brought almost as soon as we sat down and the whole order of food was delivered in no more than 5-10 minutes. The wait was easy on my kids even though they were hungry.
One improvement I would really enjoy would be some fresh side dish options. Chips and drinks were the sides being offered and I would prefer coleslaw or fruit or a side salad.

Don't let the simple menu fool you. Tacos, quesadillas, or torta with either al pastor, carnitas, pollo asada, suadero (brisket), broccolininu, or fried mushrooms. Tacos are delicious on fresh inhouse made tortillas with delicious toppings. Made my celiac wife very comfortable with her choice.
Wonderful food, friendly service, and great lakeside atmosphere! Even though it rained the day we visited, we were pleasantly surprised by our helpful and kind waitress along with the cute decor. Our waitress took the time to make sure a member of my party could order a gluten free option (menu is pretty well marked and she could answer all additional questions). She also explained the Bridges name and never made us feel anything but welcome! This is my new favorite Michigan City cuisine.
Holy Wow!! The place never disappoints! We love coming here when we visit Indy! The Salmon BLT is worth the 2 hr drive and more!! My gluten free bun was even grilled (that never happens) Best place ever!!
Passione Wood Oven Pizza & Wings is an absolute must-try! And for anyone seeking the best gluten-free pizza in Indiana, look no further. Their gluten-free crust, sourced directly from Italy, is a game-changer - perfectly crisp, flavorful, and truly authentic. It's incredible to finda gluten-free option that tastes this good! Beyond the exceptional pizza, the atmosphere has a fantastic speakeasy vibe that's both cool and inviting. The service is also top-notch. If you're craving genuine wood-fired pizza with a unique ambiance and a truly authentic Italian gluten-free option, Passione is a must-visit!
My wife and I visited while on a getaway. She has celiac disease, and they have GLUTEN FREE QUESO! That was the big selling point for us, as she had been craving chips and queso that were celiac safe for some time. The staff was friendly, and our orders came out quickly. I had the Huevos Michoacános, which were fantastic. I would love to come back another time and try other menu items. Be sure to clearly state any food allergies to your server when ordering.
So this was completely my fault I forgot to check my doordash order before I placed it. And I have a celiac and it was normal bread. Whoever answered the phone for me around 5:30 was so kind enough to help out! Thank youuu
My friend is gluten-free and the staff totally cleaned the work station to make her sandwich. They went above and beyond to accommodate my friend. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's for the freshness of each sandwich. I will definitely go back.
