Huw was such a delight!! Was so knowable about my allergies and what I could have (celiac safe). Get this man a raise!!! Such a lovely atmosphere for a girly catch up on a Monday. Will be back!

Huge portion, had half left, and took it home. Definitely needs some of the spice provided on the side. Being able to customize the pho is really cool.
The summer rolls are good! Would definitely get those again.

Signature mojito is pretty standard, Kind of strong.
Staff were so friendly, explained what everything is and how it's used etc.
From the get go, our server Claudio was EXCELLENT! My partner is Coeliac intolerant and we always struggle to find anywhere to eat because of gluten containing foods. Claudio was on the money with everything. She was very efficient in her work and made the experience very warming. My kids had an amazing time and so did my partner. Would defiantly visit again to this establishment. 5 star service, food was brilliant!

Food was absolutely delicious. The service was so-so. Had to ask for utensils several times and remind servers on what we ordered. The place has very lovely atmosphere and they had options for me even if I required gluten free and dairy free food. We took several starters and two mains - all very really good.

The best gluten free fish and chips around. Can't tell the difference taste-wise. The curry sauce is delicious. Just a shame its only available on Tuesdays and not every day!
I came into the oracle yesterday and was greeted by a server called Orin. He was very helpful with my gluten allergy. The food was very good and arrived quickly.
Visited here with friends (their choice rather than ours) but what a lovely surprise this place was! As gluten free I'm always nervous about trying new places but the menu is marked up and quite a few options.
I opted for the Peanut Crunch Salad and some Hashed Potatoes. The salad was beautiful! I'd happily have that every day. It's so clean and fresh.
Warning about the Jazzy Broccoli with spicy sambal! I nabbed a bit from our friend and it was so spicy!
£20 for some chicken strips and chips that were McDonald’s level quality. There’s one gluten free item on the menu- advertised as a “gluten free cheeseburger”.. yet I was charged extra for having cheese on my cheese burger.. I didn’t ask for extra.. they charged extra for cheese on a cheeseburger. Small and dry burger for £16.
Put me off TGIFs for life and I make sure dissuade others from going to any other TGIFs.
This place would get you freshly made products along with a good customer service and a cozy family atmosphere. You can get gluten free products, vegetarian, etc. Easy access within the community and a small terrace just outside. Prices are just right for the quality provided.
Went here because we thought they catered for glutenfree, but although so.e of the breakfast could be adapted for a GF person, there were no cakes or baking available

Great place to grab lunch. Order on a screen like macdonalds type system. Select fillings individually to make up yout burrito. Burrito bowls available for gluten free options. Loads of choice of fillings and good value for money. Service was good. We sat outside and people watched. Overall would definitely recommend
Authentic Mauritian Cuisine & Warm Hospitality!
I visited Flavor of Mauritius with a group of 22 and opted for the two-course meal, as it was my first time trying Mauritian cuisine.
For my starter, I had the gluten-free platter, and for my main, I chose the Chicken Daube. I also ordered an extra dish, the Chicken & Egg Upside Down Bowl, since I wanted to try something different. To drink, I had a cocktail, though I can’t quite remember the name.
All the food was delicious, and I really enjoyed the variety of flavors. The restaurant atmosphere was great, and the bar near the entrance added a nice touch to the setting.
It looked like a family-run business, with both partners managing it. They were warm and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The two servers looking after our table were also diligent, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues, which made the experience even better.
Overall, Flavor of Mauritius offers amazing food, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience authentic Mauritian cuisine in Reading!

