Lovely little pub great gluten free selection of both food and drinks and also low or no alcohol options.
For anyone with poor mobility or wheelchair user there isn't any wheelchair access that I could see and stairs entry approx 10 stairs up (however stairs have hand rails each side) there are also inside a couple of small stairs inside to use the gents or ladies loos.
Looks like they do summer outdoor gigs and sip and paint events too.
From the get go, our server Claudio was EXCELLENT! My partner is Coeliac intolerant and we always struggle to find anywhere to eat because of gluten containing foods. Claudio was on the money with everything. She was very efficient in her work and made the experience very warming. My kids had an amazing time and so did my partner. Would defiantly visit again to this establishment. 5 star service, food was brilliant!
Lovely food, friendly staff and amazing views! Came here for dinner on a busy friday evening, we were looked after so wonderfully by all members of staff who were chatty and attentive. After making them aware of a gluten allergy, they were all extremely careful and reassuring. The chef very kindly offered to make a new batch of gluten-free halloumi fries. Such a lovely place with great staff, definitely will be back :)
It was an opportune Friday no-kids dinner for the two of us.
The staff were great - saved the whole experience.
The food - not there really. Great that the choice of gluten free options is fantastic (that was our deciding criteria).
BUT I had to return the steak as it arrived as a piece of bouncing rubber, drenched in gravy. #2 was ever so slightly better (read edible), still drenched in gravy...
All in all, there are much better options nearby.
We were visiting friends and they took us for a spot of lunch. Lovely quaint feel to the place. We were lucky to visit on a sunny day so sat outside at one of the many outdoor tables.
Decent choice of food and there was a good range of gluten free options if thats a must. Food was very tasty and was served quickly.
Didnt see much of the inside but it struck me as the type of place that had that lovely cosy feel when the weather takes a turn.
Dog friendly and plenty of parking.
Definitely worthy of a visit.
We recently held an event at the Lyndhurst with family and friends. The team were excellent working with us to provide a menu that fit all our guests (vegan, gluten free, kids) and gave a great rate for exclusive hire of the pub. The changing menu is always good and I’d really recommend them!
We had a wonderful time at your restaurant! I had mistakenly booked the table for 7:30 AM instead of 7:30 PM, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and gave us a lovely table exactly where we had hoped to sit.
The food was perfect. Since we mentioned having celiac disease and needing gluten-free options, the kitchen thoughtfully prepared a separate 100% gluten-free dish to be absolutely sure—something we really appreciated.
A big thank you to Lexi for the warm welcome, and to the whole Coppa Club team for your outstanding hospitality.
We hadn’t had the best experience in the past (a phone once fell into the river due to the wind while we were on the terrace!), but this visit completely changed our impression. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
Lovely lunch. A hidden away place. Menu has almost all gluten-free options.
Had risotto for starter, followed by steak and finished off with cheesecake. All perfectly done, especially the risotto which was fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone in the area
Our favourite pub around - the staff are excellent and the food is delicious. The new chef is definitely an asset to the team. They even cater brilliantly for gluten free which can be really hit and miss at pubs.
We also recently attended the food and wine pairing evening and it was top class. Can’t wait for the next one!
I cannot recommend this local gem any higher! 💎
