I went to this place for a gluten-free dinner. I had a sandwich served with chips next to it and I have to say that I have never had such good chips. The gluten free bread wasn't bad.
Food was quite tasty but expensive, being on the main square.
One of our party is celiac, and although he chose the gluten free dessert they still put biscuits in it 😞 had to send it back. Doesn't install confidence 😕
Their gluten-free pizza was very tasty. They warn about the possibility of cross-contamination, but gluten-free pizza is handled in a separate place from the others. Staff very knowledgeable about gluten-free options.
I had a delicious gluten free breakfast here and smoothie! When I asked questions about the toast (shared toaster?) she was very helpful inquiring further about my allergy and saying it's toasted on a pan. Definitely! Such a cute restaurant too with a great vibe.
A fantastic place, hidden from the hustle and bustle, with a brilliant, quiet terrace. An excellent selection of wines and the service... speechless! We highly recommend the duck and creme brulee 👌😍
P.S. markings in the menu for gluten-free people :)
Been here with a family of four , I must say that we were told at first that there is no kids menu, but there are plenty of gluten free options, so we had no issue finding a burger to our kids ,
The service was good , and we got a table in super rainy day, even though we did no reservations.
Kids lived the chisburger , mine has less luck , at least me , I personally prefer burgers to be medium , not medium well / well done, but it's personal taste , beside this , all was good .
We had very plentiful breakfast here. Everything was delicious. We had fried eggs and omelettes, salmon, avokado, gluten free bread, tea, coffee, croissant. Definitely advise to have a visit here.
The burgers were good, the Angus was very good, the ribs were good, but I've had better ones. Mr. manager drama! He didn't agree to sell us alcohol, it's nice that everyone was of age, the attitude towards guests leaves a lot to be desired, if it weren't for the fact that this is the only restaurant in the area serving gluten-free dishes, we certainly wouldn't have stayed! Very pleasant service!
We are visiting Krakow and came across this little gem on Friday night. I am gluten intolerant which I informed them and I had the chicken broth and prawns both were delicious so much that we returned in Saturday night as my husband wanted to try another dish.
The service was once again very good and I had the same thing as there is only 3 gluten free dishes. I once again informed the waiter. This time the broth tasted different, not as much flavour and more salty. It took only 15 minutes for me to start feeling bad. I was shivering and felt sick. I had to go straight back to the hotel room and go to bed.
If you do not have a food allergy this restaurant is very good. Not so much for me though.
We happened to walk past here in the afternoon because we had a tour of the city. So we walked here in the evening without making a reservation, and we were immediately well received. The waiter's name was Christian and he was super polite and helped a lot! Also recommended for gluten-free because there were many options!
The burgers are great and a huge plus for the gluten-free buns (celiac disease runs in the family) and you can also swap the bun for a portobello mushroom or avocado
We're celiacs and we had some really good burgers. The gluten-free bun was perfectly adapted. They didn't take long to serve, so it was a great meal on the terrace.
When I asked the staff if they had anything gluten-free, I heard that they didn't, but later, looking at the menu where the rest of the team was already eating something, I saw that it was possible... I think the staff should go to training.
Very good starters and unbeatable service. Thank you Weronika. They took into consideration the specificities of food (celiac disease) and indicate the dishes they can adapt. They have really good gluten free bread. We recommend the duck with red fruits.
The atmosphere is relaxed and very well decorated, very pleasant.
Visited for brunch! Both had the English breakfast! One was made gluten free which is so refreshing to find somewhere that caters for coeliacs, the food was delicious! All the staff were really friendly & polite..
definitely worth a visit!!
Came across this place on the app “find me GF”, there was only 2/3 options that were GF but it was worth it! The waitress was very nice and understanding, my partner speaks Polish but she saw that I don’t and was super friendly and had a very good English and managed to accommodate my gluten intolerance. I had the duck and it was unbelievable! My partner had the Pierogi and the Bigos and he said it was one of the best pierogi he has ever had and the Bigos was amazing as well! Highly recommend 👌🏻
Excellent steaks, starters, and cocktails. The two gluten-free starters we ordered - the jamon Iberico and the salmon tartar, were delicious. For mains we got the filet and the rib-eye, both medium rare. The steaks were tender and done to perfection.
In the photo, pear and Gorgonzola gnocchi, delicious!
Everything was excellent, even the service.
Gluten-free options available (pasta too, but no dessert).
Always smiling waiters.
