The experience was terrible, I ordered a beef and tapioca burger with chicken. The super hard hamburger bun, salty/raw meat, hard "cheese" and wilted lettuce. Hard tapioca and unsalted chicken. As a celiac person, I have had experiences in other places and I know that there are gluten-free breads with excellent awareness and when I went to tell the attendant that the bread was hard, she said that it was like that because there was no gluten in the composition. I won't be back and I don't recommend the place. Total disappointment. It is not enough to just say that the product is gluten-free and lactose-free, it is necessary to value the sensorial quality of what will be offered to the customer, but apparently they are only aiming to profit financially from the very high prices charged for poor quality products. I didn't give it a zero star rating, because there's no way. Furthermore, the attendant is unprepared, as she does not know information about the products on the menu.

Attentive, wonderful team, super dedicated, polite. Congratulations! The jackfruit pizza with vegan catupiry is wonderful, it doesn't even look like jackfruit. My pizza was made with biomass that was burnt on the edge, it is the thinnest crust, like a biscuit. It doesn't have the same vegan and size options as the pizzas that are delivered to your home or office. There is also a need to sell vegan esfirras during in-store service Orange juice is delicious! Lacks basic natural teas, such as chamomile tea, fennel It remains to be clarified online that to eat in the store there is only a small 4-slice pizza and a different menu to that delivered at home. The second floor is wonderful, quiet, fits a maximum of 20 people, they reserve it for birthdays. For celiacs it's paradise, there are vegan options but it's not 100% vegan, there's animal chicken pizza and animal cheese too. I saw the menu only in Portuguese, ideal to have it in English too. And some vegan options for delicious sugar-free desserts, the hazelnut cream is horrible I love gluten-free vegan pizzas.

I have celiac disease and I ordered from here and I was pleasantly surprised! I had a burger one day and a hot dog the next. It was unbelievably good, the portions were generous, and even the delivery person was very kind. I highly recommend it!