I grew up in an area where there was an Indian restaurant on every road and as a result end up never going out for Indian cuisine because it was all the same.
When a friend suggested Clay's we figured we'd give it a try and what a breath of fresh air it is! The curry is not the "meat in a curry gravy" I remember when growing up. You'll find thing like venison and liver and an explosion of flavours.
The menu is marked with allergens (in-store but not online). As gluten free there were so many options for me with no reaction.
Excellent supportive advance planning for an 80th birthday big family meal. Gluten free, vegan, 'fussy eaters' and last minute changes all catered for brilliantly. Great service from all staff on the day too. Thank you for such a memorable day. We made a photo book!
The quality of the cakes are just insane - whoever is making them is very talented. I love this place so much it is literally my favourite aspect of Reading. Thank you so so so much for making high quality, gluten free perfectly-sweetened desserts! I love you guys!
Every time I come here with my wife or friends the experience is great. The food is fabulous and even this description was exceeded tonight by what my wife described as the best Gluten Free pizza she has ever had. But more than that the staff are fabulous. We had a slight issue with my wife's cocktail which I will not explain because it is not important..... what is important is that the staff listened and sorted it........ thank you. The atmosphere is wonderful and don't get me started on their mango beer and black lager.....OMG!! This place goes under the radar but is better than possibly every other place serving pizza in Reading.....one of my faves is the pear and gorgonzola pizza.
Last night we had a hearing dog (in training) . We were told as we entered that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. We explained the situation and the new manager was really understanding. We sat and were seen to really quickly for drinks and were given a few minutes to choose our meals. Very well done . We found all the staff to be very attentive and professional. I , personally am coeliac. The manager explained the whole menu and also gave me other options. When meal was served it was pointed out . The manager personally came and asked how our meals were and had a chat for couple of minutes. Very good experience. Thankyou.
What a gem! Had an amazing meal with my 11 and 9 year old, we all felt like we were on holiday! A bonus that they can cater for gluten free as usually have to sacrifice something, not this meal! Will be visiting her often 👌
Excellent service and atmosphere with good Italian meals including gluten free and some vegan options. My Penne Alle Verdure was reasonable but could be maybe spiced up a bit and the Pizzas looked a much better option (there are two vegan/no dairy options). Be careful with the grappa - it’s potent! Overall a very good family run restaurant.
Our local superstore in Calcot. Store is always stocked up and nice prices for nectar members. This store has separate smart pay and self checkouts which will mostly take few minutes to pay and come out. Nice selection of Gluten/dairy free products and free range and Organic products.
This store has many other facilities which include toilets, cafe, clothing, Instore Argos, plastic bag collections, coin machines, ATM free cash machines, Car parking with EV charging slots, nearby Petrol station etc.
Love this store as one place to shop many things.

I just had a gluten free brownie as I have Coeliac but they did not tell it had nuts in it . Luckily I’m not allergic! It tasted soggy and sticky, not nice at all. I asked for soya milk hot chocolate, luckily I checked as they made me with normal milk and didn’t even Apologise ! Then made one with soya that was cold . Disgusting 🤢 and terrible service! You definitely need to rethink your recipes for GF and learn to be polite ( the guy not the girls ! )
First visit & will certainly be going back. Great service,friendly, efficient, but not rushed. Nothing was too much trouble, even with dietary requirements of gluten intolerance ( qr code with filters lists everything you can have). The food was delicious & looked amazing. Definitely worth a visit

What a great find! Really good , pretty authentic Vietnamese in Reading. Good flavours, lots of herbs, pickled garlic & chili condiments, plenty of gluten-free options. Salt & pepper squid, loaded with beef Phở on a cold night, some of the tastiest beef Bún bò Huế, papaya/shrimp salad were all excellent, as was the pandan leaf tea. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Get here early, it was very busy early evening. Definitely a strong recommendation, some of the best Vietnamese food since we left Houston. We’re coming back for the Cơm tấm rice plate soon!

Great tasting Thai food in a vibrant new restaurant on Jackson’s Corner. Service was exemplary, welcoming with attention to dietary requirements, efficient at taking my order and with rapid delivery of the meal. The Pad Thai vegan (Tofu and veg, without the egg included in the vegetarian option) was excellent, a generous portion and washed down with a refreshing lemongrass tea. Lots of vegan and coeliac friendly options which can be filtered in the online menu. Busy on a Friday evening but a good spacing of tables so didn’t feel overcrowded and noise levels were not high, a pleasant ambiance. Good value and a genuinely pleasurable experience.
Everyone was so very impressed with how the special birthday cake Colline made for my husband's birthday party looked and tasted. Particularly as my son-in-law’s Mum, who always makes their family birthday cakes makes beautiful looking cakes. But they are always really solid and not good tasting. Such a waste. No fears of that being the case with Colline's cake
I was so pleased that Colline agreed to do a separate individual gluten free cake for the coeliac who was attending our party. And that went down just as well as the big cake.

This is a must try if you can’t eat gluten!! I had told the lady at the front that i couldn’t eat gluten, she told me most of the dishes used potato starch and not flour! Apart from the battered foods, all of the side dishes are gluten free.
The woman is so kind and considerate ,do ask her on enquiries about the dishes if u have allergies or are gluten free like me ,she’s so helpful.
Popped in for a quick lunch. Got the second table. Food came out super fast. They let me know the gluten free options. The food was absolutely delicious. The tables very quickly filled up and there was a steady stream of customers getting take away. Service was great. If we're in this part of Reading again will definitely come back.