Food was good, I was happy that they had a few gluten free options, I had the savory buckwheat galette with spinach and goat cheese. Would have given them 5 stars but the waitresses seemed a bit overly stressed
We visited twice during our time in Krakow and both experiences were incredible. We were served by our waiter Daniel on both occasions who was friendly, conversational and provided incredible service throughout. There was a great selection of gluten free options for me as a coeliac with incredible quality and presentation of food. Would completely recommend
Loved it there! It was very good food and good music too. We got free arabic chai 😍 I asked abiut gluten free otions nad they were well informed and cooperative 💕💕
Super meal here last week. Had pork loin with mash and cabbage which was excellent. There were good gluten free options including a flavoursome fillet steak . The desserts were spectacular - spiced pear in white chocolate sauce and a testy apple crumble. The wine list was a little pricey but a good range of wines available - went for a South African chenin blanc that was really refreshing! Service was good from initial enquiry about gluten free options right throughout the meal. We sat outside but the inside and downstairs gives a glimpse into the original architecture of the building. As an added bonus there is an excellent bookshop adjacent to the restaurant
Very nice service and delicious food. I highly recommend the duck breast for the main course and the gluten-free brownie for dessert. Even the vegetables are delicious here. Very high quality of both food and service.
The only minus - the amount of meat in the main courses; given the high prices, we were counting on slightly larger portions.
Great atmosphere of the place, pleasant staff offering help in choosing dishes. Allergen table and gluten-free dishes available. High quality products, but at quite a high price - especially when it comes to the number of portions of steak toppings or drinks.
The waitress was really nice to us, even if we asked to change tables because of the draft. The food was delicious and and quite good amount, the beer was great and the price was below our expectations 😊 And last but not least, they exactly KNOW which food is glutenfree!!! Highly recommended 😉
Very nice place, nice inside, lots of space. We were together with our little son in a stroller. The food was surprisingly good, interesting desserts. Martyna from the staff, very nice, recommended us dishes from the menu, also gluten-free. We recommend!
We also organized our son's baptism in the bistro. All guests were positively surprised by the wonderful food and Krzysztof's very nice, professional service. Not only did he handle the entire event professionally, but he engaged in conversations with the guests, there was nothing missing on the table, and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely come back, that's it
this place has become one of our favorites in Krakow.
One of the few Asian restaurants in Krakow offering gluten-free dishes! Delicious food, huge portions. I recommend nem spring rolls, pho ga soup and Vietnamese chicken. Thank you
P.S. I also dream of sweet and sour chicken in a gluten-free option :)
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the gluten-free version of the dish. The burger that everyone associates with a convex, toasted bun and a filling filling turned out to be a Styrofoamed, hard-to-chew slice of bread.
Beef meat without any seasoning, spitting out a huge amount of water turned the whole "burger" into a soup. The leaking mayonnaise that tasted like rancid butter was thankfully masked by fresh lettuce and tomato. If I had known that the burger would come in this form, I wouldn't have risked ordering it.
After finishing the meal, I was counting on an interaction with the waitress who would ask "did everything taste good?" However, this opportunity did not come and I gave up expressing my opinion.
The rest of the dishes (in the classic version) look really appealing and I suspect they are delicious, as evidenced by the large number of positive opinions, but the sight of this sad "burger" for a person with celiac disease is a joke.
I don't recommend it. Quality and taste not worth the price. Two large sandwiches and a small cola for PLN 102. This would not be acceptable even if the sandwich was tasty, which it was not, the garlic sauce was tasteless, spicy with no trace of spiciness, the onion and pickled cucumber were the most obvious. Even though the sandwich was heated, it wasn't even slightly warm. The service was nice and helpful. And now the most important thing. The restaurant offers gluten-free bread. I have the impression that most places introduce this option with the fashion created by influencers in mind and not out of concern for people experiencing gluten intolerance. Personally, I do not require a gluten-free certificate from such a place, but some minimum would be useful. Meanwhile, the lady preparing the sandwiches thoughtlessly cuts the gluten-free roll, the crumbs fall thickly from the counter directly into the tray with the chicken, which in a few moments is recommended as a gluten-free addition. My hands drop. Someday, someone with a severe reaction will go to the emergency room and then the laughter will end.
It's an okay place, the advantage is a large selection of gluten-free dishes. It's a pity that Asian dishes (specifically curries) are completely Polonized, mediocrely seasoned and not spicy at all.
